So far so good



So far, so good. When I phoned for the first time, I was expecting a bit of a rigmarole signing up, as I had three cases, 😳 but by the end of the afternoon, I had a solicitor. I was sending up all my documents ready for them, and they were chasing me up with phone calls and emails the very next day. They seem really well put together and are very quick, acting on my behalf. I haven't spoken to my solicitor yet; that’s coming on a pre-appointed date.
All my paperwork they needed was sent whilst I was still on the phone the first time, and before I got off the phone to sign, they set the terms of my contract's out very clear. Anthony, the first handler, the person who opened my three files was really nice, too

I had a fab experience in-store today!
The lady who performed the eye testing was lovely; we had a little chat while doing the test—life stuff, etc.—so it was really nice to have a more personal service rather than a sterile one, as an eye-testing suite often is.
I chose my glasses—I finally found a decent pair after looking for ages—and the price with my entitlements was unbeatable. I was in-store for a good hour and I left satisfied, really happy, and excited to get my new glasses.
Also, a shout-out to Amy, who is a serious credit to this Vision Express branch and brand in general. Really, she is so sweet and kind, extremely professional, and so helpful!

Zoeva shouldn't be in business if they haven't got thick skin enough to take a bad review

My order 120356984

Zoeva gave me a pink eyeliner but it was yellow and was not as described. Their Customer Service is disgusting, the Customer agent attitude is very bad, and I am suing them for breach of consumer rights. Oh yes I am, and I am suing trust pilot for taking down a genuine review, which I gave them the proof to show this was a genuine review but they took it down cause they dishonestly said it was fake. This is defamation, especially after I furnished order Number, purchase documents emails, refund notices the transaction ID
trust pilot are scammers and Zoeva obviously paid them to take my review down.
And I don't care how many times you pay trust pilot to take my review down I will be putting it back up every time and every time you are going to look worse and worse, so how dare you try and silence me!
Zoeva has no ethics or morals, and I am going to the CMA, ICO and whomever else I can about them and Trustpilot

As someone who had a really unsafe…

As someone who had a really unsafe environment for receiving parcels if I'm not home, couriers dumping parcels in communal areas to be stolen as they're too lazy to come back if you're not home, and how often I have parcels go missing, it's a godsend that I can have delivered to my local SpaceNK, which is only down the road, a quick bus ride, so I really appreciate the very quick delivery service to my local store yesterday (picking up shortly, looking forward to my Victoria Beckham Liner) I was very happy to be able to use indulge points this time, so a little discount is always appreciated, so thank you
Just a quick question, would you ever consider shipping to postal lockers in the near future? I think if you could offer that you would be the best beauty brand in the UK, I would definitely shop a lot more often then I do, and I have told my friends to use spacenk, but they have said the only thing that does stop them ordering is no locker delivery options, I think you could be missing a massive customer base, people that work etc and aren't home during the week, and have no SpaceNK in their vicinity, I'm sure this would double your revenue 😀 look at me talking like a shareholder lol Hey, who am I lol, messing with your delivery model, but seriously, I think this would be so helpful not just to me, who does need to jump on a bus down the road to your store, and it would be way more convenient if you did think if you can accommodate using lockers in the future, anyway, just an idea

Excellent shopping experience, and a world class customer service in my opinion
Emails literally answered more or less straight away which is unheard of. I know that Laura Geller is based in New York, and I'm in London, so I thought I may have to wait for responses, but no, it's almost immediate and very helpful agents, who are happy to help and willing to help, and very friendly, this is more or less unheard of today, so I appreciate your responses

