The packaging has Spotify on the front as a company that this card can be redeemed for, yet when I went to redeem it, this was not one of only 17 choices that I was provided. This is a false and or misleading advertisement, and I will not be purchasing another gift card through this service ever again. Also going to file a report with the Better Business Bureau.

It was very hard to remove the silver barcode. When we finally managed to remove it, the number underneath was incomplete because part of it came off with the silver barcode. We cannot use the gift card, and to make things worse, the person who bought it lost the receipt.
