Efficient, prompt and friendly. No fuss.

Liam did an excellent job fitting our new kitchen tap with water filter for drinking water. He was prompt, very polite and friendly, and cleaned up very well. Very good service from Ace Energy from start to finish

An annual boiler service. A very pleasant guy came. Very knowledgeable and efficient. He answered all my questions. The visit was all that I expected.

My bathroom light blew a fuse, I did send a photo proving it maybe unsafe and should be replaced.
The electrician arrived with a replacement, which was far superior to my original one. The work was done quickly and efficiently.

Excellent service. Ace replaced our boiler within 3 days of the first visit. All the options were clearly explained and a quote was provided. The engineers were extremely polite and helpful. Everything was left clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this company.

Our 20-year old gas boiler finally gave up. ACE came quickly to assess it. They then dealt very efficiently with organising a replacement, which we are very happy with. They were friendly throughout. Would highly recommend them.

Just moved into house with gas heating for 40 years Ace Energy came serviced the boiler and got me up and running. Minor problem with using controller came back explained it all to me. Polite efficient.

Fantastic work by the guys. They did a great job and went out of their way to be helpful, were very efficient and always tidied up after themselves. We would thoroughly recommend them.

Outstanding service. Our boiler broke down on a Friday and we were expecting to have to endure a weekend without heating or hot water. However your engineer came that day and was extremely helpful. He managed to obtain and fit a new circuit board and get it working the same day

Quick turnaround from the time of booking. Easy to deal with and no problems.

Turned up on time and explained what was needed. Kept the house tidy.

Only downside was the job took a lot longer than we were anticipating so had to rearrange some plans. Maybe my fault for not reading the ‘small print’ .

Does what it says on the tin. Booked the visit efficiently on the phone, good comms around when the guy would turn up, turned up at the allotted time, diagnosed the problem then came back and sorted it a few days later. Quick, efficient, accurate and the guy that came to do the work knew what he was doing, was professional and a nice guy too.

Had a leaking pipe from kitchen taps.Bought some replacement taps. Rang Ace who arranged an appointment in a days time. Plumber arrived on time and although it was a nightmare of a job removing the old taps, he did it within a short period and replaced them with the new taps. I’ve used Ace now a few times and the best part is always receiving an appointment within an acceptable time period and they turn up. Unlike many firms who don’t respond or don’t turn up. Great service.