I just purchased two concealers, they literally have just been delivered, and I tried two of your shades of the stretch concealer, and I am mighty impressed with the coverage, and how creamy? So creamy the product is almost wet. A lot of brands say they have full coverage concealers, but when you get down to it, they really don't. This is a really good full coverage concealer, and I'm happy I came direct to you, before I was getting your stuff from QVC or Amazon, I just bought a glow foundation from Amazon, I am thrilled with it as a 55-year-old, who's make-up can be very aging at times and then I have to take it straight off! But the 3 products I've chosen this past week are definitely going to help my make-up not age me anymore, I hate how base make up can really age us! So, thank you
Oh, and fab shipping, out more or less instantly and received in London in exactly a week, tracking online was good too, as well as updates, I hate it when brands don't update the customer

On Saturday morning I received a package and was totally disappointed. I ordered two eye liners, one was £18.50 and the other £24. The £24 liner was a pink/green colour, but in real life it looked yellow. I didn't want a yellow liner, I wanted the pink iris one. Well, as I was displeased with the item, I wrote to ZoeEva and sent photographs of the discrepancy between the colour I received, and the colour I should have received. I told them I wanted to send it back and get a refund. Well, they offered me a refund in the price of a voucher, which I accepted. I could have insisted on a refund back on my debit card, but this was a resolution I could live with and I could purchase something else more satisfactory, but ever since then I feel Zoeva have ignored me. I've emailed them twice, the first time I accepted their resolution, but since then they've completely ignored my emails. I've actually sent two further emails today, again saying "yes I will accept your refund in in a voucher" although I responded three days ago, and they've completely ignored me, so, my main complaints are that the liner looks nothing as described, secondly the Customer Service is really quite appalling, and thirdly, how do you propose to make a resolution with a customer, and then disappear on them and not answer me anymore? You have not sent me my refund in way of voucher. This is unacceptable, an absolutely unacceptable way to treat your customers. I'm not used to this kind of Customer Service, and I think it's absolutely appalling that you haven't sent me my voucher yet. Do I need to start a charge back with my bank? You really need to make good with your resolution, or I will be going to the retail ombudsman.
I'm terribly disappointed, I spend thousands of pounds a year on beauty, and one minor hiccup wouldn't have stopped me shopping with you again, but I would never trust you now, plus, you seem to have to have no responsibly to your customers, and as a brand I see daily on social media, I would have expected your reputation to proceed you, in my experience it doesn't!
And after reading other Trustpilot reviews here
now, I just regret not reading them before I ordered, because I'm not the only person that has a massive issue with the colour of the products online to what we get at home, there are so many people with the same gripe here, and I think post editing is a real pain for us consumers, I'm fed up of exaggerated colour quality of items, and I'm sick of wasting so much money on beauty that doesn't even match the images online, so from now on i'm buying in store

I went into a couple of M&S branches today
The first place I went had a lot of stock on the shelves empty, so I walked down to the Waterloo, London branch, where I noticed significant price increases from the first store I went to, for example; my cheese was £2.70 in the first shop, and £3.10 in the second. My cold drink was £2.90 in the first shop, but 3.20 in the second. And I want to know, why are you allowed to just change prices from one of your stores to another? This is totally charlatan, and this pricing dependant on location needs to be outlawed! Why should we pay more coz we had to walk 3 minutes ? And it shows you what they think of their customers

So I made a purchase two days ago, but since then I have been inundated with the most horrific amount of emails, sometimes every 20 minutes, sometimes every hour, and today I have had 47 emails! I told them via the support desk, "this amount of email you are sending is becoming harassing" and the lovely lady said she had taken me off the mailing list, but still the emails have come. I'm trying to rest at now, and I've had these emails annoying since 3 am this morning, and it will continue till I turn my data off, and as soon as I switch my phone on, it will be the first item I receive. I literally had to turn my phone off this morning!! I never turn my phone off as I have a very elderly mother, but you're making things very uncomfortable for me! This is unacceptable, you don't need to keep sending the same emails over and over again, I've seen your emails and you're sending the same ones, I've seen your promo. I purchased off you, now, leave me the hxxx alone!!
I will be blocking you the minute I get my order and I won't be purchasing the stuff I wanted next! This is totally out of order, intrusive and completely unnecessary! I gonna message Laura on instagram, she needs to be aware of the horrendous harassment her customers and receiving.

