I added 7 items in basket and only one…

I added 7 items in basket and only one could be loaded, what a waste of time, anyway rather disappointed I checked out this one item out and did the payment completion and it said payment failed, I did it twice, payment failed…..but money has gone out of my account. No confirmation, no order nothing
This site is a joke
I will be calling in the morning for my money back and I would never deal with millets again
Not even a professional website

Why are you having stock as in stock if it’s not? Why are you still taking money tho item isn’t in stock? And I emailed customer services, they told me to go to my bank for refund
Also I don’t have an order number coz I said payment failed…..but it didn’t, you took my money! Absolutely disgrace
No accountability here at all

On behalf of brother who sent an iPhone…

On behalf of brother who sent an iPhone to sell. He was offered £140 and took offer. He sent in the iPhone for music magpie to tell him after they received the phone we can no longer pay you £140 as your iPhone screen is smashed and now we can give you £40
So my bro thought no, they dropped my phone or something and quite rightly he just rejected the offer. Music magpie sent the phone back to him and awaiting the return My bro was concerned at what state he was going to receive the phone back, it’s was pristine when he sent it off and it was well packaged so it wouldn’t get damaged in transit. When he opened the box and the phone inside was perfect…..perfect!! No damage at all!
So why did music magpie tell him that it was broken?? To mislead and scam him into taking the £40 and not pay him what the phone was worth
So you guys really need to be aware this company isn’t honest and I wonder how many more people have they tried this on with, I just hope and am quite worried vulnerable people are going to fall for this scam. And now I have gone through emails left by other reviewers it clear to see they only answer good reviews which absolutely says a lot

Shameless and appalling

Zero support zero customer service

I ordered an eyeliner and a lippy £60
Both came broken
Have been emailing customer service and supposedly they respond in 24 hrs
This is the third day and I have had no response still
There is zero customer service here
They do not want to support you and u can tell as they don’t even respond here on trustpilot to reviews
I have reached out to the founder herself, Pat McGrath via her insta and sent her a message. Nothing as yet.
It’s a shame people are being treated like this as I have stayed faithful to the brand the last 2 years and never have had a problem
Shipping is quick even tho it comes from America it gets here in a week so that’s fab
Final word I will not be purchasing from this brand again, ever!
Stay away guys coz if u have a problem they will not assist u in anyway

Stay away from this company, they don’t care about the customer at all, they care about themselves

Order two boxes
Received one and wasn’t even updated by email to say one of the boxes was out of stock, but why not just give me the one that was in stock as it was a mystery box?
2 of the full sized products was swapped with a 1ml sample sachet I could’ve picked up in boots and a 50p drink
The scruples of this company, nah, they don’t have any
Cancelled my subscription this weekend
And they have no cancel subscription section on line, so I had to get them to do it and then I found out they didn’t, and we’re still trying to charge me
So I moved my money into another card
They won’t take my live chat now
And they really make it as hard for you to cancel anything
When I finally got an email to say my sub was cancelled I checked online, still not cancelled
Still asking for payment resolution
Wish I could upload a photo of what I was supposed to get and what I got
Pure scammmmmmm

I have a cooling off period and I didn’t like the site
How dare u try and stick me with a year’s membership I don’t want

So today they are still advertising a…

So today they are still advertising a particular beauty box with £140 worth of products for 4:95 if u subscribed
Well I got this supposed deal which I ordered about 10 days ago and 2 days ago I received a complete different set of items, none of what is still being advertised on 25:12:21
I received 4 free sample sizes and a full size piece of make up
I am appalled I have been fobbed off with items I could go in any dept store and pick up free myself and tbh I feel
Completely conned
Cancelled my subscription
Poor form, poor form

So I got an email Xmas eve saying on 15th dec we have a new box but what I received isnt on yr website at all, the one I ordered is still there and was posted on yr insta yesterday, so the excuse I got isn’t flying with me

