I was looking at Rachel Galley on Facebook and then 10 minutes later I got an email from them saying that I’d signed up for email. This is a blatant lie, and an infringement on my privacy. You have no right to send me email, just because I was browsing your stock, and wherever you got my email from, you stole it!!
Cause you didn’t ask me if I wanted to sign up and I accepted, You just went out of your way to source my details, and you sent me an email, which is absolute unacceptable!!

I’ve just been in touch with your…

I’ve just been in touch with your customer service team. My phone is two weeks old. I’ve rung you five or six times about the performance of this phone. The phone is jumping all over the place when I text, the microphone doesn’t work properly. There are various issues since day one, and you won’t give me a new phone, even though I paid insurance and still in my first 39 days. To tell me to put my phone in for repair is a disgrace. It’s a two week old iPhone 17 pro Max Max. £1780!! I am sending this phone back now, and I’m cancelling my contract with you. You’re a disgrace! And I want my payment back!

And I wrote to you hear 6th Jan when I got the phone about the terrible performance, and you’ve ignored me!!!

I reached out on twitter and they told me they can’t deal with it from there, so no help on the phone and none on social media
I am going to find a Tesco store this week and I’m giving the phone back

Not paying 86£ a month, 15£ for insurance when you have breached your insurance terms with me! Your own terms you have breached. I could even take you to court!

For a nearly £1700 iPhone 17pro Max

For a nearly £1700 iPhone 17pro Max, brand new for which I have had for five days is short-circuiting on me, not able to use the microphone properly, so I can’t voice text, can’t voice anything, Siri is not understanding me very well. The screen is jumping up and down when I’m texting, and has been since day one, I thought maybe it needed settling in.
I am also worried why the phone says my contract ends in 1978, which is actually in the software section of the settings,
and after three phone calls today I was put through again to the wrong person, and 19.17 p.m I have had enough, I am sending the phone back, cancelling contract, and cancelling the insurance. This is unacceptable.

Oh by the way, I have serious health issues and disabled, I am an oxygen user because I have heart and lung issues, I was su upset on the phone, I got zero care today, the empathy I’ve had about my phone from your African call centre was a disgrace. I would appreciate a UK number to speak to
Someone or I will have to find a Tesco Mobile shop and bringing this all back!

Really disappointed, I’ve only ever had a good experience with Tesco mobile and all my whole immediate family use them, I left O2 after 20 odd years in 2023, so I’m very disappointed, this women told me I had to go out of my way and I had to send the phone back, and wait for a replacement, when I can’t be without a phone as I have a heart condition, which could be fatal, and she wants to leave me with no phone ? Is this how Tesco treat the sick and disabled? I have a disability card, I told you I had a disability when I joined up, I mortified!
And for her to tell me to go without a phone, when I may have an asthma attack, my aorta could explode, I could stop breathing in my asleep and need to call an ambulance, I have to sleep with an oxygen mask and I told her I cannot be left without a phone or data, leave me in stook, and except me to pay the bill still? For the phone, the data and calls and insurance?

I never ever thought another bank apart…

I never ever thought another bank apart from Nationwide whom I’ve been with for 30 years would ever take me away from them, but this banking experience is absolutely amazing.
The Monzo app is for more superior than any banking app I’ve ever used, the stuff you can do in app, the design is fab, and the pence challenge is now live. They have all the savings pots you could want, insurance etc, and the best part for me is my credit score is in this bank with all my creditors. It shows me exactly where I am and shows me how my credit score is improving, which I am really grateful for, and they don’t mess around with charge back like my other bank. I’m happy with everything about this banking experience, it really is amazing. I love and appreciate all the extras, it’s just a brilliant, and everyone I’ve referred to Monzo, loves it just as much, too.

