I am new to Youth & Earth, but I am really happy with a number of things. I really appreciate the transparency regarding the supplements, alongside the research provided. It really seems like a ever moving, updated and fresh vision of what supplementation can be. I also reached out to customer service and received a quick and helpful response. I haven't used the products for long, but I will say I could feel a considerable improvement not long after starting them. The delivery was quick and they have good sales. Definitely worth a try.

I had an issue with the order I placed and didn’t expect a reply so quickly. They explained what had happened and resolved the issue straightaway. You don’t get many companies willing to do so much so soon! Keep up the great work.. oh and your supplements are amazing too!

I had the most amazing customer service experience - thank you Megan! - from the Youth & Earth team. Their response was super-fast, so helpful and with excellent comms. I love the Youth & Earth product anyway, but to have excellent customer service as well, really makes it a brand worth supporting.

Very good company to deal with. Have purchased some spore pro biotic which arrived in good time.

Shipping time to Spain takes around 20 business days, with no clear information on the website to assess this in advance. Customer service is extremely slow to respond and not particularly helpful.

Given that these products require consistent use to be effective, such long delivery times and lack of reliable support make it unfeasible to incorporate them into a routine with any confidence.

I must say that after a few months of supplementation with a few Y&E's products I was positively surprised.
I feel more energized and I started feeling that good vibe even before my expectations. That already is enough for a great review.
I am a very demanding guy, turning 50, 2 boxe sessions per week, 1 HIIT, weight lifting, member of a modern dance company, a very stressful job as entrepreneur, 2 kids, a partner living abroad... that's enough to knock out more than a few. Well I thought that this year I needed support to handle all this and Y&E delivered. I am performing even better than my younger classmates and feel always energized.
In 2 weeks time I'll also test my LDL and see if I can avoid statins. If I can beat that, well kudos!
What is also very important is that all information is transparent and clear and in a world where supplementation scams are behind the corner, this is tremendously important to prevent risking your health and slaughtering your wallet.
Website Ux could be improved, but customer service is very reactive and kind whenever there's a glitch.
The only downside is that sometimes they run out of inventory due to increasing demand, but that's ok.

As a new customer I am impressed by swift delivery of the NMN capsules and also the quick response I had to a query. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.

Thought I would just hurt their TrustPilot reviews as much as possible due to the fact they have a scammy method of trying to increase Average Order Value by adding a "facemask" to your order when trying to checkout. You literally cannot remove it and no way of paying for your product without having it. XD Biggest load of garbage I have ever seen.

I ordered a product in error and there was an immediate response from Customer Services - the Order was cancelled and the refund sorted..
I'm waiting for my delivery of their Liposomal Hyaluronic Acid - I'm really impressed by this product ...I was getting it via Amazon but it took so long to arrive . My only caveat - just personal - I wish it was a 300mls bottle rather than 250mls

Quick email replies even on a Sunday. Very helpful and always there to help.

Absolutely love everything about this brand ! The products are great, the NMN and Resveratol are just incredible, I have been taking several of their vitamins for many years now... And the customer service is always so efficient and so nice. Love !

Fraudulent activity from this company!

Update: I have spoken to my bank about this and they confirmed that using my card details to make another order in this manner is indeed a scam and they will now be looking into it. They have removed my card details from the website so that the company couldn’t fraudulently take money from me again.

I made an order of one item on Sunday evening. After I had paid and received notification that my order was complete, it showed me 3 items with a title “add to your order now.” I clicked on one of them to see what it was.

I immediately received a notification that this item had been added to my existing order and paid for, without any chance for me to review the what item was or check the total. I received another email saying “order amended” and that I was now paying £54 instead of £23.”

I wrote to the company immediately to cancel and also complain about this, still on Sunday night.

At 10.15 the next morning I received an email saying that unfortunately a label had already been created for the order so it would be too late to cancel. They did say I could refuse the order on delivery or return it but this doesn’t seem like a reasonable hoop to jump through given that I didn’t make the order in the first place.

Given that I didn’t intend to order the item in the first place, I really resent them creating further obstacles to my cancellation and receiving a refund this order.

If their products were as good as listed, surely they wouldn’t need to coerce me into paying more than I needed to for items I didn’t want?

Tricking me into paying more for an order that has already been processed is fraudulent and unethical, and goes against government guidelines for online shopping.

Excellent customer service! I’ve had a delivery issue, got a prompt reply and was resolved in no time.

I have been a customer since 2023 and have spent almost £2000 with these guys, so a good customer. However, my experience with the V14 subscription has been terrible. This is the 3rd month that these guys have told me that they have no product, despite reassuring me that new deliveries are expected. Having said this, they are still marketing the product on their site so clearly;y selling to some folk. What is going on? I'm now looking for other suppliers of product.
