Overpriced, no support and constant errors. I'd recommend looking at other options.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! Automatiically, they give you a professional plan as a marketing ploy to make you use their automation. Therefore, when the trial is over, you won't be able to use your automation anymore. I asked support to remove my free trial, but they can't do this.

Avoid annual accounts that auto-renew as terms get change without notification. Their refund policy (or new lack thereof) is effectively a scam.

While the tool is really nice, the price is high, and the customer service is awful. I was charged a monthly fee although I cancelled my subscription the last day.

Way too expensive and super annoying with their pricing plans with all the new rules coming in when they need more money. Freaking annoying company

Very bad, they do nothing to help and assist with their faulty product. They take your money (charge high fees) and absolutely deliver nothing. I have asked for a refund and excuses saying they will not be providing any refund. Horrible service

This company took my money for a renewal without letting me know they were about to take more, so no chance to cancel. They increased the price without telling me and won't refund it. Pure fraud, do not use Zapier!!

I signed up to a free premium trial. I decided to not renew so logged into my account to change the plan back to free. When I opened the page, it showed the free plan as selected, and with no other options available other than to choose a paid upgrade, I thought it would be fine. Much to my surprise, I was charged the following day. Despite explaining this to their customer service team, they refused to provide a refund. "it's not our policy". I've since discovered on Trustpilot, Reddit and Zapier's own Community Forums, many others have been stung with this. I think it's borderline fraudulent. I have reported this through my bank to try reclaim the costs. Do NOT share your card details with them.

they literally say their paypal triggers is with "any successfull payments" but then it doesn't work with "recurring payments". Then why they don't write "any one time payment" ???? These are skecthy corporate lies and they make you waste time not only money.

After cancelling my account I was charged for a further month, despite not using any tasks. I explained that due to a disability I could not afford to pay for something I hadn't used. They declined simply stating they don’t offer refunds. Needless to say I shall never be doing business with again, nor shall I continue to recommend their services to my clients. Disgraceful way to treat long-term customers

Poorly made Zaps for Zoho Billing. It's output is not functioning properly. Requested a support from CS, but they just wasted our time with dummy troubleshooting. At the end Zapier blamed Zoho while the Zaps works on other automation provider.

Used to respect and look up to Zapier thinking they were a great company! Well, today they decided to upgrade my plan from $250/yr to $1,000/yr!! I immediately told them I don't want this and want to cancel and get a refund, but conveniently they stopped providing refunds on August 30th and two weeks later they charged me x5?! I doubt that's an accident, they are up to no good. It looks like they turned to unethical practices and it's sad... I used to be such a big fan.

Unreliable automations.

I simply cannot use Zapier because I don't trust it completes the automation properly. It fails so often that I expect it to fail instead of trusting them. Sometimes you don't receive any error messages even.

At least once a week you receive a new error message regarding your automations and you need to spend your time fixing them. For me, it's easier to do some tasks manually because it saves me money and time, ironic...

I would recommend if Zapier would be reliable.

It is very difficult to get support from an individual or decision maker. There is no phone support available. I would recommend another platform for automations.

Tricked me into signing up with an integration that couldn't work for what I was trying to do. Pretty clear they're just looking for signups.

I am extremely disappointed getting back on Zapier after I had a few years break. I signed up for an annual plan assuming this would be enough to run my automation. But 750 "zaps" is the extremely low limit that's imposed by them. After that you get charged a PENALTY on top of every Zap that you run. Of course they don't call it that, but that's what it is. And absolutely EVERY THING is a "zap".
I wanted to use the webhook feature to automate my Youtube video uploads, but there is a 5 MEGA Byte limit. Can somone send the guys at ZAPIER a calendar? 2024 and 5 MEGA byte limits?
This perhaps showcases their attitude towards give and take more than anything else.

I absolutely regret having paid a full year in advance and having spent so much time setting it all up.
They don't value your loyalty, your time or YOU at all.
Just another greedy corporation that is deaf and blind on YOUR needs. I'm switching to MAKE once this over.
