A customer service is disgusting
A customer service is disgusting. No one can understand you and vice versa. The attitude is abysmal regarding a payment. I had to make you said you took payment and the card was declined. That is a complete lie because I phoned my bank. They told me that you hadn’t tried to take the payment otherwise the payment would’ve gone through as I put the money there the night before but what you did you deleted my card and tried to run it again but you took out a authorisation fee which left my account and I was left short on my payment for you so until that payment balances back you will not be getting your money so I can assure you the payment will fail and I can see you. Just tried to take it again because I was alerted. I asked you to ring me up. Take payment over the phone. You called me and your team or a joke your team didn’t take the payment again. I was so infuriated I asked to speak to the manager and the man wouldn’t he just put the phone down on me instead so you would’ve had your payment already if you didn’t have such ignorant people working for you on your phone centres and we all know why that is don’t worry I suggest someone ring me back as soon as possible

Someone needs to call me for payment
Someone did call me, he cancelled my bank details and reapplied it then lied to me when you took an authorisation charge, which make the payment short, and then when I told him as I went into my bank to double check the amount was there while on the phone, you took a pre authorisation fee when the same card was already authorised and I asked him why he took a fee, which he kept denying and then I said to him why is he not telling the truth, 5 times he said he didn’t take an authorisation charge and finally he admitted it. Absolutely shoddy, unprofessional and the man refused to connect me with a manager to make a payment with someone else more able, he out the phone down on me! So that why your payment didn’t get paid, and coz you took it another time and there payment had been transferred out of the account into my savings to pay double next time, my bank thought I was getting fraud on my account and stopped my card
You have caused me a whole of of problems and I you’re so unprofessional and you was charging my mum budget pay for months after she returned something and cause she’s elderly she didn’t know til I read her bank statement and you had to refund her 3 payments!!! Unprofessional all the way
And if you had people in this country answering the phones that speak English properly, but hire only staff in India, which is a disgrace, coz you don’t mind taking all the British peoples money but you won’t give any British people any jobs
