It was such a pleasure getting pet insurance for Riley. I can’t remember the name of the person I was dealing with but he made the whole encounter very enjoyable and had me laughing for most of it.

Efficient service at a stressful time.
I cannot praise Petinsure enough. My dog became very ill and was in surgery before we had time to think. The vets did a direct claim and Petinsure was able to get all the info they needed directly, all I had to do was submit vaccine records and adoption papers. When I called for advice, as my dog was also referred to a specialist, the agent was kind, sympathetic and so helpful. Although I had to do a separate claim form, it was all treated as one claim. The whole experience with Petinsure has been smooth and stress free, exactly what was needed at this very difficult time.

Excellent customer service
First time cat owner and was guided every step of the way. Customer service was informative, reassuring, personable and incredibly friendly. Really put me at ease and made the, oftentimes stressful and confusing act of getting pet insurance a breeze. Answered all questions professionally and in simple terms, ensuring I understood exactly what was happening. They were patient and understanding when I did not fully understand something and were more than happy to explain it in a way I could confidently understand.
Cannot recommend them enough, my kitten Terra and I couldn't be happier and we look forward to many more years working with pet insure!
