A customer service is disgusting

A customer service is disgusting. No one can understand you and vice versa. The attitude is abysmal regarding a payment. I had to make you said you took payment and the card was declined. That is a complete lie because I phoned my bank. They told me that you hadn’t tried to take the payment otherwise the payment would’ve gone through as I put the money there the night before but what you did you deleted my card and tried to run it again but you took out a authorisation fee which left my account and I was left short on my payment for you so until that payment balances back you will not be getting your money so I can assure you the payment will fail and I can see you. Just tried to take it again because I was alerted. I asked you to ring me up. Take payment over the phone. You called me and your team or a joke your team didn’t take the payment again. I was so infuriated I asked to speak to the manager and the man wouldn’t he just put the phone down on me instead so you would’ve had your payment already if you didn’t have such ignorant people working for you on your phone centres and we all know why that is don’t worry I suggest someone ring me back as soon as possible

Someone needs to call me for payment
Someone did call me, he cancelled my bank details and reapplied it then lied to me when you took an authorisation charge, which make the payment short, and then when I told him as I went into my bank to double check the amount was there while on the phone, you took a pre authorisation fee when the same card was already authorised and I asked him why he took a fee, which he kept denying and then I said to him why is he not telling the truth, 5 times he said he didn’t take an authorisation charge and finally he admitted it. Absolutely shoddy, unprofessional and the man refused to connect me with a manager to make a payment with someone else more able, he out the phone down on me! So that why your payment didn’t get paid, and coz you took it another time and there payment had been transferred out of the account into my savings to pay double next time, my bank thought I was getting fraud on my account and stopped my card
You have caused me a whole of of problems and I you’re so unprofessional and you was charging my mum budget pay for months after she returned something and cause she’s elderly she didn’t know til I read her bank statement and you had to refund her 3 payments!!! Unprofessional all the way
And if you had people in this country answering the phones that speak English properly, but hire only staff in India, which is a disgrace, coz you don’t mind taking all the British peoples money but you won’t give any British people any jobs

I just wanted say to Charlotte Tilbury how grateful I am your customer service team and Milli G in or Millie G (not sure of the spelling) particular who didn’t put me through endless email and rigmarole, and me not having to get aggressive or threaten and tell people that they have breached my consumer right to get a refund or a replacement after my package was damaged and contents missing. I really appreciate it. Thank you, I was refunded straight away.
This has saved me any unnecessary anxiety, as someone who often struggles with it.

I have just had two pair of jeans

I have just had two pair of jeans, three pair of trouser’s, a shirt and a pair of shoes delivered, and I’m so happy that every single item fits, as all too often something is either too small or too big, but to get everything fitting out of a parcel is so unusual and I’m so happy that I don’t have to send anything back.
I would say the Matalans trousers are a little bit longer than usual and I would’ve presumed they was tall girls clothes as they were so long, but I have shoes that will accommodate the extra length, so I don’t need to return them and overall I am very very happy

I signed up a few days ago for a night serum to try, I made payment. I can see this payment in my bank. I got no confirmation email from you at all and I have reached out to your customer service but they said I have no completed consultation. I have a completed consultation, you sent me an email of completion, and I’ve a paid subscription and I paid online
so why are you saying you have not completed consultation ? you need to refund me my money or I’m going to my bank to make a complaint to my bank .

I wouldn’t have bothered to write a review but they keep on insisting and emailing me to send them a review. They’ve also texted me to review them, so here’s my review


Absolutely abysmal Service
so I joined up on the 25th of March ans paid for April‘s draw which won’t happen til the end of this month but they have tried to take another payment already for May’s draw. I didn’t want to pay again nine days later, tbis is silly as Mays draw which isn’t for another nearly 2 months
so I thought I ain’t doing this, I’ve only just paid 9 days ago nine days ago. I don’t wanna pay again already for the end of may draw, it’s like paying two whole months in advance, so I went to cancel my payment card. I couldn’t do it online and I couldn’t delete my card payment, I had to phone them up. I had to sit on the queue for half an hour. I told her a dozen times. I want to be able to update my card details online and not have to phone every time, it’s ridiculous, so old-fashioned. Why can’t I manage my account online like every other business online on the planet ? It’s all too very money grabbing, and I don’t like being guilt tripped by her on the phone, I don’t care how much I’ve raised for charities and how much they won’t raise next time if I cancel
And really why would you charge for may when aprils draw has t happened yet? It’s ridiculous by the way. I deleted my account and I will not be playing next month. Not worth the hassle, having to phone up every time you wanna do something is ridiculous ridiculous

In your first month, two payments may be taken close together. These are payments for each of your first two months of play. Tickets are paid monthly in advance simply to ensure that you play in draws from the earliest opportunity. After this first month, payments will only occur once every month. The exact timing of when these regular payments are taken depends on your choice of payment method.

