Absolutely useless.... had an account that was hacked and log in details changed... totally useless links to recover send you round and round in endless circles.... probably no point in writing this because i doubt anyone at Instagram has enough IQ to read it but i feel better for it. God help you if you get hacked because the useless spanners at support won't

Only want your money.......

Park vets (Hayes) said we needed to give our 13 year old GSD continual medication for multiple issues and they 100% helped her. They requested a check up and said they would not give any more tablets as they could affect her long term health (13 year old GSD and they're worried about long term ....... ) they wanted us to sign up for various treatments saying £100 for this and £100 for that and told us to change her food . During the check up we mentioned a possible ear problem and a test was required (£30.00). Results....... she has a problem with her ear and further tests required.... next test...... £100.00... hhmmm.. its so sad to see our dog suffering while we find another vets... Its Disgusting that park vets put money over pet welfare. I think the lack of response to so many negative reviews says everything.... wonder if they even bother to look....

Don't sign up online.... you'll regret it

We have been with Tesco mobile for many many years and have always been very happy so when it was time to upgrade we were more than happy to stay. We signed up for 2 Samsung phones with 12gb of data each. 1 week later I was about to recommend the offer to my son and saw that now the offer is 25gb for the same price. I called customer service to ask if they would honour this new deal but was informed they can't give me the new offer I would have to cancel and reapply. This is too much hassle and not very customer friendly especially when you consider my new contract hasn't even started yet. A seemingly easy fix will involve cancelling... sending phones back.... waiting for phones to be checked....crediting my account... me reapplying.... new phones sent out.... blah blah.... as I say. ... too much hassle.... apparently an easy fix if I signed up in a store so although it's cheaper and easier for Tesco to use online ... you're worse off so go to a store and protect yourself ....

Good but not next day delivery

Only one small issue..... a large reason for placing our order when we did was because it met the requirements for a next day delivery... however this didn't happen so we had to arrange for someone to be home the following day. No explanation..... no apologies..... otherwise all good

Originally i was so impressed that i bought loads and asked for them for birthdays etc instead of the usual socks and aftershave however my opinion has drastically changed as i am now down to my last pair. There appears to be a built-in life span by means of a thinner section at the rear that will tear after a given relatively short time. every single pair have developed holes in this area and lets face it they're not cheap so i think its a little disappointing. I have followed all the washing and handling protocols but still the holes appear. Reluctant to buy anymore until the piece at the rear is the same as the rest of the cloth and not noticeably thinner or whatever adaptation needed for more acceptable life. Big thumbs down on otherwise perfect boxers

We have made multiple purchases in one go and at the time of placing the order everything was listed as in stock however we have received an email stating one of the items has been cancelled with no explanation. We telephoned customer services who told us although it says in stock... it's not really so they can't dispatch it. They advised us to check in a few days on the web site and reorder. When we pointed out that firstly the website says in stock now so there would be no point and secondly we would then have to pay for additional postage they hung up the phone. At this point it looks like our first experience will definitely be our last and we definitely won't be recommending to others.

No good if you work......

We thought this was the perfect answer to our meal time problems. Our work commitments often result in us having limited time to sort meals so this looked like an ideal solution. We thought this is a far better option than takeaways but limited and inflexible delivery slots means unfortunately its kebabs again. Hopefully this will improve in the future with maybe evening or weekend deliveries but until then we're not sure how this can work for us and any others in the same position

If you can't provide a service.. don't offer it

Once again.... waiting 2 hours for the click and collect van... no text .. no phone call... just excuses. Could have got it from the store myself but can't afford to wait for the refund. ..... i know these reviews are pointless because Tesco treat them with the same contempt as their customers and a few unhappy customer won't affect the profits .. but just remember Tesco... every fallen oak tree started with a tiny piece of rot.......

Don't use.... disgusting service

We have had family cover with the AA for more years than i care to remember and have had to use the service on just a few occasions and until now things have always been ok during what is by definition a stressful situation..... however today things have reached an unbelievable low .... my son broke down on his way to work and called for assistance at around 8.00 am... its now 5.50pm and he is still waiting ..... had many phone calls and plenty of excuses all of which are doing nothing to help get him home. It appears the AA are not fit for purpose so my advice is shop around for someone that can uphold their end of the deal.... i know we will as this disgusting service is not acceptable......... given up waiting now. My son has managed to find somewhere to secure the bike overnight and is coming home by train. I'll take the day off tomorrow and go get it myself in a van..... way to go AA. You definitely need to take a long hard look at the service you're NOT providing. ....... just had an email to say our complaint is now closed as the AA feel they have dealt with our issue in a fair way....... Well done AA you did nothing..... absolutely nothing.... i expect you will be full of apologies when it's renewal time.. well for the record we're not renewing.... 2 orher family members will not and I'm sure others will follow.

Stop using

Been using dulux paint for years and only buy from dulux center direct but not any more. We had major work done on our house and painted all walls white until i could decorate each room with final top coat colour. All had been good until this last purchase of sage diamond eggshell. Firstly when the tin was opened it was not a tin of sage green but a tin of white with sage swirls that took 20 minites to mix. Then when applying a second coat the first coat lifts and wraps around the roller so the nice smooth wall now looks 100 years old. And finally i need to apply a masking tape to areas to apply a different paint etc. ..... i used ultra sensitive tape from dulux centre that hardly sticks to anything but it still peals the paint off when removed. Not sure whats going on but won't be risking it as more trouble than its worth.

