Scam organization that ask money for their services, but don’t deliver. There is robot commincation or no communication at all!
Be aware, the airport Lost and Found claims are free of charge and much more effective

After leaving my carry-on @ a shop John assisted me with my claim and was very helpful by getting additional information that was missing and needed for quick recovery.

Percy was very professional and gave me assurance that my claim and lost item were important.

I got John on the phone line to help me find out the status on my case, he was very attentive and listen to my questions to make sure that the information captured in the system was accurate. Still waiting for the item to be found.

Ecept for today with Mr. Johnbert , Concierge n. 3, who was nice and helpful, after 7 days of chatting with AI I'm still waiting for an answer for a trolley lost in Frankfurt (and already found by LH aircraft people). The service is not worthing the fee they demand.
