I was searching for an Air Cooler to use in the latest heatwave and found one on the Aircare Appliances website. Wanted to say a huge thanks to both George who put forward some excellent choices and also to Josh whose customer service was just excellent. He was helpful, honest and very professional. The product arrived in great time and I’m very pleased with everything. Cannot fault anything and will certainly recommend Aircare Appliances to any friends & family who are after any of these products. Thankyou both for everything..

I ordered an AC unit but had to ask for a refund because the delivery time I was hoping for was not possible, often something like this can be very difficult to get help with and companies can be very resistant or simply unresponsive. However, George at Aircare Appliances responded quickly and politely not arguing about the ask and instead was completely reasonable and understanding which is pretty rare customer service to receive these days! He processed the refund right away to enable me to order with another company that could deliver in the timeframe I needed and was so professional that while I didn't keep my order with the company this time I will definitely consider them for future needs. It was refreshing and the exact right way to build a customer base which is so rarely seen these days. It was much appreciated, and encouraging.

ordered in good faith a unit frin aircare on the Monday, paid for express delivery and was advised it would be with me no later than Thursday. well thursday came and no unit so i went on there chat and asked where is the unit. they explained that it wouldnt be with me till Monday as they had to restock the unit and would go out tomorrow the Friday! so i asked for a full refund and asked about there complaints procedure of which they dont have one! which is a red flag already! so a refund i was told had been "Issued" and i had to ask 3 times that i wanted it in writting to my email before they actually did that. very poor expwerience with aircare appliances and no complaints procedure! found the unit on amazon within 3 minutes, cheaper and delivery by saturday! it wouldnt have been too bad if 1) they had contacted me, 2) offered compensation 3) advised it would be late and given me options then to cancel and get from somewhere else without wasting 3 days waiting!

I bought a heater and returned unused and unopened within the 14-day cancellation period under UK distance selling rules. Instead of issuing a full refund, the company deducted a 15% “restocking fee” based on their terms and conditions, leaving me with a partial refund, not complying with the law.

I challenged this and explained I was returning the item within the statutory cooling-off period, but the response was to refer back to their internal policy and, at one point, offer a 10% discount on a future purchase instead of refunding the outstanding amount.

I found this handling of a standard return concerning, as UK consumer rights for online purchases are very clear on refunds for items returned within the legal timeframe.
I’m sharing this so other customers are aware and can make informed decisions before purchasing, especially regarding returns and refund deductions.

Firtly, the team upgraded my unit to a newer and better model that i paid for. I went for elf installation and the team were super helpful and kowledgable in supporting me. And the unit is amazing. I went with Olimpia Splendid Unico EVO 30HP EVANX Inverter 11000 BTU 3.1 kW All-in-One Air Conditioning Unit and its great as both a heater and air con unit. I built a home gym and its perfecrt for it. Highly recommended. great after care too!
