Beautiful memory.
I received the crystal as a gift from a very dear friend of myself and my late wife whom I lost last year. The image of her and myself in the crystal is superb. When illuminated I feel she is sitting alongside me and it is one of the most thoughtful gifts I have ever received.

Repeat experience was excellent!
Our first 3D crystal was of our dog and ordered while on a cruise. We were so happy with it that we decided to order another one of the two of us to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. When it arrived, we noticed that there was a fogginess over my husband’s shoulder and up into the crystal. In addition, the base was too small to fit the crystal.
I am averse to conflict and hesitated over a month to contact customer service. By then, I was worried that I would be told I had waited too long and the company would not be able to help me. Boy, was I wrong!
Customer service was SO helpful! They told me that dark colors could be difficult to work with. My husband’s jacket was navy blue. The artist was able to make adjustments so that the fogginess was almost gone and supplied a preview for us to approve, which we did!
In addition, we were able to order one of the other lighted bases, which did fit our crystal, and only pay the difference in price. I will say that it would have been helpful if the dimensions of the bases had been available on the website. We could have chosen the appropriate one at the start.
And there was a bonus! We were prepared to return the original crystal and base but the company said we didn’t need to!
We are quite pleased with our new crystal and lighted base and are thrilled with the customer service we received!

Service and deliverable time was exceptional! Pearl addressed all my questions very timely and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Even checking in when I added a light base after suggesting which ones I could use for my design. 10/10 recommend. Quality crystal, quality craftsmanship!

Really good experience and the price was good. I'd give it a 5 star if the site was more user friendly. When trying to select a picture to view, you do not have an option to see more than one picture and you have to constantly go back and forth through the design process.
