Delivery problem
When refitting the doors the delivery crew did NOT reconnect to water pipes under the freezer. When turning on we had water leaking onto the floor and had to wait 2 days for Samsung to send an engineer to connect the pipes

Good but not perfect.
Received a message that delivery was running an hour late which was fine but did not receive a telephone call before arrival. Treadmill put together quickly but delivery guys nearly left without taking retaining bolt off so we couldn’t fold it. Managed to grab them before they left though and I had to ask for the instruction manual.

They gave a delivery time slot of 13.37…
Order no 2MANINT. They gave a delivery time slot of 13.37 to 15.37 so I arranged my day to make sure I would be at home to receive the delivery in time slot provide. I arrived home at 12.55 to find messages to say I need to call to rearrange as I wasnt in to receive delivery. Called customer service and told they now can't deliver until tomorrow morning. Delivery driver unwilling to come back to make delivery. Very poor service, not happy on being let down like this. No contact to say they are coming earlier. Nothing. Don't believe the time slot you are given. It is fiction.
