I desperately needed help with applying for equity release. I am a pensioner and not very computer literate! The help I needed was someone who understood this, was patient and on the other end of an email or phone when the purchase procedure became stressful for me. I also needed someone who was knowledgeable about good offers at the time, and who could advise me, not only for that, but also suggestions how to manage existing finances in order to meet the new need of equity release.
I was so fortunate that Tom Dalton answered all these problems for me, and I am so grateful that I found equity release on line initially.
