I have been checking my inbox daily for…

I have been checking my inbox daily for an email from Fraser as I sent a message to them after I found an issue with an item from a four piece order and this review is based on message I sent to HOF on their messaging service online which said I will get a response in three days
I am terribly disappointed as I messaged them around ten days ago about an issue with a pair of adidas trainers I purchased on their site, I got two pairs of trainers and two duvet sets
I did attach a photo with message
The chat was sent but I have received no response. This is very disappointing
This was my first time shopping with them and I definitely wouldn’t shop with them again based on this experience
The customer service is non-existent
I just checked my inbox again and still no message and that’s what brings me here now

I bought a Sim card the data to your Sim card unlimited and I’ve got nothing. I’ve got no thank you for your purchase purchase confirmation. I’ve got a welcome to T-Mobile. I’ve got a new contract is absolutely despicable but I’ve got no work tomorrow to T-Mobile or any contract at all
Today I have just been asked to leave feedback on trust pilot so here we go again still no contract. Still no welcome to Gmail. Mobile is absolutely unacceptable that I’ve got a two year contract with you and you couldn’t even send me a welcome, disgusting

I’ve just left o2 after 30 yrs for incompetence and a terrible, more or less non existent signal half the time
So as my mum is on Tesco mobile and songs your praises I thought I’d join you
So I checked out a 2 year unlimited contract and guess what? You took my payment, which I had to verify and log into my banking app and give the go ahead for payment and what do you think happened…”uh oh, we cannot verify the status of your order” well why not ? You blooming well took my payment!! £25
What the ell is going on ? More incompetence from another mobile company? Sod this for a laugh, I’m going back to pay as you go. No problems with signal and no messing around with website that aren’t functioning properly!

so I’d like to see proof of me sent me swearing at him. He blatantly lied to you, and you believed him, well guess I will be sending the video of the interaction to the ombudsman, coz you stand by that with of a man a bully, who target women at your bank, which is a disgrace and I want everyone to know how you treat your customers at your branch and how you shit doors 10 minutes early, which is a disgrace

I regret ever having anything to do with your rotten company. I can’t believe you asked me to do a feedback form after what you did to me, well I’ve done it for you and I’m going to add this review here, too, now pls don’t contact me again.
Your customer service is non-existent. absolutely despicable actually. Your team have no empathy or consideration, or any decency whatsoever. I’ve been treated disgracefully by your company, when the topper you sent to me, which was badly faulty, the topper and the cover
A replacement which took 3 weeks was sent but then the courier dumped it in a communal area, by the front door to be stolen, so I didn’t get the replacement and then thirdly, the one I was stuck with that you said you was supposedly replacing, that’s damaged is supposed to be king size, it is at least 4 inches too small in the width and a couple inches in length and the fact I had to go to my bank for a refund as your email told me Point blank told I wasn’t getting a refund. Your words, “there will absolutely be no refund” ! How dare you? Thia is totally against the law in the uk to treat consumers like this
And I hope every person that thinks about buying an Emma mattress looks on trust pilot and not just your website for reviews because I made a mistake, I’m usually very clued up with reviews and I always go search out my own independent reviews, but this time I just took your reviews as face value. I don’t believe every single one of your reviews online is 100% five star because all you seem to have online is one star negative reviews, there’s not one negative review on your website but on trust pilot it’s mostly terribly negative
Your reviews are shady, and so is your your business, and you treated me shady too, I just cannot wait for people to stop buying your beds after they read these genuine reviews from mostly disappointed customers who’ve had abysmal service

You have just sent me proof of delivery lol delivery is not with me!! It is a photo of yr item dumped in a communal hallway unattended! I have already sent the form in twice, declaring I have not recieved the item. Too bad you’re using lazy couriers, and don’t blame me if the couriers can’t follow instructions. There is a note downstairs from the landlord pinned on the notice board that no parcels are to be left unattended in this location as they are being stolen and the tenants and landlord do not give permission to leave any packages unattended in the communal areas! And secondly, why are you asking me to fill the declaration out for a third time? I sent two back to you already, and I ain’t doing it a third time

Now I am taking legal advice, because you are now blatantly harassing me!

