Had some unexpected trouble with shipping (Not their fault, the place where I live has some finicky customs and most shops don't deliver here. Though usually orders from youtooz got here fine). However, with a short e-mail I was able to get either a full refund or send the shipments to a new location. No messes, no long process, just a short e-mail chain.

My daughter, who is 20 yrs old, orders quite a bit from Youtooz. Mainly FNAF figures and plushies, but on the odd occasion she will buy something for her younger brother and sister.
She placed an order earlier on this year for herself, but she also ordered a Breaking Bad figure for her brother (which turned up when except and was all good), and a FNAF figure for her sister.
We recently received delivery of the item, after a lengthy weight, as this was the final part of her order. However, when she opened it to check it before giving it to her sister, the box rattled! One of the figures feet had broken off. This must of happened during shipping, because she opened it as soon as it was delivered. I took a photo of the broken figure and emailed the company. They were very helpful. Once I'd provided a photo of the broken item in front of the box is was mailed in, the company was very apologetic and said they would send out a replacement straight away!
I wanted to wait until we received it, before leaving a review. We are very impressed by the excellent customer service and absolutely thrilled with the replacement figure. I'm sure we'll be ordering plenty more real soon!

I have ordered from Youtooz several times between 2020 and 2025 and I have always been satisfied with the product(s) received. I have spoken with their customer service to fix minor shipping issues twice, and both times their CS was quick to reply and got my issue resolved in a timely manner. I have and will order from them again.

I absolutely love Youtooz! My only issue that I had with them was that I wasn't receiving any emails including my confirmation emails for my purchases. I emailed them and they quickly responded and fixed the issue. They're customer service was great. Quick, polite, and eager to resolve the issue. I have no complaints and am a very satisfied customer.

This company is the most unprofessional company i have ever used….shipping delay shipping delay shipping delay and guess what?! No communication at all. They wont let you know its been delayed 4 times they just change the sate on the website like its ok…i have 150$ wrapped up in items that i ordered back in the beginning of august that just keep getting “pushed back” and didnt get told until i messaged the company. Beyond furious now they better expedite my shipping or refund me my goddamn money at this point. Worthless company worthless workers.

I had made multiple orders and couldn’t find my emails for the first one I placed. Support helped me immediately and found what I needed which took a load of stress off my shoulders. Absolutely best support team I’ve ever been in contact with.

I had ordered the limited time Loona beach figure and needed to change the shipping address as I had moved, said 2-3 days to respond but they responded same day and fixed the issue in the same day. Never had any issues!

I ordered Hannibal and Roman Consul to Berlin, but unfortunately, due to the delivery company, I never received my package. I contacted Youtooz support, and they were incredibly quick and helpful throughout the process.
They first guided me to contact the delivery company, and when that didn’t work out, they went above and beyond by reshipping my order.
Thank you so much, Youtooz! As a huge history geek and massive Hannibal Barca fan, this order meant a lot to me. 🐘⚔️

J'ai passé ma commande le 25 septembre, les délais pour la peluche que j'ai acheté sont du 1 au 31 octobre et elle n'est toujours pas expédié alors qu'on est le 31 octobre. C'est hyper décevant pour une première expérience sachant que je ne sais même pas quand ils vont l'expédier (la date ne fait que repousser). Je ne commanderai pas une deuxième fois.

I ordered a plush early September a month goes by and I ask for an update. 3 days later I'm told it's out of stock and I have to wait till some time in December. I'm sorry but if your paying £40 for a plush, plus delivery and told you have to wait 3 months to receive it. That is ridiculous. Would rather buy a knock off because at least they are some how more transparent.

I ordered a Miku-Garfield plushie in like February, something happened with the shipping address (I don’t know if it was USPS or me, my theory is USPS) and the doll was lost. However the people at Youtooz were nothing short of amazing, they helped me throughout the whole process and they were so nice and understanding. Long story short I now have my Miku doll and didn’t have to go through a lot of trouble because of their amazing costumer support. Definitely will be ordering again! Thank you guys ❤️