No way can this beauty brand live up to others! They just can't they don't have the ethics for a start.

I will never shop Sephora ever again because they they just emailed me to say they refused to print my honest review of an item I just purchased ,here is my review and I wonder what is wrong with this except the truth?

This lipstick is a serious disappointment
How Merit have the cheek to charge £25 for this is beyond me
No coverage, colour is totally different to the picture, and the quality is not as good as a budget lipstick

And I believe Merit are obviously giving you kick backs to take the negative reviews down, cause there is no reason why my review shouldn't stand. And I want to know why my review failed? Because there was nothing wrong with that review at all and you know it.
You're an utter disgrace. You have no moral or ethics, and you don't care about the customers honest shopping experience! I will never shop with you again. And yes I agree with another reviewer here, I had to go through multiple other websites to find what the true colour of this awful lipstick was. As far as I'm concerned, your reputation is forever damaged.

I've just spent the last 45 minutes…

I've just spent the last 45 minutes calling Nationwide, and every single time the automated answering gets stuck, when she's asking you for bank details so they could pass your phone call on to an agent, she glitches so they can connect you, and the phone gets stuck, this happened 3 times and I had to put the phone down each time. I called, I pressed one for banking the fourth time and after that she got stuck again. I cannot get through to my Bank at all today and I've got some stuff I need to deal with. This is absolutely unacceptable.
Nationwide is not the same as it was 10 years ago. I don't have any local branches, as they've all been closed down over the last few years, and the phone is the only way I can speak to you, it's absolutely disgusting.

New note: I found out what the glitch is, the glitch is, she doesn't get around to saying please check your banking app to pass security, but as that is what is happening I am being sent a message to log into my bank, but it is not showing up at my end and because I'm not getting into my app, and the phone call is stalling. I've just logged into my bank and a load of messages are saying "please verify, are you are calling us" I had about six messages that hadn't cleared and it was asking me to verify myself, so now your system isn't working properly. She's glitching out before I am being asked to log into the app, but because the system knows I was supposed to be going through security, it's stopping the call and it's not going forward, so, thank you very much, and thanks for me doing your job and finding out what is wrong with your phone today

Now, I love Dunelm, I love their rugs and furniture, and I alway leave a good review for them here, and I did again after purchasing another rug last month. You then emailed me after purchased to leave a review, which I did straight away, but since, like just now, you haven't stopped emailing, asking me to review my purchase that I already reviewed the first time you asked me, now, this is becoming harassing and I'd like you to leave me alone. Dpd courier stole my parcel today

Dpd courier stole my parcel today. There is a photo of him in his T-shirt holding the parcel. There is no photo of me or my premises, I am white and live alone, there is a photograph of a black male hand in a red Dpd shirt holding the parcel, there is no identifying photo of my premises or Me, but it is marked as delivered
I phoned Dpd and told them I'm going to the police because this is clearly theft, and the driver has not followed procedure
The Dpd call Centre in South Africa ended up putting the phone down on me, so, is this how you treat your customers? Who've been defrauded by your driver? Because that photograph that he uploaded as proof of delivery is fraudulent! As a victim of a crime by one of your drivers and then treated disgracefully by your South Africa Team on the phone, is this how you treat your customers?
I am 100% going to the police today 100%

Having to use Monzo Customer Service…

Having to use Monzo Customer Service most days this week—after some issues with a seller not giving me a refund for goods not received, which had gone ignored for weeks—it’s apparent that Monzo’s customer service is exemplary. They have a model of customer service which other banks should be using as a threshold for their own standards.
Monzo is the best and far superior bank by far.
The live chat is the best in the business, and as I am a vulnerable customer, they are making sure they meet my needs at all times. I am so impressed.