Not happy that my order is going to be…

Not happy that my order is going to be delivered to the wrong address for someone else to receive and how do I get my refund once it’s gone to the wrong address?
I changed my address when I moved 6 weeks ago, when I checked out the items were going to my updated home address but when I received my confirmation the order is going to the old address
I had a live chat within the alloted time frame to update an order but the lady I was dealing with refused to change my address
Why? In this computer day and age she couldn’t change my address is beyond me
She said I had to have my item sent out to the the wrong address and wait for it to go back to Asos to be refunded yep u read right!
What if the person living in my old place now is dishonest and keeps the parcel
How do I get my refund then?
What she suggested is completely unacceptable and after hundreds of Asos orders no way will I be purchasing again
Not even trying to help a loyal customer!

How are u asking my old mum to prove how much money she is getting
She brought dozens of paperwork showing her pension etc and the woman said it wasn’t sufficient “we need to know exactly how much money we get before we can give u an account”
Clapham junction branch and she was in branch 4 hours to be told no!
And they kept telling my old ma coz she was old let these people go in front of you, that happened twice!!!!!

I bought a jacket about 5 days later I get an email saying it’s out of stock and here is your refund
I have not received my refund
It has not gone in my bank
And u are ignoring me
How disgusting are your customer relations ethics
I shall never shop here again & I’m gonna make sure my family never do either

However, I've had a look and the refund of £19.50 was processed on 19th October and this should have reached the original payment method on 26th October.

Not happy with customer service after I…

Not happy with customer service after I received a hoodie with a broken zip, which fell apart 10 mins after I put it on.
I emailed to tell them and asked for a refund on the basis I got sent a faulty item.
I was in shock when they said I had to write a letter about this faulty item. What age do u think we are living in? The 1930s or something!
Maybe that's how they they it decades ago but this day and age to ask a customer to write a letter is terrible.
Boycott M n M direct coz if u have a problem, they will not refund you and make you write a letter, which I feel is a pathetic joke and as someone who has worked in retail on/off for 30 years I've never heard anything like it!!
It's a shame coz they singlehandedly ruined what I thought was a great shopping experience.

Thanks for your feedback. As my colleague explained in our email, when we say a cover letter, we don't mean a full formal letter, we just mean a note that says your order information. It's just so our returns team know which order it's coming from, and what the problem is. It can just be a simple 2 line note saying "Order number - .... Fault - ......."

