She did reiterate that the card was a scratch off. The problem occurred when the representative DID NOT EXPLAIN in detail what was needed. First she needed to advise me to select the category in which I was interested. Second to advise me the select the amount of the gift card. I finally completed the required information. Now I'm obligate to inform several other elderly customers how to get their GIFT CARD.

It was very hard to remove the silver barcode. When we finally managed to remove it, the number underneath was incomplete because part of it came off with the silver barcode. We cannot use the gift card, and to make things worse, the person who bought it lost the receipt.
