Delivery time was very swift after the order was placed. Communication was excellent and we appreciated being kept so updated about delivery time, it was really helpful being able to track which drop the driver's were on so we could be ready for their arrival.

The best delivery men!
At first, I wasn't too impressed as I'd requested the 'before 10am delivery', but my request appeared to have slipped through the cracks. I raised a query, and it was investigated the same day, the agent apologised for the mistake and my refund came through quicker than expected.
At the end of the day, it wasn't that big of a deal, but what really elevated this delivery company were the delivery guys, Luke and his colleague (sorry, I didn't get his name) - they were very pleasant, courteous, all smiles despite the hot weather. They are an asset to the company.
The chairs arrived undamaged, even the boxes were undamaged and were handled with care.