So, you sent me an email this evening with some updated terms, and I haven’t been in my account for a while, so, I logged in, and when I tried to login, it wouldn’t let me, not accepting my email, site said it was wrong, tho it’s not.
Then when I went to password assistance, it said we’ve sent an email with a code to your address. I waited all night I tried 7
Times, I didn’t get a code sent once, i’m not even to my spam or junk, so I tried contact you through your chat. Your chat wouldn’t load, every time I press start, I would get three or four letters out, and then it would close the chat. I have a video, which I tried to send your email, but he’s close your email down. There is no direct email to get to support anymore. I have to go into the chat, but I can’t go into the chat, because it’s not working. Your website isn’t working. My password isn’t working, you don’t know me, so your website says, I’ve got no account, even though you’ve sent me an email today with my account number. This is ridiculous, what is going on?

Purchased over a week ago

Purchased over a week ago, not even a sign of it in Royal Mails tracking system, even though Royal Mail have had it around 6 days. It won't be delivered when I needed it for a gift.
I won't be using any company who used Royal Mail, they are now a joke, and not what they used to be, reliable
Ps I didn't receive any dispatch notice or tracking number this time, I had to message you as I had no updates at all on this item this time

Guys im not bothered about shipping times, you are good, but I more irked that I wasn't kept in the loop regarding dispatch etc, no out for delivery notice etc, no delivered notice, nothing
They had the item over a week, before it went on their tracking and didnt try to deliver it earlier, even tho technically they could've. Anyway, item got delivered today, but I'm more annoyed with Royal Mail, I just can't shop with people who use them anymore, I've had no problem with my previous 5 purchases and will continue to purchase when an occasion arises, I just like to be kept in the loot with dispatch etc and will be choosing a different courier at checkout if I can
If took them 9 days to deliver a 48 hrs service, unacceptable

I had a really nice in store …

I had a really nice in store experience with the lovely Savoulla, who actually smiled at me, even before I came in the shop, and I probably wouldn’t have come in the shop, if i hadn’t got that lovely Smile.
I purchased a small item, a face mask, and was lucky enough to win the raffle you have at the moment, and i received a sample pack prize, so, when I got home and opened the “oh my cream” goodie bag, which I had won, I was absolutely over the moon, because the products that were inside I personally use, so I was thrilled. So, summing up, Savoulla really is a joy, and she made my day. I’d just had such a horrible experience in SpaceNK, right next door, and had I spent some money in there, and I just didn’t get a good feeling from the staff, the customer service was below par, and I felt like they were looking their nose down at me, I did not get a good vibe, and when I left that store I actually left the place wishing I hadn’t purchased anything, because the customer service was so bad, and then, as I walked out of spaceNK, which is right next door to you, it was then I saw your lady in your shop, where she gave me a lovely smile as I walked past, and so I had just had to come in, and I bought a face mask. I got such a lovely smile and a true honest welcome when I came into your store, not only was her Smile greatly acknowledged and I appreciated personally, it actually got you a sale, so she’s marvellous at her job!
Savoulla was a absolute joy to be around, thank you

I’ve been loving your clothes for a…

I’ve been loving your clothes for a long time. I buy all my clothes from you. I don’t go anywhere else, they are so nice and can be really trendy. I used to go to Zara, mango, all those sort of places I don’t anymore. I’ll get my stuff from you but I won’t be ever getting anything ever again.
Look how many orders I’ve made, across two different email addresses.
Well I got four shirts and some trousers last week and the week before
I picked my trousers up yesterday
They came to me looking like a dish rag from the 19th century, they looked more at home on the set of the Victorian set film Oliver, they were so creased up. I took photos.
Anyway. I reached out on messenger saying that the trousers came in this awful condition and I sent photos, the woman told me I would have to return them in store for a full refund and then I could re-purchase them and then I told her that if I did that I would have to pay more as I got them on the 20% of promotion and this is not acceptable to me plus I want the trousers. I actually will have to go and pay £10 to go and get them steamed, so in these circumstances in the past I have been fully refunded by other shops. This woman offered me a 10% refund and I was quite insulted, so I think my days of buying your clothing is over, you don’t know how to treat your customers, your loyal ones, the ones that have been shopping with you forever

