I went to make a purchase with After Pay and accidentally made a card for way more $$ than what my item was. Luckily I was able to email the Youtooz team and they immediately canceled my purchase at my request and followed up within 15 minutes of my email.

I ordered Summer Loona back in July 2025. By December 2025 it was shipped to me and never thought of it. I could track and trace it, as it was on it´s way to me. But once in February I discovered it was sent back to Youtooz. Apperantly Denmark handed the posting to a 3rd party around January 2026, and they were late on notifications. I wrote to Youtooz support. And I feared I was going to lose my money, pay for imports again or never hear from them. I wouldn´t guess to my surprise they shipped a new figure by the end of February 2026. No added shipping cost no added import taxes. WAUW!!!
It´s the second time I bought from them. Have a 3rd figurine from them bought at Amazon. I´m going to buy from now on DIRECTLY!!! from them.

I had some issues with the shipping of an item due to my local posting service and Youtooz was able to very quickly and easily fix the issue. The support is amazing and I love the quality of their items! I'll always be excited for a new youtooz drop!

Bought a figure back in November for a pre order and now "due to high demand" they cant ship it out until June when it was expected in January and theyre still expecting current orders to be shipped out sooner. Absolutely terrible customer service and felt like the response was made by AI. If you give a date that something is supposed to be shipped out by actually ship it out by that date.

I ordered a plushie and a figurine, the plushie is AMAZING i had 0 problems with it and it came earlier than expected, with figurine i had few problems but the support team helped me and i got it a month earlier too. Im happy with both of them im going to probably order more in the future :)!

I ordered a plush 4 years ago and it never came, which was so annoying. However I remembered it the other week and messaged their X account for any advice (not expecting anything to come from it.) They sent one out to me with no problems with the best customer service you could ask for! So happy with the company!

The support they have is really great and supportive. Although there are some problems with the quality control (that shouldn’t be there for some figures with such price, more precisely in the fnaf 4 wave) they offer multiple replacements if necessary and offer great communication services.

This company makes some of the best collectibles I have EVER seen. They always arrive in amazing condition and most of all, their customer support is if I’m being honest? The best customer service I have ever had. Seriously, I couldn’t recommend Youtooz enough. I have bought seven things at the time of writing this and will be buying more. I seriously suggest getting yourself a Youtooz collectible at least once. I can’t wait to see what new stuff comes out!
One thing is for sure, even if you live in some place which is often hard to reach like I do, do not stress about it. One of my orders arrived EARLY despite everything.
Again, couldn’t recommend this company enough.

I'm extremely disappointed with how my situation has been handled. I ordered I plush on November 28th , the fnaf Roxy sit plush for my daughter on Christmas. I understand that especially during holiday season, that there can be delays but seriously I've waited more then 3 months now and still no shipping. I've contacted them about this before, bit they just gave me some automated response about it, the response wasnt even answering my question. The estimated shipping times are seriously inaccurate like I know it's an estimate but it's seriously super unreal. Then I contacted them again asking for an update and guess what . NO RESPONSE. not that I am surprised anyway. And it has been 2 months since I asked them. They really should do better but I feel like reviews like these will not make them try and improve . This company really needs to start treating people the same as others because some people get extremely lucky while some get massive delays even for a year. Please do better and give me a damn update on my order because I have been waiting ages, with a disappointed daughter of course