Direct Debit customers have their payments taken either at an early collection date (on the Friday that falls on or between 4th and 10th of the month) or at a late collection date (around the end of each month).

Players also have the option of creating a My Account. This is different from setting up a ticket, however, once you have created an account and logged in you are able to change some personal information, review recent wins and play our exclusive player games.

No empathy at next

So, I got a credit account with next for the time time ever in my 50s
I was paying the payment every month without fail, well what happened next is was not good, I had a heart episode and ended up in hospital having surgery, well during this time I was too ill even to consider my bills, but as soon as I was well enough I caught up with my account and made both of the late payments, one I had completely missed by around 3 weeks. That was last year.
Now forward this year I’ve been paying my account every month without fail and getting the balance down and haven’t missed a single repayment. But people at next have treated me like a leper. I told them why I made TWO payments late and that was months ago and they still hold it against me, I even offered them a copy of my hospital admission just so they knew I wasn’t messing them about and since then, they have refused every single order I have tried to make and not even put on it my account, pay it there and then with my debit card, so today I wanted buy stuff some bits and pay for it there and then on my Apple Pay, but they won’t even take my order. You would think I owe them 5 grand! I owe them a stupid 140£ and I made a repayment today,
I am paying this off and when I do I won’t ever shop with them again, I have never seen or heard anything like this is my life

Don’t use them for your credit account, go elsewhere. They don’t care if you nearly died and that’s why you were late on TWO payments!! In 2 years!! Talk about my money not being good enough for them. Go to Very guys, they won’t treat you this way, because I also paid Very one payment a few days late when I had My emergency op, i was overdue about 10 days late and they didn’t do this to me, they didn’t cancel or hold my account, and since then I have even paid up my account completely, and didn’t reuse the credit again.
On this Next account I am only making minimum payments now coz I feel they have had no empathy for my past situation and it would have been paid off already if they were not so mean spirited

I would also like to add the fact Next do not answer to reviews here like most companies do say a whole lot to me!

I always buy TU in store and this I…

I always buy TU in store and this I think is either my first or second online purchase with TU, but please believe me, this will be my last.
So I ordered a navy shirt last week and date of collection at Argos store, in Sainsbury Clapham Sun 30th March from 4PM and I chose this time for collection because I needed it for my dad‘s funeral tomorrow (Tuesday 1st) I’ve have many black shirts, I’ve got wardrobe full of them, but I’ve put on a little bit of weight so I ordered a size up. Anyway, at checkout you gave Me some collection dates options to choose from and I chose to have it delivered on the Sunday 30th, which was yesterday. Well, I’ve had no dispatch notice, the tracking on the TU website is saying it is still being processed, tho I was supposed to be collecting yesterday at my local Argos.
This has really upset me, my order was due yesterday and not one of you have sent me any of courtesy email. Now because the funeral is tomorrow, I have just phoned your helpline/customer service phone number and the lovely lady who I spoke to told me the item has been dispatched…but your website still says “processing order”
Firstly, I didn’t received a dispatch email from you, abysmal! Secondly, I’ve just been told the shirt will be delivered in 3-4 days….3-4 days!!! Are you kidding me? I needed this tomorrow and you offered me a pick up date, so I chose YESTERDAY and now I am Not going to get this item before Thursday. My dad‘s funeral is tomorrow and today I should be making food, sandwiches etc with my sister and now I’m gonna have to go out and find a shirt, when I have so much to do, I am sad, and you have put an extra pressure on me! I’m absolutely disgusted, appalled and saddened that you are offering us a service where we can choose when we get the item delivered and I’m not gonna get my item for three days past the funeral date. Why did you even ask me if you can’t deliver on that chosen day? I’m so upset with you guys. I am so upset with you. You put a lot of pressure on me today and because it’s 1pm now, I’ve got a run out get a bus somewhere and go shopping and find a dark shirt when I should be doing catering with my sister, I am really, really upset, thanks for nothing. This is an added pressure I didn’t need today, you have ruined my dads funeral for me. Thanks a bunch!
Why would you offer me a service at check out if you can’t do it? I’m never shopping in TU again and I will be getting my groceries in Marks n Sparks and buying my shirts and undies there instead. I’m mean, you couldn’t even be bothered to send a dispatch notice!

