Absolutely love our physical therapist! She’s very knowledgeable, kind and thorough.

It was a great way to bring back memory skills.

I enjoy the personal interaction between me and Ashley. She is very likable, polite, friendly and courteous, It's like we have been friends for a while. I really enjoy the balloon blast and the different pain exercises. I have realized that this physical therapy is nothing like the land and water physical therapy that I use to do. I have noticed that it does seem like it's reprogramming my pain.

"Ike" doesn't just listen to me he "hears" what's going on for me.

Ashley Robinson has been a wonderful Physical Therapist .
She has spent quality time with me working on my Chronic Pain / Stabilization Back and Neck .
Everyone has been very helpful at XRHEALTH but I have to say in all the years of doing physical therapy pain management and all the other things to try and resolve some pain management, stability and normalcy to life I have not felt any difference until working with Ashley Robinson .
When I worked with Ashleigh T she was also amazing and helped pull me out of a panic attack I was mid panic 😱 after being in the hospital with the headset and Ashleigh’s guidance she guided me out of the Panic Attack with Luna . I’m so appreciative to everyone I’ve been honored to work with at XRHEALTH I appreciate all of u so much ! Thank u !

I appreciate that I can get therapy without leaving my home. Ashley Robinson is so patient and helpful! The VR headset is fun as well as useful in my therapy. I love using it along with everything else Ashley is teaching me. I’m 81 years old a very happy I found your ❤️

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE using XRhealth for my therapy. I feel like I get a good workout every time I do my therapy plan even though I am not able to move around or stand up to do the exercises. I feel like I'm actually getting stronger and moving around easier since starting my program and highly recommend using them if you need therapy.

I am truly grateful for my experience with XR Health and my Physical Therapist, Sarah. She is perfect for getting me exercising and looking forward to our next session.

I've been doing chair and floor yoga for 2-1/2 years and taking collagen supplements for 5 months. Now with including VR sessions, I can move my left arm and rotator cuff a little more with little to no increase in existing pain level. I stop when I feel new or increased pain, and then we do other strength exercises.

Ike, my therapist, worked with me for 3 months in decreasing my pain levels from recent surgery. The virtual reality headset along with Ike’s guidance helped get me moving after leg surgery and helped decrease my pain. One of the techniques was definitely distraction therapy in that while I was in the headset I really didn’t notice my pain. But an even more powerful program was REDUCEPT. It educated me on the pain process and how thru meditation and imagery I was actually able to gain control of my pain inside and outside of the virtual reality experience. As I got moving and doing more of the things I love doing, I was able to control my pain levels thru breath control and imagery. I was really sad when my time with Ike ended as he was such an important piece of my healing, emotionally as well as physically. I am able to keep the headset for a nominal monthly fee, I just don’t get to see Ike anymore. But I guess that was really the point of the therapy - not to need it anymore. I highly recommend virtual reality therapy especially XR HEALTH for anyone with decreased range of motion or pain issues.

This is my first experience with the virtual headset, I was a little overwhelmed beforehand, but quickly started to relax enough to enjoy the experience. Hopefully my limited technical abilities will take me through the homework. I understand there is support should I have any trouble. Overall it went better than I expected!

I am being treated for PD by XR Health using VR methods. It is very useful and I am gaining mobility and balance.

My chronic pain and surgeries on my neck left me with limited ROM in my neck, pain in my arms and especially in my hands. I have permanent spinal cord damage at 5-6. The treatment plan developed by my physical therapist is specific to all of these needs. It's the best therapeutic exercise I have ever had. This is a very efficient organization.

I had a great experience at XR Health and with Ashley as my amazing Core physical therapist. I came in with terrible low back pain caused by not knowing how to correctly lift, stand or sit, and basically not knowing core strength. I am following her program for me and have wonderful relief. She is patient and understanding and knows how to make you feel better. And XR Health takes Medicare as full payment, which is wonderful in itself!

I came in with shoulder pain. I left with no shoulder pain. I am able to sleep on my side again! Thank you so much!

I LOVE my therapist Ikechukwu Igbo, but there are a few tweaks to the VR experience that would make it better. I really enjoy the few exercises I have done so far but the program itself has some glitches that could use fixing.
1. I find the repeated and overly enthusiastic positive comments made during the balloon bursting to be irritating. Maybe some people appreciate it, but it sounds gratuitous to me. If there were a way for the user to decrease or stop these comments, without blocking out the necessary instructions, it would be very helpful.
2. More instruction at the beginning of an exercise would be helpful. For instance, the memory exercise would benefit from a comment about the need to keep the hand controls pointing forward, as just a little deviation in the position can cause the user to pick up something they had not intended to.
3. Remove the color rings around the balloons in the bursting exercise. They are confusing.
4. An alternative narrative to the Mood portions, that people of Faith (Muslim, Christian, Jewish etc) could use without feeling they are going deep into "new age" practices would open this unique and enormously helpful program to more people. I currently turn off the sound during those moments, and that may be enough for some people. But it will discourage others from the program completely.

Now to my therapist; I really look forward to my Zoom time with him. He is encouraging and engaging and makes me feel he really cares about physical well-being. He is a great asset to your company.

Very easy to work with everything went smoothly insurance is paying for my treatment I'm loving the virtual therapy and it's helping my neck and back a lot I will probably pay out of pocket once I have used up all my insurance this is amazing!
