Always supportive and easy to deal with. Any claims or queries dealt with professional and everything explained fully. Have 2 aging dogs and visits to vets more regularly and its great to have this insurance wit the financial protection it provides for certain treatments.

Quick turn around on claim
Quick turn around on claim. Definitely worth having insurance otherwise treatment would of cost nearly €1000 instead of my €90 excess.

Be aware of 35% deduction for dogs 7+
My fault, I know, but beware of the small print. A 35% deduction to claims is applied to all dogs over 7 years of age. This is notfair when most dogs live 10 to 12 years. The option to up the premium as dogs age should be given to bridge that gap. That said, the claim was dealt with quickly and easily by the team at Agria.

Avoid Agria
I would advise steering clear of Agria at all costs. Awful service. They are unsympathetic and very expensive. The claims handler did not know what euthanasia meant, After years of not claiming anything it was distressing dealing with them when I needed to claim. There has to be much better options out there. Do yourself a favour and find sn alternative!
Agria's response below is pathetic 🙄
Paid €2k in insurance over 6 years. Claim Settlement was €386. Please people think hard before taking out insurance!!!

No problems when it came to claiming and the payout. As long as you have your vaccinations in order there will be no problem. Make sure you have all you vaccinations and proof off vaccinations in order

Easy to deal with
I have been insuring 2 of my cats with Agria for a while. There had a very efficient claim processing procedure compare to other insurers i had ever been with. it usually took less than a week for them to come back with decision and settlement after my form/document submission. They are very easy to deal with. I am highly recommended the company

DO NOT BUY A POLICY WITHOUT READING THE REVIEWS
Very unhappy, they are denying a claim and saying that a completely unrelated illness to the one I claimed, was a symptom of the dog's current condition. It was NOT! The condition the are claiming was a "Clinical sign" was COMPLETELY RESOLVED with an antibiotic. Last time I checked, antibiotics do NOT treat diabetes, which the dog was diagnosed with 2 months later.

They cannot even correctly address customers all they do is copy and paste the same reply to ALL one-star reviews. That is how seriously they take their PAYING CUSTOMERS.

I find them useless
I find them useless. Very hard to deal with, very demanding and in the end no payout as various exclusions, excess and deductions are applied. Daylight robbery. Not recommended at all. You have been warned.