They sent me an email with a voucher for a free coffee, so I opened it and it took me into my Nero app and in front of my very eyes, all of the stamps I was saving up were deleted. They stole my stamps!! And they gave me a fake voucher which deleted all my stamps, which was probably the intending idea
I’m absolutely disgusted and when I emailed them, I got no help, nothing, they didn’t even bother to mention the reason why I emailed them, which was about the voucher and my stamps. In their response and just told me to refer to my app.
I won’t ever come back again.
Abysmal!

So I purchased a £400 item on five…

So I purchased a £400 item on five budget pay and I checked out and paid for the first instalment, then every month the £80 instalment is supposed to come out directly
But since the first payment I’ve been getting an email from you saying my payment has been declined. If I didn’t have any money in my account for one, my bank would’ve texted me that I have a direct debit due and there wasn’t enough in my account. This doesn’t ever happen, and every month I have to ring you up and make payment over the phone which is wasting my time
Now I don’t know why the payment declined the money it’s there for you, and I transfer to the account the night before payment is due, so it’s there ready for and this has happened to me every month since purchase, last month, the month before and today, guess what? I’m sick of having to phone you up and make payment when you should be just taking it automatically, there is obviously something wrong with your system And I don’t appreciate you sending me threatening emails that you are going to charge me £15 for failed payment because there is obviously something wrong with your system. I have emailed Craig Masters back and I am hoping that he will call me. I phoned in today twice and twice I couldn’t understand a word the person said because they are in a foreign phone centre. I don’t need this stress in my life at the moment, someone needs to get in touch with me on the phone who can understand and speak English properly, because I’m not having this. I want to make an official complaint because this the third time on the trot you have done this to me, which stresses me out because I think something’s gone wrong with my bank or I’ve been defrauded overnight and I’m worried my money has been stolen. Now I waiting for a heart transplant and don’t need the stress

Update an hour later someone called to take my payment, so they deleted the card I had on file and they re-added it but didn’t tell Me they were going to take a verification payment. I left exactly £80 in my account for you and now you have taken a pound to verify the card that’s already been verified and now the payment has failed because of £80 payment I left in the bank for you, and you took a £1 to verify card and now there is £79 in the account! And you expect me to transfer another quid in it. No way! Put my pound back and then you can take your £80 payment
How dare you take my money and not tell me, by law your man that rang me had to tell me you was taking the verification payment, and to do so without telling me is an absolute disgrace and you didn’t have any authority! You lot are jokers!!
I suppose that’s what happens when you hire people who's first language is different, you get incompetence

This is the third time on the trot that…

This is the third time on the trot that Thames water has visited my building of 40 flats for a water check and after your engineers have left they forgot to turn our hot water on so for the third time on the trot this evening and today your guys visited at 10 o’clock this morning and after they left we’ve had no water and we’ve still got no hot water now and I’m very annoyed because I’ve got a hospital procedure tomorrow and I can’t even have a shower or a bath before I go in the morning, this is absolutely unacceptable And completely incompetent that you’re sending people on jobs that are turning peoples hot water off
Stop turning pit hot water off and not putting it back on !!
Every time Thames water has been to my building Lamb of Council are uninitiated with phone calls from tenants who had their hot water turned off abysmal unacceptable and downright disgusting.
And this is the third time it’s happened in the last six months and now we’re gonna go without water to God knows when like last time

I have put the patches on every day for a week and they keep rolling off within 5 mins of putting on
They won’t stay on for love nor money and I am never gonna find out what they do as they don’t stick, I am not putting on straight from shower or dirty skin and not using skincare to make sure they don’t come off but they do

I came across terrys fabrics and saw…

I really appreciate the great customer service because decent customer service is very rare today or non-existent,
so after reaching out to customer service for a single item missing from my three-item order, they answered the next day and told me straight away that they was gonna send me another one out the item I didn’t actually get sent
So, a few days because I had to email them again to remind them to re-send and once got my message they sent it straight away and today I received my item and I’m very happy about, thanks very much for the speedy resolution. Thank you.

