I regret ever having anything to do with your rotten company. I can’t believe you asked me to do a feedback form after what you did to me, well I’ve done it for you and I’m going to add this review here, too, now pls don’t contact me again.
Your customer service is non-existent. absolutely despicable actually. Your team have no empathy or consideration, or any decency whatsoever. I’ve been treated disgracefully by your company, when the topper you sent to me, which was badly faulty, the topper and the cover
A replacement which took 3 weeks was sent but then the courier dumped it in a communal area, by the front door to be stolen, so I didn’t get the replacement and then thirdly, the one I was stuck with that you said you was supposedly replacing, that’s damaged is supposed to be king size, it is at least 4 inches too small in the width and a couple inches in length and the fact I had to go to my bank for a refund as your email told me Point blank told I wasn’t getting a refund. Your words, “there will absolutely be no refund” ! How dare you? Thia is totally against the law in the uk to treat consumers like this
And I hope every person that thinks about buying an Emma mattress looks on trust pilot and not just your website for reviews because I made a mistake, I’m usually very clued up with reviews and I always go search out my own independent reviews, but this time I just took your reviews as face value. I don’t believe every single one of your reviews online is 100% five star because all you seem to have online is one star negative reviews, there’s not one negative review on your website but on trust pilot it’s mostly terribly negative
Your reviews are shady, and so is your your business, and you treated me shady too, I just cannot wait for people to stop buying your beds after they read these genuine reviews from mostly disappointed customers who’ve had abysmal service
You should be out of our business in the UK, in fact I’m writing

You have just sent me proof of delivery lol delivery is not with me!! It is a photo of yr item dumped in a communal hallway unattended! I have already sent the form in twice, declaring I have not recieved the item. Too bad you’re using lazy couriers, and don’t blame me if the couriers can’t follow instructions. There is a note downstairs from the landlord pinned on the notice board that no parcels are to be left unattended in this location as they are being stolen and the tenants and landlord do not give permission to leave any packages unattended in the communal areas! And secondly, why are you asking me to fill the declaration out for a third time? I sent two back to you already, and I ain’t doing it a third time
Now I am taking legal advice, because you are now blatantly harassing me!
And you have offered me no solution, your solution is too late! The bank refunded me already, and the crap topper you sent me, you was supposed to pick up three weeks ago is longer in my flat, I threw it out when I bought a replacement
I am not your storage location! You’ve had plenty of time to pick the damaged one up. I was given a date 3 weeks ago for you to pick up the damaged topper, no one turned up to collect it and I purchased another (I went for a silentnight, which I should have done from the off, and as I had no room for your one, I threw it out.
What a palaver, what an embarrassment!

And the fact you are sending me another form to fill out for the third time proves there is no customer service, you obviously don’t read your customers emails or you would have seen my declaration I sent to you over two weeks ago
Finally I would just say you are lucky I ca t add photos of what you sent me, the damage what shocking, and no one obviously checks the orders to see they are good before you send them out.
Why are you sending out damaged goods? Don’t you check them before you send ? I probably received an item that has been slept on for 100 days already and was sent back to you, and the way it was taped up, completely ruined it forever
I would rethink how you store these as the taping it up caused such bad indents that it ruined that topper for good
How dare you give my phone number to people to text me at 11pm at night!!!