And you have offered me no solution, your solution is too late! The bank refunded me already, and the crap topper you sent me, you was supposed to pick up three weeks ago is longer in my flat, I threw it out when I bought a replacement
I am not your storage location! You’ve had plenty of time to pick the damaged one up. I was given a date 3 weeks ago for you to pick up the damaged topper, no one turned up to collect it and I purchased another (I went for a silentnight, which I should have done from the off, and as I had no room for your one, I threw it out.
What a palaver, what an embarrassment!
Please, this is the end of it as far as I am concerned
And the fact you are sending me another form to fill out for the third time proves there is no customer service, you obviously don’t read your customers emails or you would have seen my declaration I sent to you over two weeks ago

Finally I would just say you are lucky I ca t add photos of what you sent me, the damage what shocking, and no one obviously checks the orders to see they are good before you send them out.
Why are you sending out damaged goods? Don’t you check them before you send ? I probably received an item that has been slept on for 100 days already and was sent back to you, and the way it was taped up, completely ruined it forever
I would rethink how you store these as the taping it up caused such bad indents that it ruined that topper for good

Recently I went to Barclays, the door was shut 10 minutes early, and they wasn’t letting anyone in, myself, and some other people gathered outside, and we were irked at the early closure
Well, some vile cretin on the door was taking the Mickey out of us, shooing us away, and being a complete nasty human being, who was also filming us and getting a kick out of it, so I made a complaint and after they done some investigating I got a letter today saying “we’re closing your account because you abused or harassed one of the staff members”
if I had harassed or abuse one of your staff members I’m sure in the letter you Would of given me specifics, but you didn’t and you didn’t even tell me what I’m supposed of said or done or how you reached that stanch, but you didn’t , instead you have slandered me
I’ve instructed my solicitor to serve you and your doorman for slander. You will be hearing from my solicitors
You better keep any evidence of me abusing anyone and and I suggest if you’ve got a video of me abusing or harassing your worker, you better keep it because I’ve got a video of your worker harassing me, so this is a notice that I intend to sue you and that vile creature for slander, because I’m not having you bullying me
if I had harassed and bullied that guy you told me what I’ve done, you will give me specifics but you haven’t. You can close my account, I didn’t put one penny in your rubbish account because your bankcard can’t even be activated in the ATM machines, you’ve sent me two cards that don’t even work, not one of them could be activated.
How embarrassing? Your bankcard is a rubbish, your service is rubbish and that doorman looks like someone who does bad stuff to kids and is 100% a woman harasser and I bet you a grand that you have trouble with him down the line, so you back him, it’s gonna get you in a lot of trouble
So, see you in court for slander, I am naming you and I’m naming that cretinous letch filming women passing by.

So I ordered a £360 a pound

So I ordered a £360 topper, which was reduced to £179. Well the payment glitched but the order went through, tho it was later cancelled as few minutes later as the payment failed due to a computer glitch, so I repaid and it generated the order. The payment went through but on their system is two orders.
When I received my order in the box and took it out, it was so badly damaged, the mattresses are obviously been in the box for years and totally distorted. The mattress shape and form was a mess. The mattress cover was completely snagged all over and I even tried to put it on my bed, but the mattress wouldn’t stay in place because it was so curved from the distortion and the first night I slept on it, I woke up the mattress was half hanging off the bed, so I took photos and sent them to Emma and they said they would get me a replacement. I hadn’t heard from them for about five or six days so I emailed them and I hadn’t got a responce and then on about the 10th day I got an email to say I was getting a refund, so I looked up my refund but it wasn’t coming in on my banking app
so I emailed them two days ago and they responded today that they cancelled my refund because I had never paid for it. If I never paid for it how comes you sent me the mattress, how comes I can see the payment online, how comes my bank can see my payment online and for you to use the failed payment as a get out clause and not give me a refund is a disgrace. You’ve left me with a non-usable disgusting mattress and I am going to the trading standards and I’m going to have a rip-off Britain, the TV show and that’s a promise