Updates she offered me a fiver off which I had no alternative but to accept, but I fully believe I should have been refunded
I get all my stuff in my local 9 Elms branch and if I can’t get my sizes I buy online, and I’ve literally purchased at least 100 items over the years
I should’ve got a decent voucher off valuing the price of what I have to pay in dry cleaning charges coz what I recieved finally will pay half of it

You have had my feedback here, this concludes our business
The attitude of that woman was appalling and she represents you and your whole company, and I dont support companies
Who aren’t friendly or supportive

I’m really disappointed in this Bank…

Why are you making it so difficult for your customers to get through on the phone now? Yesterday I had to phone four different times because the automated system kept hanging up on me as I said I wanted to talk about payments, they said oh do it online, do this, do that, do this…and then they put the phone down and I had to endure this three more times again this morning. I think it’s absolutely diabolical that I had to lie to your automated system and give it absolute farce of a reason why I needed to speak to you to be able to get through to you on the telephone today. Unacceptable

And this is the second time I’ve done a review this week which you’ve totally ignored, you are all disgusting and your team has a scammer working for you on twitter, they sent me to a different fake range twitter account and someone from Africa phoned me up and sent me a form that says online on 3 different numbers after they asked me my phone number and three fake WhatsApp range companies tried to get my bank details off my and when I called the people scammers on twitter they blocked me

I placed an order on the official range…

I placed an order on the official range website order number Order number W24414647 I used guest check out as it was early hours in the morning and used Apple Pay

I have kept a screen shot from my completed order, and the order number
I didn’t get a confirmation after 48 hours so I went and left a message and they replied
They told me that my order number is not from the range, I have a bank statement that says payment £37.98 to the range
And they just told me the order isn’t from their website, now they are saying my order doesn’t align with my account, that’s coz I used guest check out and now the woman who messaged me told me she can’t help me as my details don’t align with the order
Is your customer service agent mad ?
Where is my order confirmation?
I’m fuming
I’m never shopping with you again and I’ve been shopping with you for years and I’ve left loads of five stars reviews here, but never again

Two different people have refused to help me, the third found my order straight away and said he would send me a confirmation of order after the live chat, I am still waiting for my confirmation
No one is being helpful, and I’m being ignored on WhatsApp! I’ve never had a problem like this before, and it’s left me very anxious, I’m waiting for heart surgery and don’t need any kind of stress in my life at the moment

So please now he has updated my email address could you send me the confirmation please

I tracked my letter yesterday to see if it reached its destination and it did not!
I’m actually really quite upset with Royal Mail, as I sent some really important papers on Monday that needed to be delivered by the latest Thursday but my Friday for luck, and Saturday afternoon the letter is still in transit and won’t be delivered before Monday.
I paid £7 for a 24 hour track and sign for Service, a 24 hour service!! Are you joking me? Six days later? They’ve not been delivered and they’re not gonna be delivered for at least another two days, how dare you? You should definitely lose your royal standard and let me tell you for me your image is no better than Evri or Hermes. Worse than abysmal, shameful, too!!

And the fact they don’t reply to our reviews show exactly what they think of us!

How dare you try and take money out of my bank account after I called you cancelled my lottery, my priority has changed, I don’t want it!!
You make stuff to hard to cancel or change your banking info, and I can’t do it online, I have to phone up like it’s 2001 and because you’re so craven for money you won’t allow us to update our cards online and your arrogant woman on the phone promised me she had cancelled my account, she tried to guilt trip me into staying and I told her I couldn’t afford it, you try to take one more penny i am going to the ombudsman and I’m writing to the gaming minister, you’re absolutely committing fraud in my account, you’re an absolute disgrace!! I’m a disabled now and had to quit my job and I’m on disability and you’re trying to take that without my permission
You are an absolute disgrace and you have committed fraud on my account
How dare you?!
If you attempt to take any money off me again I will be hitting you with a lawsuit!!
Cancel that now!!!! You gave me an end notice via email, how dare you try and take my money!! I’m livid
I told you on the phone I’m waiting for a heart transplant after I told that woman to cancel and she asked me why, if she hasn’t cancelled my subscription she is a disgrace, you’ve made me ill tonight

