Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful
I have not been able to log in with my contract number/date of birth, ever
by the way the details I am entering are 100% correct, I copied and pasted my Contract number from your confirmation of contract email and well my birthday, why would I enter that wrong, which it does keeps saying you have entered the wrong details or no person with those details exist, well it exists when you take a tenner or £16 a week out of my wages each week!
I am cancelling
But I can’t get in to cancel
Absolutely shocking!!!
Locked out for another hour
Again!!!!


OH BY THE WAY IF YOU PAY £16 A WEEK INTO A PENSION FOR TWO YEARS WHY IS MY FUND ONLY WORTH £30? PLEASE PUT YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE, DO NOT PUT IN ON NOWTV PENSIONS, IT WILL NOT BE WORTH A MILLIMETRE OF PI$$

Absolutely disgusted with your driver

Absolutely disgusted with your driver, who two days in the trot made out he couldn’t get in my building because he couldn’t walk up to small flights of stairs. I’m a pulled absolutely appalled that my poor 80-year-old mother has been waiting for a parcel and you left it downstairs with a neighbour when my mum is practically disabled has recently had a heart attack and had to struggle getting down and upstairs. There is no lift in the building to go and get a parcel with the neighbour she doesn’t Know Absolutely pooling that your lazy driver didn’t even turn up yesterday for one. My mum sat at that window all day waiting for drive yesterday Who didn’t come and he made out he did

So happy I retired my Henry hoover, which is such a pain to get around, nozzle always coming off multiple time per hoover and scratching up my wood flooring
So, I got my hoover today, the Vytronix HSV3 Corded 3-in-1 Handheld Stick Vacuum Cleaner and with a ten percent discount it was £40!! I can’t believe it
So happy!
It’s so light and easy to use, if you have any mobility issues this is a must as it’s very lightweight and easy to use.
Half an hour after my one was delivered I tested it and was so impressed ordered one for my 78 year old mum who has arthritis and needs a new hoover too. Her Dyson handheld is too much for her with her mobility, that’s a £400 hoover and this will be way better
No more sucking up my rugs soon as I put the hoover on then, they haven’t had a proper hoover for ages, I whack them out of the balcony coz the hoover suctions just sucks them up
This is great
Well impressed
And like the slim hoover bit, it got into corners better

Happy, happy, and this best thing I’ve ordered in ages!

Thanks for making me fill out a long form. I have no health conditions to speak of except asthma which has kept me out of hospital for over 10 years. I never take time off work and because of my asthma you refuse me a quote what the hell is the matter with you?
You must be full of customers lol not lol

This is discrimination 100%

And you have been sending me untold emails and texts everyday since saying your quote is still waiting for you 🤣 embarrassing for you and annoying for me and I’ve had dozens of harrassing phone calls, emails and texts from other insurance companies since I filled your form out, so I think this is a scam so you get get out details of us to sell on
Sunday morning three mins after I filled your form out I started getting calls, British insurance called me minutes after I did your form online

I paid my latest bill

I paid my latest bill, my bill was paid in my app and said it was paid then they have had an app update and all of a sudden my bill is not paid
Even though I paid my bill payment and have the reference they say if they can’t find my payment (they have just had a payment update and my payment is on the old system) I will have to pay it again and if I don’t my phone will be cut off, and I will have fees. I had to listen to them give me this speech for what will happen. If I don’t pay my bill I’m getting cut off and lose my airtime and my device, even though I paid my bill
how disgusting

I have two red numbers for airtime payment and device payment.
Soon as this is sorted I am leaving
I have had to listen to them give me a credit statement if I don’t pay my bill it will effect my credit etc
I PAID MY BILL
And coz you updated ur app the payment is now gone
You have even tried to take payment twice from my bank
I’m cancelling direct debit and I’m leaving you

Two customer service representative cut…

Two customer service representative cut me off via chat and phone when I asked if they could send out my item again as I paid to get it today!!! The courier didn’t try to deliver it
What a liar!
I’m disgusted and I am deleting all my families accounts and the app

Thousands of orders and I get treated like crap…..twice in one day!!

I just came back from Sainsbury’s and I…

I just came back from Sainsbury’s and I did a small shop, just half a dozen items or less and one of the items were limes. I sliced one up and it was completely rotten to the core. So I said they need to know what they are giving to their customers. By the way since Sainsbury stopped putting sell by dates on fruit and veg to stop waste (which is a lie - it’s to offload rotten fruit n rip to us off ) I am more and more often finding rotten goods in the supermarket fruit n veg section. Sainsbury is the most expensive out of all of all supermarkets and we should be getting what we paid for, foods that can be consumed.
Well I messaged them on messenger and I was told sorry, I have sent you a gift card in the value of 24 pence, you should receive in 3-5 days

I said to myself, omg, the insult
24p!! I messaged back “ a sorry would of sufficed and you now wanna insult me with a 24p gift card? And you’re gonna spend a pound nearly to send in the post, then use the paper you would need to send it , an envelope, man power. And I told them do not send me that gift card, I don’t want you sending useless stuff through the post and the waste damaging this planet

They’re a terrible, terrible company and I’ve finally had enough of their shenanigans
I going back to marks n sparks or Waitrose where you get true value for money and not overpriced rubbish!!

