The flat was clean and in an excellent location near Earls Court and Kensington High Street underground. Every thing we needed was in the flat. However the banging of doors left us with very little sleep. The person upstairs could be heard packing , and moving around until he left at 3am . We were in room 7 on the ground floor and it was a nightmare. Sound proofing is needed!

Location and apartment are to a high standard. Perfect for commuters or holiday trips. Would recommend and will be coming back!

First genuinely bad short-term rental experience I’ve had.

The overall condition was poor throughout. Strong odours, soft furnishings covered in stains, dirty kitchen surfaces with crumbs and grease residue, damaged walls/paintwork, broken cupboards, and non-working lighting.

Most frustratingly, the listing advertised a king bed as standard, yet on arrival the room had been set up as twins. We booked this property as a couple, and had that been accurately represented, we simply would not have booked it.

We contacted the support number immediately and left within an hour without staying overnight, then had to arrange alternative accommodation late that evening. Despite this, the property manager refused any refund or meaningful attempt to resolve the situation.

Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Pessima esperienza!!! Abbiamo prenotato un monolocale a Brixton e il check in era previsto per le 15 del 28 aprile. Nel corso della mattinata ho cercato di contattare tramite email e tramite WhatsApp il servizio clienti per sapere quando mi avrebbero mandato i codici di accesso all'appartamento, ma nessuno ha risposto. Finalmente alle 14.00 circa ci comunicano i codici con una email automatica. Alle 15 raggiungiamo la stanza ed era esattamente come era stata lasciata dell'ospite precedente: letto disfatto, lenzuola macchiate, capelli nel lavabo del bagno, posate usate nel lavandino, superfici sporche... Ho nuovamente cercato di contattare il servizio clienti, senza nessuna risposta. Ho dovuto procurarmi una Sim inglese per riuscire a chiamarli. Hanno addirittura voluto che inviassi delle foto a conferma di quello che dicevo ma l'unica cosa che ho ottenuto è stata una pulizia della stanza molto approssimativa, consegnata 2 ore dopo e delle scuse.
Siamo rientrati da una settimana e siamo ancora in attesa di una risposta definitiva in merito alla nostra richiesta di risarcimento!
La posizione è molto comoda, perché i bus e la metro sono praticamente fuori dalla porta dell'edificio, ma ogni notte intorno alle 3e30 siamo stati svegliati da rumori fortissimi di operai che scaricavano merci praticamente sotto la nostra finestra. Assolutamente sconsigliato!!!

Had a great experience! Check-in was is easy, they provide everything you need nothing was missing. We are looking to book again during the half-term for the family!

Really easy to check in, apartments are always clean and great condition. Has everything that you need for a stay. Really nicely decorated.
Drafty windows as they are single glaze- may recommend a little draft excluder for the bottom of the windows but still cozy with the heating on.

I recently stayed at this apartment and overall had a very pleasant experience. The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was very convenient, with easy access to local attractions, shops, and public transportation. I especially appreciated the small details, like the well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bedding, which made the stay feel more like home. I would definitely recommend this apartment to others and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

The process was so easy from start to finish. Great communication and well explained instructions for accessing the building (Milton Keynes)
The lobby was clean and smelled fresh, which is always welcome!
The apartment was wonderful and had all that we needed. Good quality equipment and comfortable. I will definitely be back, as you can walk everywhere. A great little cafe called Hide & Seek just a short walk for a morning coffee. The main shopping centre is close by, as is Sainsburys. I booked my parking space through their website, as it is monitored by wardens. Overall, a wonderful stay and I highly recommend!

I've used this company a number of times, and their accommodation is consistently excellent. The locations I've used in London (Shepherds Bush, Brixton, Tooting and Kensington) are great, really convenient. The apartments are finished to a high standard, and the prices are really good - you wouldn't get a Travelodge in London for cheaper!

I can't recommend them highly enough, and I will continue to use them whenever I visiting London.

Booked for work, great location, easy to access apartments with door codes/keyless entry. Good sized rooms with good facilities. Only thing that lets it down is the cleanliness, wasn’t dirty but there were hairs in the shower/on the floor/on the bed, and some surfaces were dusty.

Very poor experience and unacceptable handling – avoid.

We booked a weekend stay expecting a relaxing break, but the experience was extremely stressful from the moment we arrived.

The first apartment smelt strongly of smoke and was clearly not cleaned properly (dirty kitchenware, hair, unclean surfaces), which triggered my partner’s asthma and made it unsafe to stay. We were then moved THREE times, and every apartment we were shown was in an unacceptable condition – including one with blood on the floor, mould in the bathroom, and a dirty fridge.

This is not a minor issue, it is a serious hygiene concern and suggests a wider failure in standards.

It took multiple phone calls to get any resolution, and there were no managers available all weekend. We were left dealing with a night porter and someone on WhatsApp, which is completely inappropriate given the situation. We had to repeatedly pack up all our belongings, move between apartments, and eventually drive to a completely different property.

This meant we were no longer in the central location we paid for and had to spend additional money on Ubers, parking (no on-site parking), and petrol.

Even the final apartment was not up to standard – dusty and missing basic items like drinking glasses.

What is most frustrating is the way this has been handled since. Despite clear evidence of the conditions and disruption caused, the company has refused to take proper responsibility and offered just £50 compensation, which does not even cover the additional costs we incurred.

To make matters worse, this compensation has still not been paid, and our holding deposit has not yet been returned.

The lack of management presence over an entire weekend is also extremely concerning – it raises serious questions about how any real emergency would be handled.

This was not a one-off issue, and I am leaving this review to warn others. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise avoiding this company.

Fantastic apartment,nice and spacious and clean! Always clean fresh towels. And the communal space is a fantastic idea! Will be back again!

Myself and my daughter stayed here for two nights. The location was fantastic, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
The room has everything we needed for our stay. We made use of the communal kitchen too which was great.

Fantastic weekend at the penthouse in Wapping Wharf.
5 ladies had a great time. Fab bedrooms and communal space. The terrace could do with some TLC to make using more appealing.
Frustrating there’s no parking. The nearby car park only allows 24hrs. I used Just Park nearby, £60 for the weekend.
We had a great time, and would definitely come again.

Wonderful, clean apartment with two bathrooms and a cosy balcony. Quick bus connection to the city center, good communication with the helpful stuff. Loved it!

The appartment was new, clean, with all you can need. The location is perfect, with underground lines directly connected with all the places you can visit. Neibourhood quiet and nice.

Fantastic as always! The apartment was neat, clean and had everything we needed to make our stay both comfortable and memorable. Lovely location, amenities and service. No complaints whatsoever! We will definitely be back.

We stayed at Clifton House Bristol and had a terrible experience. The website description of the apartment was simply inaccurate no window/tiny bathroom. The flat itself was filthy. We had to buy cleaning materials to clean it. The house itself was a mess. We have complained and sent photos but have received zero response. Do not book with them they have absolutely no sense of customer service or honesty whatsoever.