I beg every reader to take this review very seriously. Take heed when dealing with these people, they have no scruples and are complete Charlatans!!
When you order you will get no help, and they blatantly told me I can't have a refund for an item that cost 77 pounds even tho the tracking says they received it 10 days ago!! Shocking a?
Here is my interaction with this firm.
First of all on day of delivery for a small TV stand I had a call from the driver to come downstairs, fair enough if he isn't allowed to deliver into a tower block, I understand that.
I didn't like the attitude of the driver from the outset.
Anyway, I went downstairs, I had to get my keys and put shoes on as he said he was outside my flat, he wasn't, no problem, traffic etc.
He then pulled up after I waited 8 minutes outside for him, he pulled up with his window down, I had already said to him on the phone I'm worried about getting it upstairs coz of a football size hernia in my stomach I'm waiting for an operation on. And I have chronic asthma and get breathless when carrying stuff that heavy. Anyway, "I said is the item very big. "
The drivers answer to me was " it is fxxxxxx massive" and he started cracking up laughing when my reaction was complete worry. Of course I'm gonna get concerned when he tells my my item is too big to carry, deliberately to upset me and laugh at my ailments.
I told him he wasn't being very nice and I didn't appreciate him getting my back up. Where he responded in saying that " I bet you got loads of mates you" I said yes, I do and he said " no effing way have I got loads of mates" I then called him a name beginning with a W, which I will always hold my hand up to, but this guys was out for trouble.
He called his boss on the phone, he thought I hadn't noticed, after he swore at me twice, took the Mickley out of my disabilities and we had a aging row.
I insisted he put the item in my lift, which he did and I didn't thank him coz he was not nice.
I then called the daals team to report the driver, he knew he messed up that's why he called his boss, so he could hear me call him names. I knew what he was doing but I didn't care.
The woman I spoke to who I told I believe yr driver discrimated me because of my hath problems and deliberately tried to upset me.
She said I don't care what my driver said to you, but I care you called him a W. She then said respect is a two way street, I said exactly, why should I respect yr driver who swore ar me twice, took the blatant mickey out of me and insulted me. The woman the team leader didn't care I was descrimated against, she told me that. She had no concern what her driver had done to a customer who had already purchased 3 item that week and the next day I was sent a broken chair, funny that.
Well the chair went back.
11 days ago. They have received it and uts in their warehouse, but they have misplaced it and have refused to refund me!!!
Yes, you read right, Mon i was told i would have refund done by weds but it didn't happen.
Then yesterday in a phone call I was told coz they lost it they cant refund me ha how pathetic
You sold me a broken chair, lost the item, tracking said u received it, you said you have received but told me you can't refund me coz u do t know where it is. How is that my fault?
How do u penalise the customer for your problem!
My bank is disgusted, the credit company I used to do a three pay are disgusted and are opening a case. The lady I spoke to even said they will even review if they will offer the 3 pay to this firm any more after I brought daals bad practise to their attention.
I havealso written to the retail ombudsman.
I hope you know that you can keep the price of the chair coz you really must be desperate stealing customers money like this.
Dealing with daals for over a month has given me stress, dozens of phone calls. Zero customer service, and I mean they don't care about you or any problems that may arise, they don't want to help you at all.
And can you believe they received my return 10 days ago and they still didn't even send me an email to say they have it.
I got no dispatch emails or anything
The shoddily, most ghastly firm I have ever dealt with in my whole adult life.
You should be completely ashamed and I beg anyone looki g at this website to be very, very wary when dealing with these people.
They don't have an ounce if empathy, took no responsibility for the driver, the broken item, and told I can't have a refund coz they lost the item in the warehouse.
I bet they are doing this to people day in and day out.
And don't respond I was a difficult customer, everything I have said is already been proven, I can add the tracking info here, for all to see you revievd my item back but are withholding my funds. And as being told on the phone you don't care the driver swore or discrimated against me, is also in a phone call I recorded, as you do!
Stay away from these people! Trust me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They are no good!

Thank you for your review, firstly I would like to apologise on behalf of the company that you feel the driver was mocking your disabilities I can assure you that this behaviour isn't of our usual standards.
I have looked into this and I can see that you have been liaising with our team leader who had advised that our drivers do not tolerate abuse from customers but had also endeavoured to get the other orders you had placed delivered by another driver and to only come to your door as requested.

Regarding the refund for your chairs I can see that the refund has been requested by my colleague on 01/10/2021, although we endeavour to process this within 7 working days this can take up to 28 days during busy periods.

Once again I would like to apologise for the upset and inconvenience caused.

Well impressed with the final product, the presentation & the price.
This was a sensitive gift for the father of a murdered teenager.
I cried when I gave it him, it was a special moment. So thanks you, its a beautiful item to treasure.
My friend is thrilled with it, he just sent me a photo of the certificate, which he just framed and its in pride of place.
The app aspect is a great idea, thats why I chose this particular star registry, you can literally follow your star.

Wish I could give zero stars…

Still waiting for delivery after 3 weeks.
Being fobbed off by customer service via email. I asked for refund but they didn't acknowledge the refund request just carried on about how sorry they are and they said they can't update tracking at the moment but hope to fund a solution. The solution would be to refund me!!
This company is a big scam, so be wary if you use them, but to be safe STAY AWAY!
Can't believe I didn't read reviews, there response to people not receiving is shocking. People below who didn't receive items were not even offered refunds in their responses from this company, just ignored, like I say in my review.
This company must be so desperate for money and they are intentionally ripping off customers.
