Doctors say nothing they can do but xrhealth works
I fell and injured my elbow 4 years ago I was I have no cartilage and I have severe arthritis bone loss muscle loss there are days it feels like my arm is on fire the doctor says there's nothing that they can do for me that I have to wait till I'm 60 to get a new elbow replacement sense I started xrhealth I have noticed the gaining muscle my grip has gotten better and I have noticed the burning sensation is less frequent thank you xrhealth

Good therapist, extremely poor customer service
Therapist was very good. Not responsive at all to emails regarding a problem. Received a bill for payment of $1200 despite having been assured XRHealth accepted Medicare. Cannot seem to get a response from anyone regarding this problem. Starting to feel like a scam outfit to me.

AMAZING life changing experience
Michael Rose is an AMAZING therapist, and I actually look forward to our session each week and in the past it was not the case with other therapy. I am really hoping for myself that this continues to be life changing for both my personal and work life which includes chronic pain, insomnia, and anxiety. Everyone should at least experience what XR Health has to offer once because therapy will never be the same-this is a game changer.

Great health provider service!
Very professional and friendly staff and support. This has been a terrific alternative to in-office PT! The standard exercises (stretches, weights, bands, etc.) are supplemented with a VR exercise plan. It's sort of like the Wii, but immersive 3D and much higher tracking and response. It makes the exercises much more enjoyable than just sliding your arm up and down a wall. Really, really, recommend XRHealth!

I'm 54 and I hated therapy!!!!
I'm 54 and I hated P.T. or O.T. IT didn't matter which one I've been doing it off and on since I was 17yoa didn't want to do it any more I would make any excuse not to go or just not show up all.
That was until I saw an add for XR HEALTH.
I mean virtual therapy, how do they do that.
So I checked it out and I'm so glad that I did, I read about how it works.
I'm so glad I did, I have 50% more mobility than when I started my Drs. were shocked at the transformation and I couldn't stop bragging about how i achieved it.
I told every one who would listen about XR HEALTH.
NOT only did I get more movement back through this program I got to work on pain management, my sleep,relaxation and many many more.
I recommend this to anyone who hated therapy as much as I did, THIS WORKS you don't realize that you are actually doing therapy.

Bad experience, beware of 'invited' reviews!
I was a patient of XR Health. They assured me on multiple occasions prior to receiving services that their services would be completely covered by my insurance, it was not. They told me that their physical therapist had experience with one of my conditions, she did not and gave me an exercise that literally was the first result that one would find on google for an exercise for that condition.
You may notice that the majority of the reviews on this site for XR Health are marked "Invited". That means that XR Health invited these patients to leave a review. Companies typically only invite consumers that they know had a positive experience and would be likely to leave a positive review. If you see predominantly 'invited' reviews, you know that the company is trying to stack the deck in their favor.
Because of my negative experiences, I left a 1-star review on Google.
In response, several of the top-level executives at XR Health left fraudulent/conflict of interest reviews in an attempt to bury my 1-star review. And they did so in such an inept manner as to be laughable.
Of the 10 reviews currently on Google (Dec 1, 2021), 3 are from people with no history of making reviews and six are obviously from XR Health staff, including executives and... wait for it... their Social Marketing person!

We strive to deliver the most clinically- appropriate, data-driven, effective therapeutic services in innovative and patient-centered modalities. For these reasons, we get exceptional feedback, but we also do get some 1, 2, 3 star ratings that are critical feedback, which we do post and do not hide, and are also of the "invited" nature.
Just to speak to your investigation into how our feedback is obtained:
We have been checking out Google as a platform for reviews (this is why employees are among the reviewers there) as we were trying to understand if this platform verifies the identity of the reviewers and if the person was our patient our not. As this is not the case we are not using the Google reviews and have already submitted an official request to Google to remove the review option from the platform.
As you have found, our patient are reviewing us on this TrustPilot platform, here is a link showing the reviews: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/xr.health. As you can see our patients are very satisfied with the treatment and the services.
For your specific complaints, just as any other medical service, reimbursed by insurance, patients still have what is called "patient responsibility" to cover, such as co-pay and/or deductible, billed once the treatment was performed, according to their insurance plan.
We've successfully treated over 2000 patients this year alone, in 3 different countries and our NPS scores are extremely high, comparing to the average NPS score in the healthcare market.
We are very sorry to hear that you had a less than optimal experience, as we strive to provide the best services, with the highest transparency - with all our patients.

