Friendly, efficient and reliable...exactly who you would want handling you or your clients in the Middle East. I have never had a problem or a complaint from clients that I have booked. I also have had first hand experience too, as I used Ya'lla for a group I was leading in Israel. The accommodations, meals, transportation and most importantly the guides were top notch.

Our small group (8 people) had a marvelous experience in Jordan. Our guide was knowledgeable and courteous. He made adjustments to the itinerary to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. Our driver was skillful and the mini-bus was very comfortable. Our accommodations were excellent and the sights of Jordan were very impressive. We are pleased that we trusted Ya'lla with our travel arrangements and strongly recommend them.

I've worked with Ya'lla Tours for clients going to a variety of destinations, and each time those clients have been so impressed with the quality of the tour guides, accommodations, etc.

Our guide in Israel was extremely knowledgeable and shared information clearly and comprehensibly. The tour itself was an extremely thorough introduction to Israel's history and major sights. We were thrilled to see this amazing, impressive country and get to know its story, past and present, more clearly and intimately than ever thanks to the itinerary mapped out by Ya'lla. We only wish we had gone to Israel sooner and hope to return again!

I have absolutely no complaints. Everything went smoothly and the tour guide and the driver were excellent. I would highly recommend. Only thing I would change is that for a 10 day trip that there be one free day in the middle of the trip.

We booked the Deluxe Egypt Tour, Platinum level. It was an amazing experience! Egypt was the trip of a lifetime for me! Hotel accommodations were very good. The Acamar boat and staff were outstanding! We were grateful Ya'lla staff made us feel safe and comfortable in a foreign country. They made it easy for us to get in/out of airports, check into hotels and see the sites. We would never have seen so much of Egypt on our own. Maged was friendly and professional. Tureek (sp?) our Cairo Guide was fantastic! I cannot say enough good things about him. He spoke excellent English. He walked through every site with us and thoroughly explained what we were looking at. He was knowledgeable, able to answer any questions. He also gave us general information about Egypt and provided assistance, as necessary. Our Guide, Geoge, who took over the rest of the trip from Luxor and down the Nile was disappointing. At times, he was difficult to understand. When we were at a site, he gave us an overview of what we would see and then set a time limit and send us on our way to explore on our own. I felt we missed a great deal by not always knowing what we were looking at. No doubt he was uncomfortable with the extreme heat (104-114 Fahrenheit) but we all felt the same. I must now state the bad. The fee Ya'lla charged for our Visa and the tipping guidelines for Ya'lla employees soured us on the experience. I learned Egypt's visa is $25 and readily available at the airport. Ya'lla charged $60 per person. When we arrived the Tour Mgr. took our passports and obtained the visas within minutes. We should have been told it was an easy process and given the option to get it on our own upon entry. Ya'lla's charge of additional $35 per person is outrageous! I understand tipping is the culture of this country. However, we hired a professional touring company that should be properly paying their empployees. The expected tips to the Tour Mgr, Driver and Guides were out of line, especially as they were based per traveler and not per family. It made us feel we were supplementing the income that Ya'lla should be paying. We and the other family in our group booked our trip with Ya'lla because we wanted someone else to plan our days. We didn't want to plan anything. Ever night we met to review how much money was needed for tips the next day. In total, we paid out an additional couple hundred dollars per person. An unplanned expense on top of an already costly trip. It would be better for Ya'lla to increase the price of the tour to include tipping instead of nickel/diming us every day. On a positive note, the suggested tipping of $25 per person for cruise staff for the entire cruise was absolutely fine and well-deserved.

we were celebrating 50 years of marriage with a trip to the holy land and egypt. what a trip it was. yalla tours was recommended by a golfing buddy. he and his wife are world travelers. we felt good about yalla from the get go.
the tour guides were professionals-5 stars. each one had a passion for their country.
the greeters at the airport and drivers were excellent.
the hotels were clean and the staff responsive.
we have future plans that will include yalla.

Exceptional service. Yalla representatives were waiting for us on arrival; met us each morning, provided expert guides daily, and on departure made sure we were properly checked-in for the flight home. Our private guide Morris was exceptional. We learned so much and he was very friendly and helpful! Our hotels were good but we liked the Herbert Samuel in Jerusalem best for location & amenities.
