Why are you sending cold callers round to knock on my door and tell me that you have had complaints about my supplier who is charging me too much? Where are your ethics? How are you getting people to knock on my door and disturb me with these horrendous lies and accusations.I
The tactics that your cold coolers have just used on me absolutely alarming and appalling and you will be ashamed of yourself. I wanna make a complaint.
I mean, they blatantly told me that you have had a complaint about my supplier overcharging the customers and then he had to check to ask Me who is my supplier. I thought you had a complaint about my supplier.

I’m really disappointed to be writing this review as someone who uses direct cosmetics regularly and I’ve always enjoyed my experience but after recommending you to my mother, we have an issue which you are not forthcoming in resolving, so this is what has happened. My mother smelt one of my perfumes and decided she liked it and would like to buy one herself and she went to Direct cosmetics on my recommendation. She ordered the perfume. It was 20 or £25 and happily awaited for when it but when it came. The perfume contents didn’t smell usual so she asked me to have a look and check soon but as soon as I smell this perfume I realise it was off or stale because I’ve had this perfume many times and it has never smelled like this, so I did a beauty product date check from the batch code on the bottom of the box. I do this online when I buy products if I think there might be an issue, I always have a doublecheck to see if things are okay. Things were not okay when I checked this code, the batch code says it was manufactured in 2020! everyone knows perfume has a two year life and some occasions there is three years depending on the ingredients so as our perfume was made three years ago It has passed its use by date. I have sent you an email telling you the perfume is off/stale/gone bad and I gave you the batch code information but you’ve just completely responded how great you are, how your stuff hundred percent authentic, you buy from reputable sellers blah blah, well this time you didn’t buy from a reputable seller, you’ve probably bought off a company that’s gone bust or that overstocked etc and therefore my mother nearly 80 years of age and let me tell you who can’t afford to waste £25 because she only has a pension Got a perfume that she cannot use as it stinks and not the way a perfume should! I’m shocked you still ask questions of me even tho the information I provided is correct. The perfume is past its best by date, no offer to replace it yet nor have you offered me one ans , and this is gonna stop me shopping with you ever again and I’ve been a very loyal customer and I’ve sent many customers your way. I’m really appalled that you just can’t accept that you sold me bottle of perfume that was produced four years ago and is at least 12 months past its best use by date and smells absolutely disgusting.

So I purchased a bag, paid a buyer protection fee, the vintage Team told me my parcel had been delivered. It hadn’t. There was no proof online. There was no proof of delivery online. I even called the courier and they said no proof of delivery has been uploaded, if it had been delivered the courier would’ve taken a photograph, Vinted have told me to suck it up and they aren’t refunding me so do not shop with Vinted. This is a scam. They know if they have to give me a refund the p buyer protection fee which is what they earn on top of adverts etc, they’re not gonna get so when they say pay for protection fee as it guarantees a refund if something is wrong they are lying! they said our decision is final. You are not having a refund
absolutely disgraceful and deleting everyone of my items and I’m never buying them again. I’ve bought so much in the last couple weeks on Vinted, they will never gonna catch me again. Scammers

So I purchased six pieces of jewellery…
So I purchased six pieces of jewellery with my klarna option and I sent 3 items totallimg £42.99 back, I sent them to the address that was attached to my delivery
It said please send all return to this address. So I did.
In the mean time after sometime I was told klarna were not giving me a refund as I didn’t send the items back, I showed them the postage receipt and they told me the address I sent the item back to was wrong, apparently the seller complained I had sent back to the wrong address. Well it was the address the seller asked for the stuff to be returned and because of this Klarna will not refund me
So now I owe klarna £120 and i absolutely refuse to pay this until I get the £42.99 refunded to me
I sent that stuff back, and if the seller is pulling a fast one why am I being penalised?
I need my refund to pay you!
No refund, you don’t get your payment this month, or any month until I have received my refund

Well I purchased about 60 quid of…
Well I purchased about 60 quid of jewellery and sent two necklaces back that cost £30 and a bracelet for a tenner so I returned 40 quid worth of stuff. The box that the items came in had a return shipping address so I returned the order to this address. Now tracking stated tracking is delivered, so the seller has received her items back now.
Etsy have refused to refund me my 40 quid because the seller says I haven’t sent it back to the right address. I sent the parcel back to the address that was written on the box :if under undelivered or any returns please return to this address and that is the address I sent the stuff back to and as far as I’m concerned, Etsy have washed their hands of me and told me an email today they cant help me further.
This is absolutely shocking for a retailer to do this to any customer, especially a Customer like me who has ordered dozens and dozens of stuff from Etsy.
I will be deleting the app and I never ever will shop with you again. I hope you know that do you have allowed a seller on your platform to scam me! absolutely appalled and I am 100% getting in touch with the retail ombudsman

The courier delivered my parcel in an unsafe communal area when I was not home. I have attached photographs to show where this was dumped. I spent an hour on your live chat and your person your rep said my item hadn’t been delivered. It wasn’t gonna be delivered till tomorrow and I was wrong although your tracking said it had been delivered. Refused to help me and told me to come back when the item has been delivered now at 3 am. My pass was showing delivered and I haven’t got my parcel it didn’t come to me or my person at all I need someone to help me Cancel and give me a refund because I am not accepting the loss of a £70 item when the courier left it unattended which I have photographic proof

The seller Asos has said that my item was indeed delivered in a public place (and left to be stolen as I have not got it) It’s obvious it’s been stolen, but now I have to go and knock on 60 of my neighbours doors and ask them. They told me they won’t help me til I go and ask all my neighbours did they take my parcel? I replied are you mad, do you want me to get it assault
so I’ve been told they will not process a refund or a return till I put myself in danger and knock on my 60 people neighbours that live in these flats

My baby nieces Xmas present has been delivered to an address no where near me and the courier refused point blank to go retrieve it from the wrong address but sent me a screen shot to go pick it up myself ? How disgusting

So first it was addressed to a whole different name, a male, when it should be addressed to me, a woman

The toothbrush I bought was 49,99 from a sale price of 99,99 had high hopes for the toothbrush itself as a reviews were mostly great. There was some bad ones but percentage of good reviews was high, so I chose toothbrush.
The toothbrush itself was quite flimsy. I’ve had better £7.99, battery operated toothbrushes from Superdrug, the toothbrush head fibre were bent and not really working after I had wet it and I just feel over overall this was not a good quality toothbrush. I am planning to give it away as this is definitely not for me, the person I give it to will need to source a new head the best thing about this toothbrush is the drill bit that you can use the clean stains off your teeth, but this is definitely not worth all the reviews that it got. I am disappointed.
Since I purchased this item, I have been inundated and harassed with emails from this firm about buying their other products. I have emailed them on a Number occasions and I asked to stop harassingly sending emails
The emails kept coming. I have had to block the emails from coming into my inbox because I really was feeling targeted and harassed, so if you do purchase from this firm, be prepared to feel the same harassment as me.

A year ago I bought a fridge exactly a year ago now the warranty has run out since then AO have been harassing me with phone calls multiple times a day trying to get me to take out insurance. I’ve already said no but they aren’t listening yet again today I have had another half a dozen phone calls And it’s only 3 o’clock I’m getting constant phone calls from these people and now it feels like harassment and I have had to block their phone number. You’re calling me all day while I’m on shift and keep disturbing my concentration
What an absolute disgrace to make me feel harassed in my own every day life. I will never purchase from you ever again