You cancelled by refund as you couldn’t see it lol but you sent me the mattress in the first place
And then you say you have dispatched me a replacement after I told you point blank I do not want a replacement
But your customer service woman ignored me and treated me with zero empathy for my badly damaged beyoind help bed
Well, update
You delivered my bed, to my address but forgot to write the door number so it was dumped in the reception area today
Evri messaged to say delivery will be between 4:30pm and 6:30pm so I went out a just before one and came back at half 3 and guess what….? No mattress there! Did the courier take it back or did some passer by take it, as we have easy access
Oh by the way I was going to refuse delivery but I didn’t get to see the courier and send it back but he courier dumped in in the reception where he should not have as my evri settings say “don’t not leave any packages for me unattended, you DON’T HAVE MY PERMISSION “ and there are notices all over the walls for the couriers that read “do not to leave anything unattended in an unsafe place as you do not have my permission and the landlords” who left a notice saying not to leave parcels about unattended
It’s a total mess up! I got my refund from
The bank as you gave me damaged
Good’s and I’ve a right to a refund as I received a really bad damaged and snagged topper mattress, but you after unethically, unempathic, and totally against comsumer rules and laws

If I were you I would call evri and try get your mattress back, as you and they didn’t have my permission to leave anything of mine unattended!! Not that it had my address in at the end of the day, see photos I sent you via email
And who doesn’t have a customer service on a Saturday? Show you want you think of us

My first order with you and you sent me the wrong item, no biggie, I wasn’t too bothered enough to make a fuss but I needed you to know that one of my two items was wrong
I reached out 4-half a dozen times and you ignored me every time
Zero customer service and absolutely don’t give a hoot about the customer experience or satisfaction. And not even a response from the social media community you have, and I commented that I could do with some help and was ignored there, too

Hold on, it took ages to be answered after my initial email to you, and you have no right asking me to change my review
When I wrote that review NO body had answered me as I don’t appreciate you telling me today change my review
I think you have a bad attitude
If you don’t like a negative review, don’t send the wrong stuff or grower thicker skin, and take the more negative reviews when they come
Not impressed with the attitude

What nener heard of the saying the customer is always right?

Let me explain your resolution
I emailed you, three time to say I had the wrong item, I did nit get a reply
So I came here and wrote a review, I then got a reply and a resolution
If I didn’t come here and write this review I probably wouldn’t of ever been responded too, and to keep emailing me to ask to change my review is starting to feel like harassment
The review was 100 accurate at the time of writing and if you did resolve it, why can’t you just accept the original review ?
I don’t change any of my reviews, ever, even if I reach an understanding or get a resolution, it would be completely inauthentic of me, and the original complaint still stands, I didn’t like the customer service, I didn’t like the ignored email, I didn’t like receiving the wrong item, which I needed for a night out, your resolution didn’t help me at the time I needed the product originally and I’m entitled as a shopper to write my review
And please, I don’t appreciate you emailing me asking me to change my review, it feels a bit like harassment

I’ve been with Nationwide for 26 years and never had one issue, I’ve absolutely loved banking with Nationwide but the last year things have taken a dramatic toll for the worst .
Today I called you and couldn’t get through so I went to your chat online and use your Arti, The robotic chat kept closing the conversation and I could not get put through to a member of the team so again and again I was restarting the chat and every time it was being closed off so I phoned again and I was told due to unforeseen circumstances, we cannot take your phone call today, this is absolutely outrageous. You haven’t even told us why we can’t get hold of you on the phone today or why you won’t take our calls. I have a serious dispute I need to raise and I can’t even get through to online or on the phones. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Tonight I went online to look for a gift and went to the recommended pile
I have reported over 40 fake perfumes this evening and I counted 135 fakes that have no lot code, no batch code, which all genuine perfumes have, with a lot or batch code, you can go online on the check fresh website and find out when your item was manufactured by the brand. None of the perfumes that was recommended to me by Vinted tonight had a lot or batch code, so I knew they was fake plus the sellers of these fake perfumes were stealing
photographs from online from Facebook, from Instagram so they can use the photos on their fake account profiles and because I do my homework and I check everything, I find it all out, as vinted aren’t protecting the buyer, I am! There are many duplicate listings and for them to recommend me 140 fake perfumes in one night, I no longer feel safe shopping here. Someone really need to do something about this. This is against the law, plus terrorism and slavery are funded with fake goods, plus there’s a Royal Mail scam, Royal mail have no affiliation with Vinted so Vinted can’t offer you a protection if you ship with Royal mail and something goes wrong now these scammers know this so they only ship with Royal mail when you receive your parcels it will more likely be empty,and/or packaging torn
You might get the fake perfume but a lot of the times you won’t, you’re just receiving an empty box and because you opened a box the sellers are gonna say “I didn’t send you an empty box, you’re trying to scam me” and guess what? Vinted will side with them and release your funds and they just won’t believe you, do not shop with Royal mail on Vinted. There is no protection. Make sure you check out with Evri or Yodel only.

