Really poor from beginning to end
Really poor from beginning to end, delivery date missed, then on the rearranged date fitter refused to fit TV. They said it was a stud wall, its not, its a block wall that supports the stairs. The whole experience was a mess and the customer service from Samsung was exceptionally poor, WhatsApp chat is just rubbish and the call team although pleasant, have no idea, and the systems are clearly working against them or simply don't work at all... Under no circumstances would I go anywhere near this logistics process again its badly designed and even worse in action.

We can see that the delivery team reported concerns regarding the suitability of the wall for the installation. As outlined in our agreement with your supplier, we are unable to mount a television of this size onto anything other than a solid brick wall. Additionally, the team identified a high risk of electrical cables being present behind the proposed mounting location. As this created a significant risk of damage to the property's electrical system, the team were unable to proceed with the installation.
We appreciate that this was disappointing, particularly after the delivery had already been rearranged. However, our teams must follow the installation and safety guidelines provided to them and cannot proceed where there is a risk of damage to the property or the installation cannot be completed safely.
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused. Your comments will be raised with the relevant teams for review.
