I beg every reader to take this review very seriously. Take heed when dealing with these people, they have no scruples and are complete Charlatans!!
When you order you will get no help, and they blatantly told me I can't have a refund for an item that cost 77 pounds even tho the tracking says they received it 10 days ago!! Shocking a?
Here is my interaction with this firm.
First of all on day of delivery for a small TV stand I had a call from the driver to come downstairs, fair enough if he isn't allowed to deliver into a tower block, I understand that.
I didn't like the attitude of the driver from the outset.
Anyway, I went downstairs, I had to get my keys and put shoes on as he said he was outside my flat, he wasn't, no problem, traffic etc.
He then pulled up after I waited 8 minutes outside for him, he pulled up with his window down, I had already said to him on the phone I'm worried about getting it upstairs coz of a football size hernia in my stomach I'm waiting for an operation on. And I have chronic asthma and get breathless when carrying stuff that heavy. Anyway, "I said is the item very big. "
The drivers answer to me was " it is fxxxxxx massive" and he started cracking up laughing when my reaction was complete worry. Of course I'm gonna get concerned when he tells my my item is too big to carry, deliberately to upset me and laugh at my ailments.
I told him he wasn't being very nice and I didn't appreciate him getting my back up. Where he responded in saying that " I bet you got loads of mates you" I said yes, I do and he said " no effing way have I got loads of mates" I then called him a name beginning with a W, which I will always hold my hand up to, but this guys was out for trouble.
He called his boss on the phone, he thought I hadn't noticed, after he swore at me twice, took the Mickley out of my disabilities and we had a aging row.
I insisted he put the item in my lift, which he did and I didn't thank him coz he was not nice.
I then called the daals team to report the driver, he knew he messed up that's why he called his boss, so he could hear me call him names. I knew what he was doing but I didn't care.
The woman I spoke to who I told I believe yr driver discrimated me because of my hath problems and deliberately tried to upset me.
She said I don't care what my driver said to you, but I care you called him a W. She then said respect is a two way street, I said exactly, why should I respect yr driver who swore ar me twice, took the blatant mickey out of me and insulted me. The woman the team leader didn't care I was descrimated against, she told me that. She had no concern what her driver had done to a customer who had already purchased 3 item that week and the next day I was sent a broken chair, funny that.
Well the chair went back.
11 days ago. They have received it and uts in their warehouse, but they have misplaced it and have refused to refund me!!!
Yes, you read right, Mon i was told i would have refund done by weds but it didn't happen.
Then yesterday in a phone call I was told coz they lost it they cant refund me ha how pathetic
You sold me a broken chair, lost the item, tracking said u received it, you said you have received but told me you can't refund me coz u do t know where it is. How is that my fault?
How do u penalise the customer for your problem!
My bank is disgusted, the credit company I used to do a three pay are disgusted and are opening a case. The lady I spoke to even said they will even review if they will offer the 3 pay to this firm any more after I brought daals bad practise to their attention.
I havealso written to the retail ombudsman.
I hope you know that you can keep the price of the chair coz you really must be desperate stealing customers money like this.
Dealing with daals for over a month has given me stress, dozens of phone calls. Zero customer service, and I mean they don't care about you or any problems that may arise, they don't want to help you at all.
And can you believe they received my return 10 days ago and they still didn't even send me an email to say they have it.
I got no dispatch emails or anything
The shoddily, most ghastly firm I have ever dealt with in my whole adult life.
You should be completely ashamed and I beg anyone looki g at this website to be very, very wary when dealing with these people.
They don't have an ounce if empathy, took no responsibility for the driver, the broken item, and told I can't have a refund coz they lost the item in the warehouse.
I bet they are doing this to people day in and day out.
And don't respond I was a difficult customer, everything I have said is already been proven, I can add the tracking info here, for all to see you revievd my item back but are withholding my funds. And as being told on the phone you don't care the driver swore or discrimated against me, is also in a phone call I recorded, as you do!
Stay away from these people! Trust me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