I am completely satisfied with my experience with XRHealth. Not only do I consider my time with XRHealth successful, it was also fun and I looked forward to my sessions. An added plus was being able to do this all from the comfort of my home. While I had specific times for virtual visits with my therapist, I could then work (play) with the VR headset performing specific tasks designed for me or do relaxation sessions at my convenience.
My therapist also gave me physical exercises and stretches and watched to ensure I was doing them correctly. She also incorporated breathing and relaxing techniques, all of which improved the pain I was experiencing.
I am very pleased with the care I received. An individualized treatment plan was designed to assist me in improving/resolving my discomfort and symptoms and I’m very satisfied with my results. I’m back to doing yoga and golfing. I wasn’t sure I'd ever be able to swing a golf club again!
One size does not fit all – and XRHealth met my needs. They adjusted therapy as I progressed and I was periodically evaluated and my routine adapted.
I am very grateful for the care I received from my therapist, Vaishali, and XRHealth.

Worked fine until it didn't.
I used the XR VR set for 8 weeks. The therapists were great, especially the physical therapist Sarah. However, after using the VR successfully for several weeks and loving it, I started having trouble with large black areas appearing and thereby hiding parts of an app that need to be visible. I passed this on to Sarah and she said she was told it was a software change and would be fixed that night. When I tried the next day it still did not work, plus other apps would freeze in the middle of an activity and I had to keep rebooting.I returned the VR, although I was wanting to keep it longer (working properly) because the first sessions it worked fine.
I miss using the VR and I think it was helping me so I'm really disappointed that it stopped working.
Also, sections of some of the text boxes that pop up to give you information or instructions at the beginning of the app sometimes are not visible or only partly visible, and the English is sometimes really hard or impossible to understand. These need to be addressed. You need someone who is a better translator of Hebrew to English. You used to have a Tech Support man named Ralph who was extremely competent and patient but apparently he isn't there now. Hi, Ralph, wherever you are.

I Can Hardly Say Enough
I can’t say enough about my time as a client of XRHealth. From my first encounter with them to the present, they have been positive and have displayed a client centered attitude throughout all my questions and minor needs (e.g. billing, technology glitches, and appointment scheduling). They were quick to follow up on any minor problems. The Apps that were made available addressed my present needs but also provided increasing difficulty levels as I progressed through the program. The therapist assigned to my case was exceptional. He was very encouraging and positive about my progress and also listened and followed through with my questions and concerns. His consistently positive attitude definitely contributed to my continuing progress. I would still be using XR’s full services except for the fact that my insurance does not cover their program. Currently, I just use their rental program. I can definitely give them a five-star review and have recommended XR to others as a result of their exemplary service.

Traditional and Virtual
Personally, my therapist was amazing. She really tailored my therapies to fit me best. When I told her I wanted to incorporate more traditional physical therapy into our lessons, she more than obliged.
Each week, I knew I was in for an extensive and exhausting session. She made sure to try and give me little homeworks in-between our sessions that I could incorporate into my everyday routine like my exercises, walking up and down my home stairs, or trying to get a walk in around my neighborhood.
She really pushed and encouraged me to go harder. I appreciate the summer I got to spend with her training and getting stronger.

I had a subscription program with the headset and I had to send my headset backed to financial reasons as now I Amin a place that I am able to rent the headset again but the only way for me to get the headset back is to go through another evaluation with a therapist. No thank you. If I had just kept the headset, the therapist was not going to come looking for an evaluation so why do I have to done nw to get the headset back?

My experience with XR Health was top notch
My experience with XR Health was top notch from start to finish. Ike, my therapist, did an excellent job of explaining the process, developing an appropriate rehab plan, and helping me get the most from my therapy.
I’m a Sports Med doc and have referred several of my patients to XR Health who have all had a similar experience.
