This website came up FIRST when I googled for the lost and found of the airline. I started filling out the report but became skeptical when it asked for payment . So I closed the page. BUT strangely enough got both an email and and several sms from the company telling me I should finish filing my claim. creepy. I blocked both.
And filed a lost item report for FREE directly with the airline. grrrrr.
Scammers
Found these guys on google search by "lost and found dfw". Got scammed for 80usd. Good job. Reported them on google and stuff. It was a year ago lol
DO. NOT. BOTHER. - THEY ARE SCAMMERS
Plenty of empty promises, for which I had to pay $93. Absolutely shocking company to deal with. Zero communication, and of course, my lost items remain lost. I’m absolutely livid that not only was I scammed, I also lost a significant amount of time, leaving me completely high and dry and significantly out of pocket.
So a chargeback is definitely my next step, but save yourself the trouble by completely ignoring this company - they’re scammers.

Looks like scam
After my kid forgot his game at Heathrow airport, I've googled for found and lost online and, by mistake, I got on this company's website. I didn't realised it wasn't the "official" one from the airport. So I did all the steps they asked me and then I paid for it. In the next day I've realised my mistake and went to the "official" one. After few days I found my kid's game and had all sorted. Meanwhile, no news from Airport recovery. After few attempts to reach the costumer service, I could understand that the money I paid was for nothing. No search, no information, no help to send the item (I'd have to pay again). So guys, run away from this company. Attention when searching online. As sponsor, this website may be one of the first.
They are scammers
They are scammers, they say that they will send an agent to deal with your case but they never do, they also say that if there is no success within the 24 hours, you get 50% of your payment back but here is where the scam comes from, I am writing with them since 6 months and at the end they told me they case is closed so there is no refund. Get rid of them guys.

Not a trustworthy company
My first review was removed, which makes you wonder the integrity of this company.
I thought I left my ipad at the airport and this company comes up when you Google lost items at airport. I filed a claim and within maybe an hour I received a call (however I was on the airplane and couldn't take it) and also an email they would start the investigation.
Once we landed, I realized my ipad fell out of my bag in between the seats. I contacted the company to let them know I no longer needed their services and the ipad had been recovered. I was not able to speak with anyone but left a message and they did not return my call. Less then 4 hours after I contacted airportrecovery.com I cancelled it the claim, I was told I would get a full refund. Its been over a month and the company has yet to issue a refund and has still not responded to any additional emails I have sent.

