Super Helpful Staff

I had forgotten to change my address on my account after I moved. I forgot about it for a while then when I realized that I had the wrong address listed, it was super quick and easy fixing it on my order just by emailing their customer support!

They Prioritize Their Customers

I bought an item (Adam from Hazbin Hotel) and forgot to change the old address at the time of purchase: they got back to me quickly to able to redirect it to my current location instead. Quick and easy and they're always there to help for their customers.

i have found communication really bad and really bad delays

i have found communication really bad this time, ordered the runescape sandwich lady plush for a christmas present, received no comunication to find its now got an estimated shipping of 2026, you need to comunicate with people on this i have emailed customer service on monday and had no response other than the automated response as i have two other items with no shipping confirmstion from November for christmas

Excellent Customer Service

Just wanted to drop a quick review to say how amazing quick they were in helping with an issue I had (completely my own error BTW). I was incredibly impressed by just how prompt they were responding and working out a solution.

Pre order nightmare

Never in my life have I been so mad at a company. I ordered a preorder mug on the 6th of MARCH 2025 it was due in April or June. Absolute RADIO SILENCE, no updates, no courtesy emails about delays. Every time I check it’s another month away. It’s now December. Still no mug. I’m so angry because it was supposed to be a gift. It’s been 8 months with no communication and no mug.
Whats the point of preordering if you’re not going to give us a reliable timeline??
0/10. Will never ever ever shop here again. Not worth the time or the effort.

To explain, the shipping times we initially provide are estimates.

We set these with the belief that manufacturing, quality checking, packaging and shipping from our manufacturer to our distribution warehouse is complete.

While our timeframes are often accurate, sadly a delay in any of these processes can push out when the products will ship.

Unfortunately, we have had a few setbacks with this product. Please understand that any updates and timeframes we provide to you are based on the information we receive.

Once your plush mug out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

If however, you have decided that you no longer wish to keep this product, we can have it cancelled and refunded for you.

Never buying from Youtooz again

Never buying from Youtooz again. I ordered 3 items $127 (which isn’t cheap) on 11/18/25. I got an email about the Black Friday sale going on until 12/4. If you purchase $75 there’s $19 off the order. I asked if the price could be adjusted and they told me it only applied to specials and sent me a link which showed all of the specials and all three of mine were on there. I let them know that and they told me because I purchased before the sale they can’t give any discount. EVERY online retailer and brick and mortar retailer will give you a price adjustment in that situation EXCEPT Youtooz. I asked if I could cancel but they said it was shipped already and made sure to remind me about no refunds or exchanges. Those items better be packaged well and in pristine condition when I get them. If you really like Youtooz you can get them from another retailer like entertainmentearth.com. If there’s an issue any retailer will gladly exchange or refund if you want and it won’t take a month to get it.

Order placed and paid for in April now…

I have changed my score for this as my disgruntlement is not with Youtooz but Infinity Collectables who we ordered through.

Customer Service with Youtooz were very prompt and professional. That deserves 5 stars.

Order placed and paid for in April now November still not arrived.

I was informed in July they would arrive in August, end of August i was informed it would be September, in September I was informed it would be October.

We are now in November still no order.

My son saved his money for these characters and I ordered them for him.

I have looked on the website for these 3 characters and they are still available to order. I appreciate these are made to order but 7 months wait is excessive.

Customer service fixed an issue

Customer service fixed an issue. I ordered one product on 25/07/25, it was returned to sender due delivery issues (I don't recall being alertedfor the delivery), then it was re-sent to me. Then I got it, but with a missing part. After that, they sent me a new one a new. We got it all sorted in 07/10/25. Basically it was a bit messy (s#it happened twice), but the customer service was very helpful and attentive to the situation and solved the whole situation. 5 stars is accurate for the final outcome (I got the product) and the service (that was attentive and sorted it out instead of being difficult or absent), but I'll be generous giving 4 due the whole context.

Replacement of a mis-delivered figure

Pre-ordered a figure, but it was delivered to the wrong address. Wasn't able to retrieve it before it disappeared. Delivery service issue, not YOUTOOZ fault, but YOUTOOZ was more than accommodating. After a bit of back and forth via email, a replacement was sent and received in pristine condition. I am beyond happy with both the product quality and the customer service YOUTOOZ delivers. Awesome company!

company claims to be canadian, but is based in china, and when they mail it to you from china via DHL, Dhl will overcharge on taxes and duties as they charge the buyer 15usd service charge to cover the duties and taxes

Just give me my damn plushie

Well, you get the Item you pay for, but Thats it, the shipping is DUCKED. If you need something fast or immediate, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not buy from here. It’s good quality, if you’re willing to have several hold backs. Bought a plush in august, getting it on 31st of December. Has happened with other items as well. Unacceptable.
