Ours was a slightly more complicated trip than normal in that we were combining two of Yalla's great itineraries (Sultan's Touch (Turkey) and Aeolos (Greece)), which involved a bridge period of days between tours and commuting back and forth between Turkey and Greece, and lasting a total of a month. Yalla's Lisa worked with our local travel agent Bob Guymon who arranged our plane travel. Lisa customized our travel to match the itinerary even when it meant a local private guide was assigned to just my husband and me for a period of days. My history buff husband found that the two tours covered every ancient location in this region he's ever dreamed of visiting. Yalla proved flawless on communication, vouchers and connections. I did get nervous sometimes while waiting for confirmation of the next contact -- but the fact was that we were always contacted the evening before with these details and the pick up transfer people were exactly on time, every time through the trip. All guides were knowledgeable, personable. Hotels were excellent in location and service - some big ones, some 'boutique.'

Outstanding job with planning and organization.

This was one of the best tours ever? Moulay and Cherife were extraordinary as a guide and driver respectively. They were knowledgeable and patient and simply wonderful. I would recommend this tour for anyone and everyone who wants to experience the calm and serenity as well as the beauty of Morocco,

Ya'lla made our Egypt experience perfect. Our transfers and guides were above exceptional. We had expert Egyptologists and luxury accommodations and vehicles. Our Nile River cruise was great on the luxury Acamar ship. We will absolutely recommend Ya'lla and travel with them again.

I loved Zvika and his charm. He did push a bit now and then.

I had a fantastic time!
The only thing that seemed over the top was having someone drive me 50 meters from the dock to the hotel.

I initially did not know who Ya'lla was until our local travel agent partnered with them for our trip to Greece. Everything worked perfectly on the cruise and all ground transportation and hotels in Athens were first rate. Their packet of information sent beforehand was very extensive and included maps and histories of our destination. I would recommend Ya'lla for all your travel needs without reservation.

A first class guide was assigned to our small group. My wife needed extra time and he gave extra accommodations for her needs. Our group was treated with great expertise in every possible way.

Excellent We had a private guide and private driver. This was excellent because we were a small group of 6 and could get in before the crowds. Our guide Svika knew when to get to a site and how to get us attached to another small group to get baptised by a reverend. Our driver Saed could manuever in and out of traffic and get us real close to the site so we didn't have to wait or walk a long ways. Our van was for 15 people so we could spread out and everyone had great seats.

We had an excellent tour. Our Guide was wonderful and loved the itinerary. Our guide was very flexible and tried to accommodate us when we wanted to make small changes. We could not recommend Ya'lla more highly.

Agent I worked with was very knowledgeable. Always answered my emails promptly. Document holders were very attractive, which is rare these days.

Tour guides, local host, hotels & tours were amazing. There was always someone to bring us to the sites and having a personal guide was wonderful. I would definitely recommend them!

Wow..we had an incredible experience in Israel. The sites and history were spectacular. We enjoyed every stop along the way and our guide Joe and driver Mustafa were very knowledgeable and passionate about their history as well as providing excellent and personal service each day. The itinerary was well coordinated by Ya'lla. We really appreciated the flexibility and thoughtfulness provided to us due to my mother's bad knee. Our guide Mustafa patiently waited for me and my mom with the bad knee and treated us like friends from day 1. Joe our guide showed us sites beyond our itinerary. I even got to ride a camel! Our driver was courteous, prompt and knowledgeable with every route. The tour bus was air conditioned and the driver had a cooler filled with cold bottled water at a $1 a piece where in the streets you can pay as much as $3 a bottle. The Breakfast at Leonardo and Grand Court was to die for..everything you would expect to eat was available and delicious. The dinner was excellent as well with so many dessert choices. Rooms were very clean and comfortable beds with small refrigerator. You had to go outside of your room to use the iron though at Grand Court. Airport pick up and drop off drivers were punctual, excellent, courteous and friendly. Thanks again and God bless everyone in our group and the Ya'lla staff.

Everything was first rate. Our tour guide, Dayana Rios of Agencia de Viejas San Cristbol was best tour guide we've has on any trip.
