Terrible communication , order took about 3 weeks to arrive, the smell is awful of this product my son won’t use it . Waste of money in my opinion .Not happy with how much this cost and postal charges were about £6 for a tiny jar . Definitely won’t be buying again

As others have said, the GDPR breaching spam is beyond irritating, however the customer service is next level AWFUL. I ordered 3 products, firstly they took ages to come, secondly, the moisture spray was completely separated, smelled disgusting, and was dated 01/01/25, despite the product description saying it has a shelf life of 6 months. Following this, the 'customer services' 'team' (joke as it's clearly someone replying from their living room at 8pm), have refused to refund or replace it, instead claiming it is in good condition! They breach UK marketing spam / GDPR laws, and consumer rights laws to boot. STAY WELL CLEAR FROM THESE COWBOYS.
The level of back and forth I'm going through to get this product refunded (or replaced), I'd take either, is utterly ridiculous.

Shipping is about 14 working days however, i experienced excellent customer service! The team was attentive, friendly and handled my order with great care. i truly appreciate how professional and supportive they were through out the entire process.

Waited almost 4 weeks for my products, after several phone calls and messages, I eventually said I had run out of one of the products and eventually received the items the following day. Unfortunately one if the products was only 2/3rds full. Gutted as these products are very expensive.

Don’t give this company your information unless you want marketing messages you can’t unsubscribe from sent to every known device and medium until the end of your days.

I've been receiving daily text messages from AfroHairCandy despite explicitly requesting to be removed from their mailing list multiple times. This is frustrating and disrespectful of customers' preferences.

When someone asks to opt out of marketing communications, that request should be honoured promptly. Instead, the spam continues unabated. This poor practice has completely put me off from considering their products in the future.

I would advise the company to review their marketing practices and ensure they're complying with data protection regulations. Respecting customer communication preferences should be a basic standard.

Until they address this issue, I cannot recommend doing business with them.

Been shopping with Afro Hair Candy from when they first started…the products have always been quality and the customer service top…does wonders for your hair. Great brand, great company

I bought the Moisturising Spray - For Fast Growth × and chebe butter. The oil and liquid in the moisturising spray didn’t mix so l couldn’t use it. Threw it away, was so pissed off l didn’t bother to open the chebe butter. That went in the bin too.
Please stop emailing me, l am tired of unsubscribing so l have blocked you.
You haven’t found a returning customer here so please leave me alone. Not interested and won’t be buying your products anymore.

I stumbled upon them on instagram in a random feed and few years ago and it’s been bomb. From the easy ordering, to fast and reliable delivery and above all the excellent customer care.
I call AHC products the heaven on earth products because they give you exactly what’s written on the label. Full organic and natural products straight from the ground to the bottle. Make sure to always keep certain products in the fridge as labeled and you honestly can't go wrong.

I used one of their products years and years ago. I never went back because the product caused my scalp to dry out and become irritated. Ever since then, this unprofessional business has harassed me with spam emails, even though I unsubscribed again and again, then somehow found my mobile and spams my phone with texts despite blocking. They literally had to search for my number personally. I will now report them to the relevant authorities. TRASH COMPANY. Read the negative reviews.

The products are more expensive than the average skin and hair care products but you can tell they are made by hand , in small batches with lots of care and attention put in to them.

The customer service was excellent. Really responsive and it’s so nice to get a human response, advising me based on the products I have bought and my hair and skin needs . Really caring and efficient. So glad I’ve found my products now !
