The shaving cabinet I ordered was terrible quality
The shaving cabinet I ordered was missing parts and I had 2 additional deliveries for the missing parts. When the builder attempted to install the cabinet the quality of the cabinet was terrible. Mirror didn't align, joinery very poor quality. I got a refund however my cost of paying the builder to install was not reimbursed

Fantastic service!
Fantastic service. I had trouble entering my discount code but called them up straight away and they gave me the discount as a refund. Also had problems with delivery (different company) and Zure were very helpful in getting some compensation for me. Helpful and friendly service by Australian employees. Easy to call over the phone and they always get back to you.

Unbelievable services
This is my 2nd purchase, again, the vanity and the round shaving cabinet arrived before the expected delivery date. Very good quality and looks great installed. Unbelievable customer service team gave us a lot of advise and very patient, I would purchase again for my next kitchen reno.

Unfortunately, your order has been held up due to road closures (bad weather) and power outages. Toll was informed that it may take another 1-2 weeks to get your order to you. To be honest I was super skeptical about buying such a large purchase online.
I would say Zure gave exceptional customer service and the vanities arrived in perfect condition and super fast.
I highly recommend Zure and will definitely buy from them again in the future that's for sure ☺️
