One last special gift
The turnaround service and quality of product was beyond anything I could have imagined! My father in law was in hospice and we needed a rush gift for him to give to his wife for their last anniversary together. We received the crystal next day after ordering, he was able to have one last special moment with his wife and she now has the most beautiful engraved gift of their wedding day 45 years ago!

Jason was an amazing customer service representative right from the start when I called the 1-800 line for further assistance and we proceeded to communicate through email. He was extremely professional, responsive and offered a great sense of humor in his communications. He delivered both timely and creative solutions to my ideas and assisted with providing me visual mock ups of the gift I wanted to purchase as I am abit tech challenged. He understood and respected my timelines and provided prompt, thorough service from beginning of inquiry to delivery of purchase.
