Andreas M. was able to address all of my questions quickly and provide the additional information I requested. Andreas seemed very knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional.

With this being my first time contacting Customer Service, I feel very good about getting my questions answered quickly and accurately moving forward. A great feeling to have!

3CX Fax funktioniert nicht und nur noch Rückschritte

Beitrag 07.05.2024:

Meine IT Firma ist 3CX Partner und ich muss ehrlicherweise sagen, dass sich das Produkt 3CX stätig verschlechtert und rückentwickelt.
Aktuell habe ich das Problem, dass eine 3CX mit einem offiziellen Grandstream Faxwandler an eine andere 3CX kein Fax versenden kann. Der 3CX Support nimmt sich diesem Problem nicht an und verweist immer auf den Grandstream Support. Allerdings ist der Wandler offiziell 3CX Supportet und dies als Ausrede zu verwenden ist nicht in Ordnung, da das Problem nicht mal geprüft wurde sondern dies sofort als Antwort zurückkam.
3CX ist nicht mehr zu empfehlen!

Beitrag 08.05.2024:
Der Grandstream Wandler ist das Model HT802 und wird in der Liste mit den unterstützten Geräte gelistet. Die 3CX Anlagen haben die neueste Version installiert. Unschön, das 3CX soetwas als Ausrede verwendet.

Very Very Bad

Honestly, 3CX is so old school. We need to write our custom code for anything and everything we need from 3CX :( it is so boring and wrong decision. Never go with 3CX. Go with Yeastar instead.

We always strive to keep up with industry needs. For instance, we recently released V20, which includes a new and easier Admin Console among other updates.

However, if you feel that Yeastar is a better fit for your needs, we wish you the best with your new system.

Fast response to customer facing…

Fast response to customer facing website queries. Been using 3CX for about 4 years now and very happy with the UI/UX and Development builds and release's. Fitting our needs from the front end to the backend. We use in combo with VoipTools for reporting and pricing and licensings are on point. Our Managed 3CX Service provider is Clarity 3CX and always happy with the support response and addressing our needs. We also use the Call Flow Manager for which we have built custom call flows.

Very helpful person on the other end of the help chat. The user guide available online is not helpful if you are simply a non-technical employee of the company that has integrated this system, but the help chat person I just had was great.

Disgusting experience

Disgusting experience. Not user the friendly connection between WP plugin and chat when you have 2 accounts. I tried contact support and person on the other line looked like they had 10 other chats open because he asked me stupid questions to extend the time. Honestly, 5 minutes is okay, but 15 and still the same stupid nowhere-going question, so frustrating. So, I instal Tidio diferent chat. Simple it asked me for an email and didn't try to connect to this wp email. Support had a normal answer to my question not this idiotic time-consuming ''What is your problem?'' ''Could you clarify''.... what is not clear in the sentence. I like to connect my WP plugin with your 3x chat could you help me go through this process? At the beginning of the chat...

THX for the reply. You don't need to apologize. If you're sorry, just change it. And BTW you said you have a video on how to do it and right after ''we are not tech support'' If your video is too technical for your general support how can we use it or why do you have support that doesn't understand your own videos? Never mind, I'm glad I didn't start using 3CX chat only to find out this nonsense later when will be fully integrated into my company. I've never been unhappy when someone says sorry, I don't understand, but when someone talks to me without dignity, it's so frustrating.

3CX Support is Fantastic

I visited the 3CX website with a very specific question in mind. Clicked on the chat to ask the question. A human responded within 20 seconds with the exact answer to my query. I *used* to LOVE 3CX...

Previously, I'd recommend 3cx to anyone looking for a PBX. Unfortunately, I no longer can, as they just don't care about their customers. I've not spoken to a single person who thinks the v20 GUI is a positive change. They keep removing features, and advertise falsely. 3CX SMB claims "Bring your own SIP Trunk", but don't tell you that it's only a handful that they've picked - bye bye £175.

Save your cash and learn Asterisk.

For those needing alternative providers, a self-hosted instance allows for the use of unsupported SIP Trunks. Be advised that using unsupported SIP Trunks is never a recommended option, as this may not provide the best experience and will not be covered by 3CX support in case of any issues.