Well what can I say. After months of fighting with another company resulting in two lots of granite worktops and full height granite splashbacks being fitted and removed again, and a fight to get a full refund because of very poor supply and workmanship a big thanks to Croydon Granite who I can't recommend enough I now have a fully functional kitchen. The guys who carried out the installation were the best and treated the job as if it was their own kitchen. Well done and many thanks to Croydon Granite

Dream kitchen turned out to be a nightmare

The ultimate point of any review is at the end of the day would you recommend Wren. The answer is NO. In fairness to Wren initially everything was fine and the kitchen cupboards etc are of a very good quality and fitted perfectly as per the salesman's design. However, as part of our order we spent just under £5,400 on granite worktops and splashbacks. Wren failed to mention that although the money was paid to Wren for the granite, Wren sub-contract the supplying of the granite to a third party who in turn sub-contract the fitting of the granite to a forth party. This is where it all went wrong. The workmanship was sub-stanard in just about every area possible ranging from joining pieces being of different thicknesses, some pieces scratched and damaged, to gaps and cuts in incorrect places of up to 7mm around the cupboards. All of which resulted in all of the granite having to be removed and replaced. When removing the granite some of the cupboards were damaged. When the replacement granite arrived the worktops were again of different thickness and the splashbacks were more chipped and scratched than the originals. Wren eventually agreed to give up and refund us for the granite worktops and splashbacks. It has been nearly a month since Wren agreed the refund and despite receiving an email informing us that we would have our money in 5-7 day's, we are still to receive a penny. We have lost count of the phone calls we have made and the broken promises of the return phone calls. Although we paid in full by debit card in store, we have been told Wren will only refund by cheque, but the old favourite computer error has failed to produce the cheque. We have emailed asking when we can expect our money and surprise surprise no reply. The order for our kitchen was placed in December 2015 and we still have a half finished kitchen some 10 month's later with seemingly no end in sight. We held off reviewing Wren because although we paid them for the granite the problems were not of their doing and possibly even out of their control. So we planned to review them in a better light and shaming the subcontractors, however, the way customer service has treated us in the last month has changed our opinion of Wren and their disregard for their customers. Ultimately Wren have a long way to go with how to treat their customers. It is almost inevitable with such large projects that things will go wrong and when they do is when wren should step up to the plate and turn negatives into positives. Wren have now paid the refund but all the problems and mainly the lost opportunities to fix things have left a bitter taste. Shame on you wren..... it could have been so much better for such a little more effort

DON'T BOTHER WITH WOWCHER

Bought a Michael Kors watch at the beginning of November for a Christmas present. When it hadn't arrived by December I emailed to ask if there was a problem and wowcher didn't even bother to reply. After a few more attempts I raised a dispute through PayPal. Wowcher still didn't respond so I had to escalate things to a PayPal dispute. With PayPal help Wowcher gave me a refund but didn't have the decency to apologise or even comment or explain. Most members of my family use wowcher and have all said they will no longer in case the same happens to them. Obviously wowcher feel they are big enough not to worry about little old me but trust me wowcher lots of little old me's are all you have and as many many other companies have discovered if you don't look after the pennies the pounds will dwindle

Find another provider

Only 1 more month and my contract is up and quite frankly it can't come soon enough. Internet stops working at least once a day. tv freezes about 3 times a night usually about 5 mins before the end of a programme and comes back on when the credits are rolling. Programs not always fully recorded. rewind TV function rarely works. Generally not a service I would recommend. You wouldn't buy a car that stopped running once a day or had to have the battery disconnected for 10 minutes before you could use it but Internet providers seem to think it's acceptable for just that. Off to find someone that can provide a service that actually works rather than one that focuses on being able to download a Web page in 0.1 seconds.......... or not as is more often the case!!!!!!!!

Bad and getting worse

I would suggest you take your home delivery experience to a company that can perform the task in hand and if things go wrong will deal with it professionally. The last few times the delivery slots have been put back via an automated telephone call which becomes a pain because you then have to call and explain the reason the time was picked is because that's the time I need etc etc. This week not only was the time changed twice but when the shopping did eventually arrive the delivery driver explained there was a problem with the lock on the freezer and we couldn't have all of the shopping. The driver was very helpful and tried to resolve things but unfortunately his manager was about as unhelpful as possible . He wouldn't say when we could expect the rest of the shopping he wouldn't give a time for the next day and generally was useless. Eventually the driver refunded the missing items and we had to go to the store ourselves. ..... Missing the point of home delivery. It is a shame tesco won't read this as I feel they need to treat us customers a little better. After all without us tesco wouldn't exist. Time to give a competitor a try I think as phone calls fall on deaf ears so voting with our feet is all we have.

unbelievably bad

I am just about to switch to another provider as I am sick and tired of not having Internet. Every time I call to sort it out there is the same old scripted procedure of switching off the router and rebooting. Dis connect this. Restart that. Prod the other. The last diagnosis was the router was worn out and I needed a new one Orange sent a replacement router (reconditioned but presumably with any worn parts replaced) and it lasted 15 minutes before dropping out. If you're taking the time to read this review then take on board what I've written and go elsewhere. Ps I had to write this review on my phone because I have no internet and can't be bothered to restart the router again.
