Great Product, Simplify Website
It's a great product and easy to get the picture/cube that you want.
My only issue was ordering the second cube. I was able to add the first to my cart, but there wasn't a "Continue Shopping" option, so I had to figure out how to get back to order the second cube. Plus, I had it sent to a different address than the billing address, and I was a little concerned that they were going to the billing address instead of the shipping address I input.

Disappointing Image Quality
I was disappointed with the quality of the finished crystal. The image is mostly white with very little contrast, making the portrait difficult to see clearly. There is also a reflection in the eyeglasses that became quite noticeable and distracting in the finished crystal.
Before ordering, I sent the photo to a 3D Crystal representative through their chat and specifically asked about the image. I was told that the photo was great for the crystal, so I felt comfortable proceeding with the order.
Unfortunately, the finished product does not have the clarity or image quality I expected based on the examples on their website and the reassurance I received from their representative. Had I been advised that the photo might produce a low-contrast image or that the eyeglass reflection would be prominent, I would have selected a different photograph.
For the price, I expected a much better-looking finished product.

a beautiful keepsake for our family
i ordered the wide rectangle to capture a family photo, and it turned out even better than I could have hoped for. the photos and videos online really don’t do it justice, seeing it in person is a completely different experience. the quality and craftsmanship are amazing, and you can tell a lot of care went into creating it. we now have it displayed in our living room, and everyone who sees it asks about it. i would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a unique gift or a way to preserve a special memory.

Excited to memorialize a very special cat in out lives that passed far too young. This type of memorial has been used by us for another pet and it is a timeless tribute to out pets.
Uploading the picture and determining how it is to be displyed as well as adding text couldn't be simpler.
However, none of the discount codes sent to me for this order worked, but we ordered the crystal anyway.
