Curpa Leon and lease extension
Having had a very nice and lovely Cupra Leon for 2.5 (on 3 year lease) years so far and the request to extend for another year based on my mileage made it actually cheaper a month, nice simple fast service, hopefully take another car once this one is done from ZenAuto👍👍

Efficient, professional service!
Contacted Zen Auto via the breakdown helpline,after a tyre puncture.The response was very efficient and professional, even to the point of customer service transferring me directly to the AA breakdown service.The AA were with me within 20 mins.All in all a very satisfactory outcome, especially as I had three of my very young grandchildren in the car with me!

Expect end of lease charges
Zen auto claim that there is rippling to the paint work of a car I handed back but are unable to provide evidence. They are requesting £163 at the end of the lease despite me getting the all clear from an end of lease check I paid fo from an independent body shop. This has been dragging on for months now.
Would not use again and would not recommend anyone i know to use them

Scammed for "damage" charges.
Just returned my 4 year old car and been hit with a huge bill for "damage".
It was obvious when the gentleman arrived to collect the car that he was on a mission to find faults and a bill was expected.
The car was returned in extremely good condition and low mileage, but any signs of normal wear and tear were deemed to be outside the parameters allowed. Even a small scuff that I had resprayed wasn't good enough.
I'm a very cautious driver and I've leased cars for the last 20 years. This was the first time I've been charged for damage.
BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. There are better companies out there with much fairer views on fair wear and tear.
Don't recommend and will never use again.

Good sales experience
The sales experience was excellent: Angela very helpful all the way.
I took the time to read every line of the 18 page Agreement and like all legal stuff some clauses can be a bit scary. Nowadays, gap insurance is essential and great care must be taken to keep the car in very good nick ... or there could be added costs when handing back.

Smooth and friendly customer service and a great deal
Clean, simple website with helpful tools to tailor the deal. Excellent offers, several which I don't think could be matched elsewhere. And in addition, responsive and helpful support from the team to make the whole process seamless and easy. What's not to like about that?

ZenAuto is not following through on its…
ZenAuto is not following through on its promises to customers. I have been continually waiting for my new car to arrive (it was ordered over two years ago!). While I am being told I am a priority and that they will chase it up for me, I do not hear back when I am supposed to. The complaints team was meant to contact me today, but they have not. My car has been stuck in the UK port for the last two months, and ZenAuto is stating it is not a simple process to deliver it. I thought this was their core business? I thought that their customers are always supported? ZenAuto - it is time to grow up and take responsibility for your failed promises. I am waiting.

Truly diabolical lease company
Truly diabolical lease company, took it on themselves to change their policy on private car parking charge notices. They can't seem to grasp that they are not Fines by a private parking company, no private company has authority to issue a fine on any individual. Zenauto now pay without your permission the private parking companies should they receive a Notice to Keeper. ZenAuto then deduct this money from your account without authority and say you then appeal direct to the private car park company and if successful ZenAuto will refund the money they took from your account. One problem, no private car park company will entertain an appeal once an invoice for a parking charge notice has been paid, so you cannot appeal. ZenAuto have no right to do this and the FCA are going to come down on them so heavy that I look forward to the compensation I will receive from Zenauto for the distress they have caused. They don't seem to understand that the difference in statutory Law between a Penalty Charge Notice and a Parking Charge Notice. Nor do they seem to understand that the liability for any parking charge notice does not rest with them. Awaiting a response to my complaint. Still have the car for 12 months. Things could get messy.

See that ZenAuto are still calling it a Penalty notice! Only police and Local Authority can issue this. A private parking company has no Statutory Authority to issue a penalty, that's why its called a Parking Charge Notice! ZENAUTO response completely justifies my review, they ain't got a clue!!

Car has had issues since I got it
Car has had issues since I got it. It brakes randomly and I'm being told that isn't unsafe. Its been looked at a few times. Peugeot told me it was a fault with the camera behind the rear view mirror steaming up so I have to drive with air con on max all the time. A company paid by Zen then said it wasn't that but it was due to an accident I'd had and all the damage to the front of the car. There is no damage to the front of the car, and there has never been an accident. The car has been in for a service that Zen refused to allow, despite it being due, and me paying for the the maintenance pack. They are refusing to take the car back despite the faults it has had from the moment I picked it up. It has now just gone into the garage to have new tyres fitted. I've been fighting for this for months, and now the garage are telling me that Zen won't allow them to change the tyres despite it being part of my maintenance package.
