Don’t shop with these guys

Don’t shop with these guys! I did on Dorothy Perkins
They sent my item to the wrong address and someone signed for it, Dorothy Perkins have refused to refund me and said I can have a replacement from valiadate but I have to pay valiadate postage
You send my stuff to a wrong address and penalise me ? lol

No was has issues me a refund
DP messages me yesterday to say I have to wait til the 24th

Hi Beverley. We are sorry that you have had issues with this delivery. As you know the goods were addressed to the address given to us and sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery. Through no fault of ours your goods have not been received by you but we offered to send you a replacement, which you have rejected so we have now issued you a refund. We issue the refund to Debenhams who then refund you, as this is who you purchased the goods through.

This is the third review I have had to…

This is the third review I have had to write over the same incident my order I didn’t receive because apparently you put the wrong address on the parcel says Royal mail has said because it was signed and taken by another household which was not mine and I told you this over a week ago, you have absolutely ignored me on every single medium even though I have four or five emails where you keep promising to get back to me but not once have you got back to me, you should of sent a replacement or refund instantly!!
you have lied to me completely, you even reached out to me here asked for my details so you get back to me and you didn’t, it’s absolutely 100% disgusting and disgraceful and you’ve lost a lifetime customer of over 40 years
I am 100% emailing the ombudsman and you should be ashamed of yourself treating your customers like this
my item has gone to another address or has been signed for by someone else, I believe fraudulently by the Royal Mail courier and Royal Mail messaged me to the the address it went to is different from mine which I sent you a screenshot and you’ve done absolutely nothing and you’ve ignored me from day one
You have treated despicably and you deserve never ever to make another sale ever again because you’re scammers, and you have no consideration, you don’t care about your customers. I hope nobody ever buys anything from from you again I’m going on every single review place I can think of you and I’m saying exactly how you have treated me, unacceptable and despicable.

To make me wait for an investigation from Royal Mail is absolutely absurd! Whatever the outcome my parcel has gone and you are gonna have to refund or replace, which you should of done already
You won’t ever get another order from me again and I’ve written to the ombudsman. I have no respect for you and your insistence of waiting ten days for an outcome that won’t be any different, I still won’t have a parcel and you don’t care that I do
I hope that everyone sees on her that you have showed yourself up and you don’t give a rats for your customers oh and your concession valiadate said they can send me a replacement but you have asked me to pay postage again? How despicable are you ?

I am sorry to hear you have not received your order. Having reviewed the order, I can see that our Customer Service team have raised this further with our Concessionaire brand to whom have sold and supplied your purchase.

They have raised this claim further with Royal Mail who have started full investigation with the local delivery office and asked our Concessionaire to allow 10 working days for further response (September 24th)

What is going on with every parcel shop…

What is going on with evri parcel shop drop-off this week? Every single drop-off location I’ve been to this week has either a broken print machine or They’ve run out of ticket receipts or the scanners aren’t working. I’ve literally gone to 4 places today to send a parcel prepaid for I cannot find location what is going on? Heading to my fifth location now

Royal Mail have confirmed that the delivery address you sent my item to is wrong, you sent it to the wrong address, Royal Mail have just been in touch with me so say the address you sent my parcel to is wrong, so you sent it to the wrong place

My last two parcels have been dumped by…

My last two parcels have been dumped by your people in a communal area in my flats where anyone could steal it like that last one is is unacceptable
My last parcel which was marked as delivered (Thursday 5th sept) even though I received no out for delivery email or successfully delivered email from you like I usually get an no delivery photograph, like you always take a photograph of the item being delivered, all there is is my signature that has been faked by your postman! And this is the second time in two weeks that I’ve had to get in touch with you because of disgusting practices by your postman. How dare your postman fake my signature, this is actually criminal offence, it’s fraud

The only way I found out my parcel had supposedly been delivered was in the evening. I decided to track the parcel as I was curious to see where it was and it was marked as delivered, where is the customer service ?

Ps I have emailed, messages you on social media, called you all no answer!

