When all the other plumbers were too busy to answer the phone, or worked banker hours, Ace has always been there to help me out of a plumbing emergency! They have fixed complicated plumbing issues that nobody else could figure out. And...they always answer the phone! Even after 5 pm. They have a really nice helpful lady who's on top of her game. This is the best plumbing company in Bath, bar none.
I had a service contract with a large boiler company. When I had no hot water, when I called them, all I got was a recording. So much for the monthly charge for 'service'. I called Ace after hours and they were able to get me on their schedule and took care of the issue straight away. Always professional, always done right!

The plumbers turned up on time, were polite and efficient and had obviously been well trained. They replaced the radiator in my bathroom and took the old one away. They also replaced a thermostatic control on another radiator. The bill came in less than quoted for as it took half the expected time! Having suffered very many bodged plumbing jobs over the years by other people, I was relieved and delighted by the professionalism of Ace Energy. Highly recommended.

Excellent work by ACE electrician today. Wall lights fitted, and heavy clutter moved out of the way cheerfully and with no complaints.

Confirmation texts and messages sent regarding appointment, and prompt arrival of engineer. Work satisfactorily completed. Friendly service. The company have also show patience and understanding over an extended period of time concerning delays in completing the work due to problems with incorrect replacement parts provided by a supplier.

The electricians dealt with an old house wiring job with speed and professionalism

Ace Energy recently installed another heater in my home. This was the sixth visit by their excellent electricians which is an indication of the confidence I have in them. As always the work was carried out to the highest standard. The electrician installed the heater and associated wiring with meticulous attention to detail and she also took great care to conceal the surface wiring neatly and attractively which I greatly appreciated. Bev and Spence from ACE have done all the electrical fixes for our new kitchen and have been great. They’re professional, friendly and really efficient. As a company, ACE have been a real pleasure to deal with. They’ve been flexible about booking in Electricians and Plumbers and have been massively helpful in getting the kitchen completed over the last few months. Part of this was ensuring the same Electricians and Plumbers were involved from the beginning for continuity and that made a big difference. I’ve spoken to Alistair a lot through the whole process, who has been super helpful, as have everyone who has been involved with our project. It’s been so refreshing to book specific days for the work to be done and for these to go ahead exactly as requested. ACE definitely live up to their name!
