The receptionist was very helpful , we bought our tickets from the web site but the office printed them out and we were also able to leave our cases for a few hours.

Selling tickets for 40 years, Zas Ferries isn't just another online ferry website. Founded in all the way back in 1981 on the small Cycladic island of Naxos, we're a small company where our regular customers know us by name. Today we've got two offices in Naxos town and if you ever want to pop in to say hi or have any questions, we look forward to your visit. A couple of years ago we started selling tickets online. But we'll never be a faceless name on the web. We'll continue delivering the personal first class service that we always have - since 1981.

elitis) you should make clear that the Ticket is only in your shop availible!

No major complications traveling but a…
No major complications traveling but a couple of problems:
1. The QR code did not appear in the electronic ticket on our phones så on the one way we had to check a number and on the return we had to go to the ticket office to take paper ticket
2. there was a delay on departure and the trip lasted longer on the return
Otherwise everything fine. Clean toilets in the ships!

Τήρηση ωραρίου απόπλου , ευγενικό προσωπικό , καθαριότητα πλοίου.
Δεν έχετε ηλεκτρονικό εισιτήριο και αναγκαστικά πας στον κισέ για την έκδοση.
Εϊναι η τρίτη συνεχόμενη χρονιά που κάνω το ίδιο δρομολόγιο με το ίδιο πλοίο.

Fast and easy!
Very easy transaction on line. I picked up the tickets in Naxos on August 12th, and the lady has been nice, smiling and welcoming.
