I purchased a chair and desk from 2ndhand, the service is excellent. Delivery took a while but it was free for each purchase. Very friendly and helpful staff, just awesome customer service. Steve the delivery driver is a legend, arranged to drop my delivery at a neighbors house when I was not in. The items I purchased have hardly any signs of wear - a very happy customer

I bought a chair for working from home and l must say it's a very comfortable chair. I would recommend to family and friends.

My experience so far is pretty good.
I ordered an office chair in UK and it arrived pretty quickly.
The price was very good for the quality of the chair.
I would have something to say about the driver that delivered because he was very quick in leaving. He just left the chair and drove away even though I asked him to wait. I usually want to check everything before allowing the driver to leave.
Anyway, the chair was as expected. Good quality, very comfortable, it's a second hand so you can expect not to be 100% fine, but it was very good.
After 3 months however the right armrest just fell down. I was sitting and working, nothing really happened. Suddenly it just went down. I tried to see if I could fix by myself, but the mechanism for regulating the height of the armrest was broken.
I've used their chat system on the website to ask what I had to do to have it fixed. They replied after few hours and asked for a picture, which I sent. After few more hours their Customer Service replied into my email and told me they would send a replacement for the chair, I only have to give back the broken one.
Honestly, so far, the experience is great. I am giving 4 stars and not 5 because of the delivery and because the chair broke after just 3 months. But overall I would recommend the shop.
EDIT: They delivered another chair and took back the broken one. Everything was smooth and quick. The new chair is good. I think this is an excellent customer service, so I am rising to 5 star.

Needed an office chair for working from home, customer service were amazing and recommended a great chair to suit my needs. Just arrived last week and it has been a blessing, the chair is in amazing condition. Was kept well informed on when my order had been shipped and accurate delivery information. Zuverlässig und schnell wurde der Bürostuhl versendet und via DHL spediert. Der Stuhl ist einwandfrei. Das Porto war inklusive Zollabgaben für die Schweiz und somit muss man sich um dieses Thema auch nicht mehr sorgen. Ich würde niemals wieder anderswo einen Bürostuhl kaufen. 1A Preis/Leistungsverhältnis!

The service from both the sales team and customer service was 2nd to none. I purchased a chair which was delivered quickly and without issue. As it happened the chair ultimately didn't work for me so i contacted customer service and they were fantastic. They organised the collection and sorted a refund without any hassle. Spent forever trying to find a replacement chair for the home office and settled on a Haworth Zody model. However, virtually everything was collection only on eBay, down south and I'm based in Central Scotland.

When doing my research on the chair via the various forums I saw 2ndHnd mentioned a couple times and had a look at their site. The chair I wanted was out of stock but I emailed their sales team on a Thursday late afternoon. Got a response that evening saying they had a couple chairs coming in and I ended up ordering that night. Chair has been delivered within the week and I'm delighted with it. Condition was as described (excellent).

Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Really positive experience overall and great communication from their sales and admin team through the whole process.

My new office chair that i recently ordered just arrived and all i want to say is thank you to the team, im very happy with this purchase.

Ordered £1,300 of office chairs 30th March for delivery ASAP, estimated delivery 13th-17th April. Received a call 3 weeks later (20th April) "Chairs are not available for delivery". We had planned around these being delivered, so this was very inconvenient.

Requested a discount off a future order to make up for the delay and poor customer service (earlier notice would have helped), was told by Megan they couldn't help 'but were offering a refund' - which felt a bit absurd as having failed to deliver the items, it was hardly an offer, and more of a legal obligation. There was no contrition from the team, and no sincere attempt to resolve this positively.

Following this original post (1*), I was contacted by management and offered a replacement set of chairs (upgraded) at no extra charge. Whilst the original experience was certainly sub-optimal, I also couldn't have asked for a better management response. If only it had been slightly earlier!

Jeg bestilte 3 Herman miller stole og fik en god discount kode fra dem. Vi havde et problem med den ene og skrev ind. Der gik ikke langt tid så sendte en ny og skiftede det rundt. Et år efter havde vi et andet problem med løs sæde mesh og ryglænet faldte ud af hak. Så fik vi også sendt et helt ny sæde plus andet reservedel. Fantastisk service!
