My patience to them is reach my limits

Youtooz has giving to me a false promises about my Halloween yang and Weiss plushie for the last time I’m sick and tired of their empty promises they have failed me for the last time I hate Youtooz I hate them a lot this is why that company gives me a empty promises to me and they have failed for the last time I HATE YOUTOOZ I was about to not shopping from them for fraud and empty promises and I asked them nice to give me a tracking number to my Halloween Yang and Weiss plushies but they sugar coated with lies and further more I’m STILL WAITING FOR MY DAMN HALLOWEEN RUBY PLUSHIE Youtooz is the worse company ever I hate them so much they lied to me for the last time Youtooz is the autistic hating store for giving autistic person like my self by lies and deceive and empty promises screw Youtooz also my patience is getting thinnest and thinnest and they are in the single thread for the explosion of my rage Youtooz never seeing me when I’m angry I spend almost 160 dollars for all four of them that money is went down the drain

Definitely recommend !!

Definitely recommend !!! Bought the dungeon soup lemon guy. My package got lost while in transit (not their fault) and Youtooz assisted me from the beginning to the end (got it this week - still excited). Their customer service, helpfullness and all round great attitude is something that you dont get these days. They kept in contact with me until i received the barbarian. Thanks to everyone for going the extra mile, for making these amazing items, and for making me a massive fan of Youtooz!!!

Super Helpful Company

They’re a super helpful company! I had some issues with my shipping address and they were able to help me out. It was very easy to find their support email and get in contact with them, as well as find out what information I needed to provide them for the help I needed. A lot of companies make it a bit more difficult to get into contact with them but not Youtooz! I got a quick response from their support team and they were able to correct the issue without any trouble. Really looking forward to receiving my product and buying from them again in the future.

The Boggo plushie is perfect!

The Boggo plushie arrived and is Exactly as I hoped, and as promised. It captures the character as the creators intended - it’s 100% Boggo, as funny as it is cute, and it’s very well made, of boutique-shop quality. The materials are soft and colorful. Limited editions of crafted items from independent artists can take time to be fulfilled and delivered so for me it was worth the eight month wait. The people who made this are amazing at what they do, so it will always be cherished by me. Thank you ☕️

The customer service team was very…

The customer service team was very helpful with my order! I hadn’t realized I had a typo in my email when I ordered my plushie from their site. So when I hadn’t received the order confirmation I reached out to the company and they didn’t take long to respond and figured out I had a typo in my email address! They were kind enough to help me and fix it. Once it was fixed I got my order confirmation! Now I am just waiting for my plushie to be shipped!! Thank you again Youtooz for the help!

Has taken 9 months to get item sent…

Has taken 9 months to get item sent out. Only after many emails & contact through X has it been sent ( i think) stuck in Hong Kong airport now for 5 days. Really disappointed. Grand daughter ordered not a cheap item so saved a long while for it. Not good enough Youtooz. Fingers crossed it does eventually get here. No more orders from us.
Yes it was pre order but not 9 months. February should have been the date. Just kept getting put back. It’s now on it’s way slowly so will await delivery. I still think its unreasonable.

We make a lot of items that are sold on a pre-order basis, so it is very normal for items to ship many months after ordering. This is always made clear on the product page and your confirmation email!

A few days without tracking updates is also never a cause for concern, and is exceptionally normal.

I know your order will arrive and that your granddaughter will love it!

Customer support lies and doesn't help

Item is on it's way for 30 days now and hasn't moved in the last 10 days after arriving in Slovakia and **supposedly** leaving Slovakia.

The support doesn't try to help me anymore.

On their website it said 10-15 business days to Europe. After we were way above that, they tried to gaslight me by saying it's 20-30 business days (I have screenshots that's not true) and now they just changed the website to reflect their new timeframe.

They don't want to send replacements for the order and obviously don't want to give my money back.

Avoid this company at all costs. Buy the stuff in stores or on Amazon, but make sure you don't have to deal with their "customer support".

Edit: After it moved again, there's no new updates for 11 days and still counting.
In addition to that my account has been closed by Youtooz after using PayPal buyers protection, so keep in mind that this company does not take kindly to customers excercising their rights. I needed to do this because not once in the process was a replacement or refund offered to me, only "wait a little longer" as you can see in their answer. I ordered a replacement at a different store now, way after Youtooz sent their item and it is already here.

Edit 2: The replacement I ordered from a completely different store was ordered way after the original order and is already here for a week. It's now been 14 days since the last movement of the package and over one month since it entered the EU. This is beyond ridiculous. Thankfully I won't need the order by Youtooz anymore.

I can assure you nothing nefarious happened here whatsoever. Oftentimes, if an item is delayed, the only solution is patience. I see in our email exchange our team explained this to you, and we did our best to offer up-to-date information for your order. I understand that if you are excited for something, patience is not an easy thing to utilize.

However, you only need to continue to wait, as we can see from the tracking, it is not lost and is still on the way, just slower than we initially expected.

I know your order will arrive soon and that you will love it; you just need to wait for it!

My son accidently binned part of his order, I reached out to ask if I could purchase the item separately and they sent the binned item for free!

Better than the rest!

I've had bad experiences with other brands' customer service. But Youtooz was so quick I got an automated email to tell me they were prepared to reach out once an actual employee was available as reassurance. But I think the actual email came through within another hour or two, atleast in the same day. It gave me all the information I needed, telling me that my stuff was actual shipping in a batch for June and that was responsible for the delay. They also informed me that my other item was actually already shipped and on the way! Just super quick and super informational and exactly what I was asking for.

Been waiting 13 months for a mug

Been waiting 13 months for a mug. I am so sick of waiting. Initially bought an APPA mug for presale in March 2025 saying it’d depart in May 2025(it’s currently April 2026). They keep updating their page everytime it gets close to the date and adding an extra couple of months so now it’s been a year. I’m actually going to scream. The communication has been atrocious. But at this point, cancel the product. It’s obviously not working. What a joke. Don’t buy from this company. I suspect it’s a scam

So nice!!!

I’ve gotten more then 3 youtooz and I haven’t had any problems but I recently moved and forgot to change my adress for another one I was ordering and so I contacted them to change my adress they responded very quickly, were very nice and helpful, and easy to contact.