Cannot stress enough how much of a scam this company is, absolutely zero contact from them once I paid for their service, the airport lost and found section will do all the work for free, avoid this company at all costs.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ! ! !
Let me start off by saying that I'm a patient person and that this company if you'd call them that are HORRIBLE.I lost my keys and once realized that I reached out to Airport Recovery Services to help find them. Now after several emails between them and I they found my keys. But prior to that I called them every time at their listed phone number and every single time you call you hear that you're next in the cue. And after being on the phonne for a little less than 5 minutes you'll hear that, their busy working with another customer or that you've called them outside of their normal business hours. This happened every single time that I called them no matter what time of day when I called them, I even tried to time it where it was not too late or early on Eastern Standard Time and the same for Pacific Standard time. Now you can email them which they'll answer but you'll go through just playing tag via email, plus they'll give you the same information that you already have. It was like pulling teeth to get anywhere with this company. Now mind you they did find my keys and I kept telling them that you've found my keys so can you please call me so that I can get my keys sent back to me, I was literally begging a company that I paid for their services who I felt were holding my keys hostage at this point. Now moving forward when they finally tried to get in contact with me via phone call why did they call me at an hour where I was still in bed aka called me at 5:50 am my time which is Pacific Standard Time. Who unless you go to work very early in the morning are up at that time?? And when I did actually get to talk with them, the person I could tell was obviously working from home because I could hear a toddler yelling in the background and constantly bothering their parent and interrupting our business transaction of returning my keys. Now I have kids and have nothing against that but when this was disturbing the rep and I during the phone call this was just unacceptable business procedures. Also I don't want to forget that you pay them for their services to find your things, then you have to pay another fee in order to get your things back to your home, it's been a very long ordeal so far for me. I started this on the 22nd of May 2026 and it's now 30th June 2026 and I've still not yet received my keys yet, supposedly the rep said that their finally going to send them to me via mail. So I'm happy to hear that my keys a finally coming but I'm not hold my breath either, so with all of that being said DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY BY USING THIS SERVICE EVER ! ! ! ! !
RATING WISE I GIVE THIS COMPANY BELOW ZERO NOT ONE SINGLE STAR
This service is a total scam
This service is a total scam, I signed up for the service and paid. They did absolutely nothing to locate my item. And when I asked for my refund within a 24-hour period, they denied me. They kept telling me to sit tight and would not give me my refund, and then they offered me a partial refund. When the website clearly says that a full refund will be awarded within the first 24 hours. I was never able to get anyone on the phone. Please avoid using this website I'm following the complaint with the Better Business bureau.
PERICOLO! EVITARE! SCAM! AVOID!
I can't give less than one star, otherwise I would. In the heat of the moment, I didn't notice that the link Google suggested led to this shitty company—which just ripped me off without doing a damn thing—instead of the Istanbul airport's lost and found. This company does nothing but scam people. You guys are pieces of shit!
Don’t fall for this scam
Don’t fall for this scam. This place is a total rip-off. They use logos of well-known companies to look legit, but they offer absolutely no support when it comes to getting your belongings back. They charged me way more than advertised, and even though I canceled the service within 24 hours, they refused to give me my money back.
SCAM ALERT !
WARNING — SCAM ALERT in my opinion, this service is a complete scam targeting stressed travelers.
After losing my headphones at Doha Airport, I found this company through a sponsored Google result while exhausted after a long trip. Their website makes it sound like a professional recovery service with real on-site action. Reality? I paid nearly $70 USD for what felt like little more than copy-paste emails and database searches (Case #ARS914261).
I provided everything: the exact airport location, detailed descriptions, even LIVE tracking data showing where my devices were located inside the airport for months. Yet nothing meaningful was ever done.
The most shocking part: after I complained and confronted them about their total lack of action, they admitted the issue by email and PROMISED me a refund in writing. The refund never came.
Ironically, the actual airport staff were more responsive and more helpful — for free — than this “professional” paid service.
I kept all the evidence: emails, refund confirmations, screenshots, and conversations with airport services proving my statements. But let’s be honest: they probably know most international customers will never launch legal action over “only” $69 from another country.
In my experience, this business survives on desperate travelers, misleading expectations, and the fact that most people are too tired or too far away to fight back.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Scammed, no refund issued.
I have filed a claim through this company and as per their condition I can get full refund if I choose to cancel the service within 24 hours. After 5 hours of my claim I requested them refund which they fully complained to issue me. Great so far. However, it’s been over 1 month and 15 days and I haven’t received any refund. I have been emailing and contacting them for over a week but no response.
Lost item, no resolution
I accidentally left a pair of $900 glasses on a plane and was hoping to recover them, but it has now been a month. There has been no proactive communication or status updates from this team. I have had to follow up three times myself, and each time I receive the same generic response:
"Concierge Agent 3 says: so sorry but it looks like there is no match for your item yet. Nor has any item similar to your item been turned in yet. Don't worry about it, as we always aim to get things recovered at a fast rate, it is valid for 30 days anyway and we will be on the lookout for your lost item. Once we have any new updates, you will receive an email with instructions on how to retrieve your lost item. In the meantime, please hang tight and let us continue to do our work and hopefully we can share good news with you soon"
They do not offer refunds either after 24 hours, so I wouldn’t recommend spending additional money on top of what you’ve already lost.
