I had ordered a plushie back in February and hadn’t received it by August. I emailed support and they were very friendly and helpful. The plushie arrived a few weeks later and I couldn’t be happier! Customer service is their strong suit.

So I made a purchase for the new Oli Sykes plush and I wrote down the wrong address and contacted the support team to try changing it to a different address. With ZERO hesitation I was helped and with the literal sweetest human interaction I’ve ever received. Everyone who is a part of the support teams deserves their flowers!

I pre-ordered two different plushies back in November of 2024. I knew that pre-order would take a while, and I trusted Youtooz to fulfill my order so I left it in the back of my mind for a while.
Fast forward to early September of this year, 2025. I still haven't received either and have zero word about the status of either! Reaching out to the Youtooz customer support team, they learned that one of my packages got lost in the facility and the other was marked as delivered by the delivery company. The kind person helped me to reorder my lost package (at no cost to me) and directed me to the delivery company so I could get info from them. Additionally, the Youtooz person also asked me to keep them updated on what I heard from the delivery company - and that really showed to me that they genuinely cared that my issues got resolved.
Contacting the delivery company overall went poorly. They did not really get back to me and essentially ghosted me.
I reached back out to Youtooz and seriously I've never had better customer service. The person (I'm not sure if it was the same person as before or not) was super helpful, thanked me for my clarification, and resent me my second plushie no ifs-ands'- or buts' about it!
The person (or people) from Youtooz seriously made me feel seen as a customer; cared about as a customer with an issue; and, most importantly of all to me, they felt like a real person on the others idea of the email chain.

Чесно, я здивована наскільки вони лояльно відносяться до клієнтів, я чекала свою фігурку десь пів року, я вже змирилася з тим що не побачу її, але зворотній звʼязок з компанією мене заспокоював, вони відповідали дуже швидко, і все чітко пояснювали, допомогли переадресувати доставку, бо виникали проблеми. Я розуміла що чекати доведеться довго, бо про це буквально пишуть на сайті, я вражена скільки людей в коментарях дивуються довгій доставці, бо про це попереджають. Дуже задоволена командою, яка відповідає на електронні листи, у вас дуже багато терпіння, хахаха, впевнена буду замовляти ще, і знаю що прийдется запастися терпінням)) заради таких фігурок очікування того варте.

Through my time browsing and ordering, its always been a loving community, when i ever had issues they got onto it striaght away when they could, always answering with lovely replies and making me feel secure about my order.
This is my 3rd tome getting something off youtooz and i so hyped becuase their toothless is so cute i cant wait too had him too my family 😆 but sadly there have been delays but luckily they have kept me in touch which basically makes it all the more worth the way, finally i also had moved places and switching my delivery address was super easy and they made sure everything was sent ❤️

Great customer help. Package was sent to the wrong address, forgot to change it before it left the facility. When I saw on the mailing system it ended up in a diffrent state I was a little worried texted customer support it arrived back at the facility and they sent it back when they had the address. Just gor it today and it showed up. This is a highly good company and customer support. 10/10.

Hello! I bought a Fizzarolli Youtooz a while back via Hot Topic, and have one complaint: the balance. While the figure itself is nice and high quality, the balance is terrible. I have to put it against something just so it is able to stand upright without falling and disrupting other items I have placed by it. He's a little whack but still love him.
However, I am HIGHLY satisfied with the two other Youtooz I've received. Great balance and incredible quality for those two.