I’m confused

I’m confused
After two days and four hours trying to check out I reached out to the customer service team and as I have tried to check out using four different addresses and even a click and collect, and every time I got a message saying sorry we cannot ship to your address, so I’ve got in touch with the Customer Service who told me we do not ship to the UK so I told them I was very confused as I’ve been using lookfantastic for years and I’ve always had my items shipped plus they are part of the hut group which I’m convinced is a UK business. Why can I not check out with any UK address? My address, my mum address, my work address and a click and collect address. I cannot check out at all.
What is going on, am I in the twilight zone ? I asked them why can’t you ship to my address? No answer except we don’t ship to the uk!!

I keep getting the same message, word for word, we will get back to you and they don’t


Look fantastic has gone down hill rapidly
I will never deal with these people again

Absolutely unacceptable that my second two pint of milk is off in a week! That £2.50 down the drain and have you not learned from the documentary about Iceland workers not putting the milks it in the fridge and leaving it out of the chillers? They are too lazy to put them
In the fridge when they get them, and remember there was a documentary years ago about Iceland leaving stuff out the fridge for hours when they got deliveries, so you’re still doing it

My milk is so badly spoiled it’s made my had spin and triggered my asthma plus I have no milk for cereal and coffee in the morning before work! Thanks for nothing!

You gave me the wrong postage label for…

You gave me the wrong postage label for my buyer, I had no choice in choosing anything but Royal Mail and you gave me a label for 1g when my item was 660g and I tried to pay the extra but the postage wouldn’t let me pay anymore
Now i need to refund the buyer but you are changing me four quid to refund them
Out of order it’s your mistake

After Royal Mail confirmed you put the wrong address on my parcel and it’s been delivered to another address and after two weeks of writing email DP still refuse to give me a replacement or a refund and considering they know now my parcel has been delivered elsewhere they have now emailed me to ask me to wait another ten days to investigate. Investigate what?? I’ve already waited a fortnight!!!! You’re disgusting and I hope everyone knows your money back guarantee is a lie!! And everyone who comes here see you for what you are…pathetic, desperate and disgusting, you oughta be thoroughly embarrassed and ashamed!!


24th September NOT GOOD ENOUGH THAT WILL BE A MONTH I WILL HAVE WAITED, ALL YOU HAVE DONE IN THIS CASE IS SHOW YOURSELF UP ROTTEN!! AND YOU AINT EVEN BOTHERED!!
I HAVE WRITTEN TO THE RETAIL OMBUDSMAN AND NOW I AM WRITING TO THE RETAIL MINISTER BECAUSE YOU ARE WORKING OUTSIDE RETAIL GUIDELINES and I would like to know why do you make me wait til the 24th?? My parcel has gone to a different address and I’ve had an answer from Royal Mail today they can’t do anything and you have to refund me so just do that you robbing wrongens

Thank you again for leaving a further review relating to your order. (Correct order number: DUX031332341)

I am sorry that this has yet to be further confirmed and resolved for you. As we have confirmed in your earlier review, the seller has raised with the courier directly and is awaiting Royal Mail's confirmation that the delivery has not been completed as intended. They have been instructed to allow until September 24th for response to this case and as such we ask the same of yourself during this time.

Once we have further response and resolution for this, we will get back to you.