I’ve been trying to access the curry’s…

I’ve been trying to access the curry’s website for weeks! It keeps telling me curry’s have blocked me from their site
I have no idea why. After many tries and many days I had an idea 💡 I wonder if I turned my VPN off it would let me in the website. So I turned off my VPN and wouldn’t you know it…instantly I was given access to their website

I find it completely appalling in the day of cyber crimes and the need for cyber security that this firm would NOT let me into their website while I had my VPN protection on, and I had to turn my VPN off to shop on their site. I was looking for a new smart tv, needless to say I refused to purchase, oh by the way, the VPN stops hackers et cetera from gaining my personal info and my bank details, and for curry’s to block me and anyone else from gaining access to their site while I had my VPN on is terrible. To make me turn that off to gain access to your site is absolutely horrific, in my opinion. I wouldn’t give any bank details over without my VPN protection

So my item was marked by the courier as…

So my item was marked by the courier as delivered for some reason but it was not. I emailed evri who apologised for not delivering and telling me they still have the parcel, that was this morning and they said they would get it to me by the end of the day today. They did not get it to me.
Now, I have told shein many times today and even shared the email where evri have said that’s it not been delivered yet, but because every have marked as delivered and I wanted the parcel diverted to my home as originally it was going to a parcel shop, which has now closed down, I can’t ask for it to get diverted as it’s been marked as delivered at pick up point
The parcel shop doesn’t have it and evri should never have marked as delivered because they still have the parcel, they told me they still have my parcel because they missed the connection, so I don’t know why every marked is delivered. I’ve told all this to SHEIN and they have done nothing. They are not helping me,
the customer service service team are appalling and nobody is helping me. I sent them the email from
The courier saying they still had the parcel and I need help to get the parcel back on track as even are useless…why are firms still using them ? It’s beyond me! I need a refund straight away. I’m deleting my shein app and I’m not shopping with you again. And I have placed a load of orders. How was that?

Ps there is no, absolutely no customer service, support or care. I will be going to the retail ombudsman and I will make a complaint, and if you’re not part of the ombudsman scheme then that lets me see you have absolutely no ethics and don’t support your customers!!



No one is answering at this service and you know it!

Can’t fault their delivery service but I’m kinda of getting fed up with emails asking me to rate you, 00.23am (right now) and I just got another message to rate you, this must be the fifth or sixth time you have emailed me to rate your service for the same order and I’ve done a review every time. So this must the my sixth review for one order

Please take my name off your mailing list, I didn’t sign up to this, I’m getting emails all all time day and night, and in the very early hours when I’m sleeping, I got one at 4am this morning and I have to keep my phone on at night as I have an elderly and infirm mother who may need me in an emergency so my phone volume is always on. It’s so annoying to be woken up with an email asking to rate a product that’s been already revised five times

Never buying off vinted again
Thru don’t care who gets ripped off on their site. Community standard ? What a joke, there are no standards on your site.
I even emailed your two directors to tell him of this problem I’ve got no response. Tonight, all My recommended feed form (you) vinted this evening is all for fake perfume and is a scam accounts, which have multiple different names but they all come from one area in England, a place called Hitchin. So all these hundreds of fake accounts, are all come from the same place
Now why are Vinted are doing nothing ? Not protecting the customer and why allow their customers to be ripped off by getting fake perfume or an empty box scam? because this is what is mainly going on, but to allow this criminal activity, and continuing to allow this person to terrorise your customers is a disgrace, I know so many people who have received empty boxes on vinted
You cannot keep the community safe anymore and I’m terrified to buy anything from here
They all use stolen photographs from Instagram. They all use handbags which they photographs online and they get fake receipts from photos online too, and they make out they’re selling these bags and they’re not, they are just sending you empty boxes, and vinted are allowing these people to do, it is absolutely unacceptable. Stop the scam accounts on vinted!
You are supposed to be protecting the community, but actually all you’re doing is protecting criminals and the gangs who are making money from your platform

Received an email this morning
To invite me as a member to a private members sale where special items are at special prices and discounts are applied at the checkout
So I put a couple items priced over £60 and guess not, I didn’t get one penny off!
This is really poor form, look fantastic
You used to be my favourite online shop, now I just can’t be bothered and won’t be ordering from now on. Why on earth you would make up a sale and invite me and not give me one penny off? Clickbate to get me online. Rude and totally disrespectful to your customers

Really shocked at the terrible quality…

Really shocked at the terrible quality of telephone customer service at Gemporia
I got no courtesy, no hello, and this person did not have a peasant tone or attitude, I could tell he couldn’t be bothered one little bit, he sounded like I was a nuisance, he was almost in a huff and was totally put out by my query, if something was in stock, a lovely 2.7ct sphene in 9k. I def wouldn’t shop here now. First experience was terrible
Red flags 🚩 everywhere
I’ve phoned up better Chinese take away where they can hardly speak English and I’ve had a better interactions
Shockingly bad, even the his spoken word was totally lazy, just abysmal