Parcel is marked as delivered and the post man has obviously faked my signature as I was not home, I live alone and I asked my neighbour who does not have it. I have been in touch via messaging to report this, I had no usual out for delivery email from you or any delivered message like usual, i usually get an email from Royal Mail saying out for delivery and delivered but I didn’t get this, I only found out at 9pm this evening the item was supposed to have been delivered at 11am this morning and there is no proof at all that it has been, I also always get a photograph of delivery by Royal Mail but miraculously today there is no photographic proof of delivery like every other time, all there is of said delivery is a scribble, I don’t scribble!
Your person whom I just spoke on messaging had told me to wait for 5 days for an investigation with no offer of reimbursement whatsoever
I am not losing 16£ sorry, I need a refund or a new item sent out, because I am absolutely appalled as a lifetime DP customer has been treated so badly
Refused me a replacement, refused me a refund. I even feel like going to the police as my signature had been so badly faked, which is fraud and a crime
Customer service have been absolutely NO HELP. This was my last ever purchase from you, I won’t be buying again as I’m so disappointed with customer service

Parcel purchased 20th picked up 22nd and I have to wait til the 31st for delivery? Unacceptable and apparently a 3-5 delivery, well by the time I receive it I would have waited 11 days, totally unacceptable. My latest Evri delivery, I purchased on the 25th and I got it yesterday

I went to fenty with an issue, they dealt with it, at least I thought they did, and I had to get back to them a few times. My new customer voucher code wasn’t working at all, and twice I got new voucher codes from customer service but still no go. My issue was still ongoing after a couple of emails to customer service, the lovely Candice came to my aid who helped me and even sent me a gift card voucher with a fabulous £35 value as my original voucher code were not working

Really fantastic customer service at fenty and they don’t make you wait days for a response, they were getting back to me within the hour, every time and as their support team is in the US there must of been a time difference so then getting back to me within the hour every time is unheard of from any other company I’ve ever dealt with

Well done, for your great customer service and support, guys (and gals)

22nd June it was in their warehouse
After that the tracking stopped, I reached out to them and they said they would get back to me and didn’t
I didn’t hear from them one time to say sorry we have lost your parcel, can we ask what it looks like to see if we can find it, they absolutely didn’t care a hoot
I will never shop where they have this option

Today I run out after 10 days and feel sammed!

I am feeling scammed by this company
First order was 30 mls and lasted 4 weeks, which it should, using twice daily
Then the second came and that was 18 mls, which had lasted me ten days!! It’s supposed to last a month, today it run out and no warning coz you can’t tell from the packaging which is really deceiving
This is one 100% shady, get us hooked on the 30mls with the first order and your second one… what a shocker! 18mls
This is totally rogue imo
Absolute jokers and make no business sense what so ever and there excuse for the change was pathetic

It’s really nice having unlimited data, but if you can’t get online or use your apps cause your data isn’t working what are you supposed to do? And you know what I rang you tonight and after 18 minutes you said we’re close now you’re gonna have to call back tomorrow and you cut me off. How disgusting you just didn’t answer my call ?

The first product received was a 30ml, the second 18mls….they didn’t tell us that did they when we subscribed and the reason for nearly half the product being stolen tho the price stays the same ? To cut down wastage! What a joke, it we order it and pay for it, it’s coz we wanna use it! And it we don’t, we’ve paid for it so what has it got to do with you??
Yeah, really sounds more like greed than caring about the waste and environment
You have lost two subscribers now, me and I won’t be reordering for my mum and then there is probs everyone moaning over on your social media too, and I’m really annoyed you didn’t tell me about the change on subscription, sounds very shady, rogue



Ps their customer service is non existent and you don’t get a confirmation email after purchase or an dispatch notice either

Tonight I ordered in the app
While signed in
My address was plain to see but delivery went to another address so I cancelled the order now they have refused to refund me or even give me a receipt

I have had contact with this firm this evening who have told me they are not refunding my money but refused to give me a receipt
Which is totally against the law


I am going to the ombudsman
I am opening a case
And I will write to the food minister

Yeah, just don’t do it!!

Save yourself the waste of money and disappointment

Absolutely soggy burger with an equally soggy piece of chicken so soggy the crispy coating was coming off in soggy chunks. The fries are also stone cold. Nothing was eaten apart from two morsels and the only thing I actually thought was nice was the milkshake. I don’t know how these people are actually in business. This food is less than abysmal!!
