Bought a bathroom mirror shaving cabinet online. Everything was so easy. Mirror was delivered promptly with no issues. Very happy with the product. It’s beautiful. Communication with one of their agents was also very smooth and easy.

Excellent customer service , fast delivery and very prompt response.
We purchased three pendant lights, and unfortunately one arrived with a crack in the glass shade. However, I was very impressed with how quickly and professionally the store handled the issue. They arranged a replacement without any fuss, and the new light arrived promptly.
Things can occasionally go wrong, but I believe what really matters is how a business responds when there is a problem. In this case, their communication, understanding and willingness to resolve the issue made the whole experience very positive.
Thank you for the excellent service. I would happily recommend this store to others!

Shipping is so expensive to Perth
Shipping is so expensive to Perth! $129 for a rug. Most retailer are between $30-$50 some free!). Was all set to make a purchase too, but will go elsewhere selling same products with more reasonable shipping.

Great quality product (even commented upon by my tradies) and great service. One item was damaged during delivery which was annoying, but the service people rectified it very quickly and sent a new one out

Great quality - really easy process - good support
I had a really wonderful experience with Zure when designing and building a bathroom and laundry renovation that we recently completed. Setting up the account and buying online was really easy. I wasn't sure about some of the items that I was picking, but the online chat function was really easy. It was actually great, and the support team I found was really helpful in helping me make sure I had the right selection.
Before I checked out, the delivery was great and seamless. Everything arrived on time, undamaged, ready to go. I particularly liked that the cabinetry was all pre-assembled for the most part, which made life really easy when it came to assembling.
Quality of the cabinetry and hardware is great and meet standards instructions that came with everything worked well
I Had an issue with one of the toilets that arrived that had some faulty electronics and it was replaced the same day.
if you’re considering zure, go for it!