And you woke me up at 2:10 this morning which is a sneaky time to try and take money out. I told you not to touch my account anymore. I told you to delete my bank details and that Lady promised me she deleted my bank details on the phone and she told me I’d get a text or an email in five days and I made her promise me that I was getting some correspondence from you And I didn’t get it. This is the most sneaky and dishonest firm I can think of and now I remember exactly why I don’t deal with you brcause you did this to me last time last time, it took me weeks and weeks and weeks of phoning you to stop my subscription. I want my subscription stopped. I’ve now just been on my banking app and I’ve just filled out an ombudsman form. Delete my subscription and my banking details

I am sorry to hear that you have had issues with stopping your subscription and that you had been disturbed by a payment request.

Payments are normally requested to be collected on a specific date (commonly on the Friday that falls on or between the 4th and the 10th of the month) however we had no control over the exact time the payment request is processed as that depends on the operation of the bank or payment processor.

Players are free to take part for as long or as short a time as they choose and can stop their subscription at any time. When a subscription is stopped we will always confirm the last successful payment date and the draws that payment entered you into.

In some cases a payment may have been requested but is still pending to be received. If a payment is already in process we are unfortunately not able to make any changes and we would always advise our players that particularly in the case of debit card or PayPal payments they can be reattempted and clear up to the end of the month.

If a player doesn't wish to play in their remaining draws, we may be able to offer a refund, provided that we are able to remove the ticket from any upcoming draws.

I had been with O2 for years previously…

I had been with O2 for years previously with a pay as you go monthly payment so I was topping up basically every month then I got a new iPhone with a contract and for two years data, well my signal was disgraceful. I was left without Internet six and seven days at a time, multiple times, I was also out and about or at home and then my signal would just drop. I’ve been in positions where I need to do banking while I was out for example, and get online to move money about to pay bills, etc and I could not get into my bank so often I would get stressed or exasperated . It was absolutely appalling and I’m still waiting for compensation from them, I doubt I will get anny.
Anyway, my mum told me how fabulous T-Mobile was when my contract ended with O2. I came over and this is my second month now and I’m about to pay for my third month and I am so grateful and happy for T-Mobile. I really am. It’s really improved my life and I can now send a video and it doesn’t take an hour to upload. I just sent a three minute video to my mum and it’s taken 40 seconds to upload with O2, it would take 50 minutes or it would fail. I am so happy that I no longer have “no server available” or can’t use my apps ALL THE TIME

Initially I had a bad starting experience with Tesco Mobile as when I signed up I never got a confirmation email from them. I never received my welcome to T-Mobile which I was very surprised and it took me having to phone many times and leave 2 one star reviews here on trust pilot to get my confirmation of purchase and actually I’m not even sure if I even have my contract from you yet, but the service has definitely made up for the bad start. So over all a happy ending

Came across this brand on an Instagram…

Came across this brand on an Instagram ad and had a little look as found a couple of items that I knew I’d like so I ordered and I had them in my house in around 19 hours later, which is very impressive.
I also would like to say how classy the packaging is and the cute little boxes they come in with some cute little cards and sweet dried flowers
This is a really nice experience. All was packaged beautifully and I think this brand have definitely given their all as far as selling jewellery goes, I buy a huge amount of jewellery, every month, all year, every year and they definitely have had one of the best branding experience, and going out of their way for the customer
Positive experience, five stars.

They have definitely thought hard about the brand they want to be, and it shows ❣️