Example dog biscuits Bonio in my local independent shop £1.99. Sainsbury £3:90!! You have hundreds of branches
Less over heads but your prices are nearly double! Heinz beans 79p in my local store £1.19 in Sainsbury!! You don’t do anything to repay customer loyalty and def don’t give customer satisfaction and I think that’s why i see less and less customers in your shops every month

A marks and Spencer fish meal had a stone in it and it cracked my tooth so I wrote to them, they asked me to send the package and the stone back to them, so I asked them for a prepaid envelope, they refused! This has cost me a trip to the dentist and another appointment to follow and they won’t send me a prepaid envelope to send the stuff back. Ok, time a got legal advise to get my medical bills paid now you have been so kind!

When you pay for 48 hour tracking and 8 days later still not parcel and no tracking has changed for five days that makes you worse than evri/Hermes

I will never shop with anyone who uses your awful service

And I guarantee you don’t even respond to this coz you as a company have zero care for any of your customers

I just received an order.

I just received an order.
I love Notino I really do I love the products but they’re shipping is a bit slow. That’s why they only get a 4 out of five and you don’t seem to get free delivery with a certain spend. I was told via their website. If I spent £29 I will get free shipping I put £29 in my basket. I did not get free shipping
Companies like beauty bay and look fantastic have better shipping and a free delivery on a 25 pound spend so Notino really need to catch up with other beauty brands because if it wasn’t for the products that I couldn’t find on look fantastic or beauty bay I would not have purchased here so please catch up with the rest of the beauty guys are free shipping please

Be wary, stay away from seller!! I didn’t receive my item

I didn’t receive my item, delivery says undelivered, but the seller told me it was left on my doorstep while I was at work so it may have been stolen. The sellers will not give me a replacement or a refund and now I am going to have to go to my bank to claim the money back do not shop with these people be very very wary. They will not support you if you have any problems

I feel scammed
I want my ordered cancelled now
But you won’t Coz it’s click and collect
I didn’t ask for click and collect
I put a shipping address in!!!

Why have I paid postage if it’s going click n collect ?
I feel completely taken advantage of



And you won’t give me a refund til it hasn’t been picked up….well it won’t ever be, coz I don’t live in a different town you jokers

Why do you keep leaving my parcels in a…

Why do you keep leaving my parcels in a communal area to get stolen again ? It will have been there hours if it hasn’t been stolen already by the time I get home tonight and if it has been taken again this time I want compensation!! This is unacceptable
The last three parcels you dumped there got stolen
Why do you just redeliver as directed ?
I don’t want to keep losing parcels and tbh you’re a bit of a liability

Don’t shop with these people anymore

I won’t shop with these people anymore
They can’t be trusted

So I have shopped with these people a while, more than a year I think, going no where else for skin care and I go through a lot and they’ve always been good but now they are doing a closing down sale. So I got some stuff, I didn’t need it but got it just because I like their stuff. Anyway, they always dispatch the same day you place an order and this time they didn’t and i thought “that’s unusual, maybe they don’t actually have the stock, after all they are closing down” and I gave it another couple of days and still no dispatch and they keep saying dispatch is four days coz of the sale, but still their website says same day dispatch
Well after emailing and they’ve been telling me for the last 48 hrs the item is packed and due to go out today, that was yesterday. Well today, I find out they lied to me, they didn’t pack my item and my gut instinct was right all along. I asked for a refund and was refused and still today after they said they would finally refund me, five hours later it’s not been processed, they took my order out of ready to dispatch so it’s not getting sent out at all and are not refunding me and ignoring me when asking for refund updates.
I called them shady today coz they are and they threatened to report me to email, that’s ok coz I’m reporting them to the retail ombudsman and yes if you won’t send my parcel and won’t refund me that thievery in my book!!! I want my refund now!!! You garnered monies under false pretences too coz u clearly had no intention of sending my parcel out coz you would have already.
Now I know why you keep changing your business name, it’s coz your reputation and these reviews proceeds you!
Shameful way to conduct business
And being a small business doesn’t give you the right to be so blasé and lie when people want updates. If your website says same day dispatch then we want same day dispatch, five days later no dispatch is unacceptable and if you can’t understand that you have no right remaining in business at all!
