Easier to try and fix it yourself!
They claim to be forward thinking and offer dynamic solutions, but when there's an issue they try and fob you off any which way they can! I have had an issue with integrations with software and instead of trying to fix it (this bug they refer to has been going on for 3 weeks now) they simply tell you to get in touch with the software provider in question instead of them doing it themselves!
No compensation for a service that you pay for, no offer of solution just "If you want to get back in touch you can do"
When I've seen other companies offering a similar service for 1/8th of the price you can see why so many people are jumping ship from this platform

Zapier has the most unprofessional and frustrating customer service I’ve ever experienced. We’ve had our leads blocked for days with ZERO solutions provided. As a long-term customer, we’re stuck on an old plan that doesn’t even allow us to upgrade or pay extra for additional tasks. Even though we’d be willing to pay 2x more just to surpass our limit by a small margin this month, they can’t accommodate us. It’s ridiculous! Zapier is 2-3x more expensive than their competitors, yet they treat their customers so poorly. I expected much better from a company that charges so much. Steer clear if you want reliable service and support!"
I don’t recommend them especially NOT annual billing
While the technology is great, beware of what you’re buying without reading their fine print. I paid for the annual Pro Plan with Zapier and only used it for about 5 months and didn’t use anywhere near the pro plan amounts included so I downgraded to a lower plan. Then I didn’t really use it again because I got Pabbly and Albato on Lifetime deals. Zapier sent an email saying they’re not going to do refunds after 8/30/24 and I thought I should see what my options were. Unfortunately when you pay annually, they don’t refund anything, even if you haven’t used it in months.
It’s my fault for just trusting and not reading the refund policy first but I didn’t so I threw away a pile of $$$
Their Customers Have No Value
If I could score them less than 1 star, maybe 1/2 star, I would do so. They have the WORST customer service and it’s kinda a scam. Rolling along, Zaps working fine until…I upgrade. One Zap starts multiplying like crazy. My billing, in 1 month we r from $75 to…drumroll $277.98. I contacted Zapier via email because they don’t chat or accept calls. No refund, but a credit that disappears the day they issue, despite no use. They acknowledged the problem, but still refused to return my money.
Do NOT pay for yearly
One of their integrations (the entire reason I was using their platform) stopped working. Thing is, I paid for a year upfront and now that their app is broken they refuse to give me a prorated refund. All I want is a refund for my UNUSED time since the app is essentially broken, but there's nothing they'll do. I'm filing a charge back with my bank for the entire purchase now.
In short, do not trust this company.
Ridiculous pricing
Works as it should but pricing is ridiculous . After 3 years we realized we are paying 3 times more than on other platforms like that. I recommend everyone to check out alternatives.

I had nearly not used the facebook integration to my CRM system the first yesr. After automatic renewal of my paid Zapier subscription, I contacted Customer Service to downgrade me to a free plan and get a refund for the 2. year. Unfortunately, it was just after the 30-day refund policy, but after reviewing my account usage, the Customer Service team made an exception and gave me the full refund and downgraded me to a free plan.

Great Automation App
We are using Zapier to automate many of our processes. The entire setup was smooth, everything works as it should, and the pricing is overall fair (although somewhat on the high side). Happy with the product!
Support is slow and takes days to get defects resovled.
We purchased Pro plan because the breadth of integrations is quite good.
But cross your fingers and hope nothing goes wrong because if it does, pray it falls within the 24/5 window. And you'll be waiting 24 hours for each reply.
We have now become accustomed to implementing urgent manual workarounds because of Zapier bugs.
And we're not doing anything complex, most of it is field mapping. It's not failing due to servers being down, it's failing due to poor coding and testing.
Integration solutions need to be robust and Zapier have a LONG way to go before they achieve that.
Edit 24/05/2024 - They did fix the defect albeit a week later. The best option is to upgrade to a Team subscription so you have priority support that I believe is more responsive. Or go Enterprise.
NO real support, only mails without a solution
They have as good as no support, as soon as something is not functioning as it should, there is NO WAY to solve it. As the programm offers many integration possibilities, possible errors are normal, but there is no way of solving it. They aswer the emails without offering any solutions, are quick to close cases and do not escalate a problem and do not forward to the IT, even if I asked for it many times. My experience was trying to solve a single problem for 40 days with no result, in the end they still did not understand the problem and the zap was still not working as is should. Ususally for every answer there is another person answering the email, so finding a solution is very unlikely. The fact that they do not offer a functional support can cause you real trouble in running business.

Do not recommend at all. Customer support is non-existent. Their own reviews vs. the ones on trustpilot are hilarious. They filter out the negative reviews, instead of taking on feedback! Their rating here speaks for itself :)

If you're not a tech person getting help is almost impossible. Other than the robot, you can not talk to anyone and email or chat response is slow. Love the product. Hate the service.
Unable to delete account
I found out that it wasn't the service i was looking for and am now stuck with an account unable to delete it,as it keeps telling me that I haven't typed in the correct e-mail, altough it is the same e-mail that i just used to sign in.