So, how extraordinarily rude at HelloFresh customer service

So, I was looking to take my first ever subscription box out with HelloFresh, I needed some information that I couldn't see online, so I went over to Instagram chat where I left a message with two questions. The first question was can I change amount of meals I have every week? For example, the first week I may want five meals, the second week I may need less if I'm not home for a couple of days etc, and the second question: I was wondering who your couriers are, because I have very irritable problem with couriers leaving my parcels on my doorstep, and sometimes things get stolen, passers by etc, so I was worried about that, well, I messaged these questions this morning around 9 o'clock-ish and got a response 3 hours later, now that's OK, I wasn't waiting for a message back instantly, I know it's not an instant messaging service, but when I came back three hours later to check your response, I had the most unfriendly response ever "I'm closing your chat because we've not heard from you" hold on,..do you expect me to stay on Instagram for three hours whilst waiting for you to respond? And to close my chat in such an unfriendly way, not even bother to answer by questions before they did? That shows me exactly what the Customer Service is like at HelloFresh! I'm appalled! Well, i have no intention of taking out a subscription with HelloFresh, not if that's a service you give, and god forbid if anything ever went wrong, how would you treat me then? Whoever is handling your social media messaging needs serious re-training, they have cost you a customer, and I wonder how many more? I bet most people don't even let you know, but as an expert on C.S working in all of Londons museums, galleries and historical buildings, I can tell you this customer service is sub-standard, and rude! This has really irked me, I wonder where your customer service department is based? 🤔 I wonder! Oh, please take me off your mailing list, if you don't mind, thank you

You really need to watch your receipts…

You really need to watch your receipts when you're purchasing from TK Maxx, and you need to keep an eye on the till.
I purchased three items yesterday, one was 16.99, one was 6.99 & the other item 7.99. All items were labelled with these prices. When I got home and emptied my bag, I checked the receipt. The £16.99 item was charged at £17.99 the 6.99 item was charged 7.99 and the 7.99 was charged 8.99. This cannot be an accident. This is a deliberate changing of the price in the tills (cash register) different of the label. And to read a pound more on the till than the labels in my opinion is totally fraudulent, and should be against the law.

And they're upping the retail price to make it look like you are getting a bigger discount. My £10 toner is still £10 in TKMaxx, most items are definitely no cheaper. I remember in the early days of TK Maxx in the 90s, when bargains were a real thing, now they begrudge giving you a pound off, and in my opinion most of the stuff that I see in store, I can get in another shop at the same prices or even cheaper. There is no real price differences in store, it's just a fallacy that you're getting a discount
I came into TK Maxx yesterday for an emergency purchase, otherwise I wouldn't have bothered.(it was the only shop in Clapham that sold what I needed) I usually come in store with my mates, and I usually leave fed up, coz when I'm looking around the store I notice they do price gouge, and only giving you what looks like a discount, but not in fact. This is no longer a discount store. This is not a discount store at all, so let's take that concept away now, cause it just ain't true!

Yesterday I purchased a perfume treat, happily paid £35 less than everywhere else, but still not a cheap buy, sent out within a couple of hours as was next day delivery. Obviously I was charged for the item, but now I just woke up to my bank saying I have an unarranged overdraft of the purchase price, and had to deposit the funds into the secondary bank account of mine with the account I used to buy the item. (Not my main account, the one I add money into (Monzo) which I used to buy treats for myself) Now for some unknown reason this was refunded to me, but my purchase was still shipped, so today, while the account was on low funds, I had a text saying "your account is in an unarranged overdraft, please add money by so & so to avoid fees) can you imagine if I didn't see the text ? This would've caused me a financial penalty, why refund me in the first place ?? Is my money not good enough? Why send my item out if I didn't pay for it ? And why would you refund me and not even tell me, and why did you refund in the first place? That was my first purchase with allbeauty in a year or two, I won't be buying here again, it is not worth the hassle, cause if they just want to refund you after you a purchase and not tell me, and not even sent me a courtesy email, I think it's unacceptable, and terribly rude and totally unprofessional.
Oh and by the way, I only had one option for shipping, next day delivery £6, why is there no standard shipping? I should be able to chose if I want next day shipping, and not be forced to check out with a high price shipping fee
.

