I really liked all the boxes, can you create something with the contents,, ehh not so much.
I watch drawing with waffulls and love her channel, if you want to see the contents of some of the boxes, she reviews them often.
While I loved everything I received, I often found myself excited to open the box, and then I put everything back and left it on the shelf so I could regift the items, semi decent quality, some items were true diamonds in the rough, but most of it was cute stuff you might find at a craft store in the Japan section, or at a mini grocery check counter.

Came relatively quick, but the noodle cups were poorly packaged. Putting them all into one box without any filling whatsoever has probably crushed all the noodles inside each cup, especially with international shipping. Also, you haven't provided any translations for the packaging. Putting on your website, "Full product descriptions, cooking instructions and main allergens can be found online in multiple languages." is not sufficient enough. The least you could do is provide us with links and such?

I cannot recommend Zenpop enough!! I ordered my first box and the shipping was super fast, I have subscriptions to other Japanese snack boxes and this has by far surpassed my expectations!
Amazing selection of snacks and also great to have access to snacks that are newly released in Japan.
I am very impressed and highly recommend Zenpop to anyone who is interesting in trying it!

It has been well over a month since paying for a ramen box and extra for the expedited shipping. No box to be seen. I am now thinking this may be a scam.

So this may or may not have been an impulse buy on my part, considering I was wanting to treat myself with something for my birthday, but it wasn't one that I regretted. It only took 8 days for the package to make it to my front door in the UK, the customer service behind the site was prompt and helpful.
The package itself was slightly dented from the travel but all the bowls/cups or noodles was accounted for and in perfect condition. It even came with a discount code for my next purchase, even if I found the price (compared to other companies that provide a similar box style) to be the cheaper box for high quality items.
I've even tried one of the shoyu ramen's from the Feburary 2022 selection (The Pokemon Butter Shoyu) and it was delicious. All in all, I could not fault any of it at all. It has made me a little less nervous with trying the others which has ingredients I have never tried before. Well done Zenpop! Someday, I will order from you guys again. 🪙

My hubby is crazy for noodles, so had to get this for him. The first box came a couple of days after Christmas, but it turned out to be one of his favourite gifts this year. He shows everyone that comes in, and is even impressed with the pretty box it came in :)

After running into some problems on their end such as, being charged and contacting them 5 times for them to realize their system didn't inform them of their payment, I've received my box at last.
I am extremely disappointed with the items I got.
First of all I selected a sweets box and the pictures they show are amazing! But after opening and trying the items as I was very excited, I noticed this:
2 are going to expire in less than 4 days, one of which is sticky and lets out this fowl smell, it makes me sick.
1 is a spicy item, beans with spice and orange flavor, I don't think that's very sweet, in fact I personally hate spicy things.
Then 4 packages, 2 of which are chips, 1 popcorn and 1 is a star shaped thingy, so those items already occupy a lot of space.
Another one is a chestnuts package like...how is this something sweet to eat? These things are also a custom to eat in my country which is very far from Japan, I can 100% say it's not a sweet item as well.
Another item, circles that are very crunchy. These are salty.
Every time I open a new item, I get so disappointed.
I opened a log-shaped item and it tastes like water flavored sawdust and pure wood. Nothing sweet about it and it's going to expire in 3 days.
At this point I question, where are the sweets that I thought I ordered? Everything is either salty, expiring or spicy.
Also, I received a bar from another subscription box from another company and it's expiration date is next year, all the while Zenpop's expires in less than 1 month and it's noticeable on the flavor and shape of items. Both of these boxes were received this month, they both went through customs and a bit long shipping process, now, one was fine, leaving the fault to Zenpop's storing conditions and lack of fresh resupplies.
I would recommend other box subscriptions because this has been a terrible experience.

I've been subscribed to Zenpops stationary box for 8 months now and I am so very happy with it! The items are lovely and unique picks for every month and you can see that ZenPop takes great care of choosing interesting and useful things. Every order comes with a tracking code which you can track via JapanPost. One time my order got lost in my country and the support helped me find it. As it was delivered back, I immediately got sent a compensation box. I can wholeheartedly recommend ZenPop! Thank you guys.

J'adore Zenpop papeterie, les articles sont sympatiques, fleuris et pratiques, la qualité est correcte, voire bonne, je l'attends tous les mois. Les Ramen sont bons, effectivement, rien à voir avec ceux qu'on trouve en Europe, nettement meilleurs, plein de goût. Pour finir, Zenpop friandises... c'est sympa, mais j'arrive à 10 euros en valeur en étant généreuse, ce sont de petits articles de bonbons genre 10-50 centimes, avec 2-3 articles qui arrivent à 1 ou 2 euros. Donc, non pour les friandises, mais oui oui oui pour le reste.

This will be my fourth Zenpop (sweets and savoury pack) and I have never been disappointed. Good range of Japanese products and prompt customer service. No problems with shipping dates. I am sure they value customers before profit. Highly recommended.

There is a great variety of coice for boxes. I choose sweet ramen mix.
It was my first box ever. I paid just for 1 box to try, it came very fast. I really enjoyed the goods, I like everything. And the ramen! Was very yummy and something different. You cannot get it in local store.
So I ordered second box, this time, ramen only, so delicious it was. The box was shipped next day!!! I am waiting at the moment, but they worn it will take 2-4 weeks approximately. So its fine with me.
Didn't have experience with customer care service, but they do reply in Instagram comments.
So overall I am satisfied 😊

My girlfriend loves the boxes but in my opinion the service is bad, they told me after asking that they have a issue with the warehouse rn so it will take longer. No problem.you.could have just told me before but ok. Finally it shiped and they did not track the package even after paying more for the tracking. They told me they going to give me the extra money for the shipping back, nothing came. Good products horrible service

Cela fait quelques mois que je suis abonnée à la box Japanese Stationery et vraiment, rien à redire. Je n'ai jamais eu aucun problème, la livraison est rapide et efficace, et le contenu des box est vraiment très satisfaisant et très utile. Je n'ai jamais été déçue, si bien qu'en plus de mon abonnement à la box Stationery, j'ai commandé une des éditions limitées, et à nouveau, tout a été parfait.
Je recommande à 100%.

I've paid for ONE month of the subscription box, got charged TWICE and still didn't get the first one. I'd like to get a refund at least on the second order- because i never ordered it and never agreed to.

I get the stationary set delivered every month and has always been worth it. Everything is so cute, and they always do a great job of sticking to a theme while still giving you useful items. I've checked price wise for how items in the boxes cost individually and its very fair especially given how nice the explanation sheets are. I really recommend them.
