Yalla did an excellent job in putting together a complicated itinerary to Egypt, Jordan and Oman. All the meet and greet, tour leaders, drivers and hotel choices were excellent. As a travel professional I know quality and great planning and selection is critical to a vacation.

This is a great tour company, they took care of all the details that made traveling in Jordan to Petra so wonderful. Our tour guide (Mr. Hani) was very accommodating to our special needs and is so knowledgeable on the history and culture of the country that we learned a lot about this great country and had a very enjoyable vacation.

Guide was very personable. Car was comfortable. Most of the tour seemed to be getting from one place to the other with little time at locations and cursory descriptions or information. Hotels were acceptable.

Ya'lla organization was good and the tour was user-friendly. The itinerary was solid and the tour flowed nicely. Iacov, our Israeli tour guide, added a lot to the enjoyable experience. The hotels were all good and the food was abundant (though not great). The weather went from the mid-80s F. at the Dead Sea to very cold and rainy (mid-40s F.) at Jerusalem and Bethlehem. A number of our people returned home sick (including myself). I would not go to Israel again in the month of March. When combining the general fatigue with a huge temperature drop, it was a set up for sickness. The direct flight from S.F. to Tel Aviv is great.

Guides in both Jordan and Israel were exceptional! We learned from a local’s point of view. We had a great time and I would highly recommend Ya’lla tours.

Outstandingly planned itinerary. Our Guide and Driver are best in their field. Jacob, our guide, had encyclopedic knowledge of history and geography of the Holy Land. Nisan, our driver, could expertly maneuver our hulking big bus forward, backward, uphill and downhill! And he kept the bus clean every day. Meals were good except that the venues were often very crowded. A couple hotels were old with sagging mattresses and staff who simply were unresponsive to requests from guests. On the whole an excellent trip. Yalla is a great choice for travel to Israel.

We could not have been more pleased with our experience. We were cared for in the planning and from the moment we landed in Egypt. Some of our group lost their bags and the extra effort to find them was impressive. We particularly liked our Egyptologist. Not only was he well versed but very welling to talk about the current economic and political situation in the area. We have recommended Ya'lla to many friends.

Everything went exactly as planned. Great trip. Guides were so knowledgeable. Choices of places to visit were perfect.

Our guide did an outstanding job of guiding a very diverse group (multiple countries, ages, and faith) of people through an incredibly complex country. We were very happy with the wide range of experiences that we were able to see in Israel. The hotels, transportation arrangements and other logistics worked very well. We are very glad we made the journey!

A well planned out tour of Israel. We honestly got the biggest bang for our dollar on this tour. We’re extremely satisfied, we’ll be looking into future tours Yala.

For a 2 week tour of Israel; our tour guide Jacob was amazing, both in knowledge and ability to sometimes get the tour in places and times normally not available; but driver Nissan was a virtuoso with the steering wheel also. Hotels were OK to good. Trip preparation, flights and administration were very user-friendly.

Our Pilgrimage to Israel was beyond imagination. Our Pastor, the group of people, the Itinerary...the Tour guides, bus driver....absolutely everything was beyond expectations! 🙏😇‼️🙌⭐️🙏‼️There are no words to describe our trip and forever memories...Thank You Thank You Forever Thank You

The guide in Havana was terrific. The walking tour was wonderful and went off without a hitch. The only feedback is to provide better instructions on the exact location to meet the guide from the cruise ship and the guide's phone number.

It was an amazing experience! The staff is punctual, they strive to provide you the best experience and they deliver. From the informational packet before your trip to ensuring you are heading to the right gate for departure - everyone is pleasant. And the tours are spectacular! The guides as very knowledgeable and take you to the best places. Also thankful for safe, courteous and experienced drivers. Ya'lla is the best tour company and I would highly recommend them to anyone!