What are you on about shipping charges ??
Why would you refund the cost of the perfume after you shipped and then collect it again ?

Absolutely unacceptable that DHL do not have a phone line which connects to a human fur help
There is no way I ca. update a preference on their website and as all my
Parcels get dumped downstairs at the front door, due to lazy couriers, and me with a disability having to run downstairs for items before they're stolen, it's insane that this firm do not have a live chat expect preloaded answers from a robot, which give you one option only and nothing but tracking updates

You have a lot to do!

Friday was supposed to get a brand new…

Friday was supposed to get a brand new phone as the new one they gave me was faulty
They palmed me off with a secondhand phone after paying 1800...fraud! I am filing an ombudsman complaint when I'm done with this

Your vulnerable team were supposed to call me back at 4pm today, when she called I was out at the drs I asked her to promise me she would call me back, they were from ALS (I think it's als) well, she said "yes, I promise I will call you back dead on 4pm" and she hasn't called
Disgusting, they know I'm disabled and vulnerable

This is the 12th times I've been fobbed off and lied to, sold fraudulent goods, coz if you sold me a new phone and gave me a refurbished phone this is fraud, and I know this is a refurb phone, it came out a filthy box with smudges all over the screen and food in the corners that I had to clean off. This is the biggest insole yet and after the discrimination that I've received from you I will see you in court cause you've breached your contract with me, I've got about five recordings of you lying to me booking Me fake pickups for my fault device when Dpd said you didn't even book nothing with me two days on the trot you made me wait in for a pick up from my phone that was 40 and you didn't turn

Do not purchase a handset of any kind with these people, their poor call centres just to fobbed me off, ignored and lied to me. I was told I was getting a new phone, I was told I was getting the vulnerable customer Team to call me personally, they haven't called me back, even though they promised me and you've breached your contract with me. You haven't given me a New Phone thanks for giving me a rubbish secondhand handset, how have you given me a secondhand phone as a new phone ? See you in court...by the way, i'm very proactive and if I say something I will do it,
so I will see you in court

letter dated November 25 was for a Provident loan of £200 you want 500 well I’m here to tell you I won’t be paying one penny, because I was on the scheme and it turns out that the Provident were given me an illegal rate of interest for donkeys years, and the scheme said I don’t have to pay it back
I have no intention of making one penny of that payment, because the Provident rate was illegal and the scheme just told me so, well, a couple of years ago it told me so, if you want to take me to court, I have the documentation to say that I was on the scheme and don’t have to pay a penny, and they actually owe me instead

And if you send me one more letter about this, I will be taking legal action not just on Provident but you too

I have had four parcels in four days

I have had four parcels in four days, every single one, every single day, they have been lost in transit, en route to delivery. It’s been scanned as out for delivery, and I’ve had the email, but it never got to my house, and days later, No one person from evri even bothered to check in with me, well, someone is stealing the parcels in the Lambeth.
I guarantee the couriers are stealing the parcels in Lambeth, cause one parcel is an accident. 2 is a bit rubbish in 2 in two days, and three is starting to get suspicious, but four? Four parcels lost in four days once they’ve been loaded onto the van is an absolute disgrace. I am going to the ombudsman. I am going to cause such a stink, because there is no way I’m going to recoup all my money, no way!
I am taking legal action, you have someone stealing my parcels, and probably the person I wrote a negative review about!! I would look into why your people are taking my parcels!! I’m livid!! And the rubbish generic email you send is infuriating

I’m calling citizens advice Monday and I will be taking legal action, I think I need to send the police to your depo, coz someone is stealing my stuff, and your own response says you don’t even care!
