GARRIE EYLEY was our choice to ask advice on this tricky enterprise. He explained in great detail the pros and cons of taking Equity out of our property. He dealt with all our question with expertise and was very honest with his answers. Dean Harrison explained procedures and processes clearly and simply. He had excellent communication skills and was very eager to help in any way. He did not rush through points but gave us time to ask questions...a very professional, diligent and concise person who was clearly an excellent communicator and very knowledgeable.

Gabriella Mitchell, our broker, did a fantastic job in explaining everything in a simple, easy to understand way. The whole process was relatively straight forward and completed in about 8 weeks.
