If I could give 10 stars I would! Brilliant service. Bought a coat per neckline but didn't realise how chubby our pooch was round her middle. They went the extra mile, checking her "vital" measurements and sent a bigger better fitting one at no extra cost. Amazing!

BEWARE

BEWARE. Ordered Polar boots. Comfy but definitely NOT water repellent as per the advert. Walked on damp grass and my feet got soaked. Customer service useless as is the product. I bought them to wear in the winter but they're going in the bin.

Bit of a disaster with our order

Bit of a disaster with our order. Took ages to arrive and the top was broken. They immediately apologised and arranged a replacement which took ages as it came as a two man delivery but was only 800 X 200mm! When we fitted it discovered wrong brackets. They sent replacements which took 4 weeks and they were the wrong ones. Very helpful and they appreciated the problems we'd had but have given us a full refund. Customerservice excellent just product problems

Certainly deserve 5****** for outstanding customer service. I had a problem with a gift I bought my daughter but they resolved it over and beyond my expectations. Certainly recommend them. A special thank you to Lucy and Robyn.

So far the customer service has been…

So far the customer service has been excellent, to the point of sorting our worries and concerns about earlier mentioned delivery (or non-delivery) problems. The product (as per the sample) looks perfect and the price is excellent compared to other products we have considered, although we bought on quality, not price. We have delivery arranged for a couple of weeks time, giving plenty of notice for fitting. So far, so good. Fingers crossed it continues.
