The delivery was fast. Unfortunately my package was stolen. I asked for assistance and the customer service was fantastic. They even offered me a discount for my next order, which I immediately did. I will be ordering from them again - the designs look stunning!

J’ai passé plusieurs commandes et j’ai toujours été satisfaite
En revanche, j’ai eu un problème lors de ma dernière commande, car mon colis était coincé à Londres et UPS me disait qu’il fallait que ce soit le vendeur qui fasse la démarche pour le débloquer
Malgré un envoi suivi de deux relances, je n’ai jamais eu aucun retour de la part du service client.
J’ai donc dû supplier UPS qui a finalement accepté que je fasse moi-même la démarche
Je n’en suis pas à ma première commande, et je dois dire que je suis très déçue de la manière dont, il traite leurs clients quand on a un problème

Love love love this brand. I’ve got the Eva, the Whitney and the Kiki swimsuits. I’m a size 12 and usually go for a large. The cuts are just so flattering. I’ve also got a gorgeous goddess dress which fits perfectly. All pieces are beautifully made. Worth every penny.

Easy communication, good fit and quality

Ordered the Pink Rose set (bra & skirt)
Based on the photos and description was expecting the main colour to be white. To my shock shock horror it was pale pink/beige colour. It looked like it ran in the wash. Thankfully AM managed to organise a return and refund fairly quickly.

General observations. The skirt’s material felt quite flimsy — it didn’t seem like it would be very long lasting especially for the price. Bra seemed fine quality wise. Although I think it would be great if the bras did have adjustable straps.

Gaia from customer service was very helpful!

Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review even if I made a few orders with them before , and I was pleased, but the last experience left me so disappointed. I’ve ordered two items on the 7th of May , received them on the 8th ,but both were to small so I went ahead with the return same day I received them . They received my parcel and told me they will be in touch after the quality control. Haven’t heard from them for a long time so I contacted them and their response was that my items didn’t pass the check as they found a stain on each item 🤷‍♀️how on earth could I stain them if literally didn’t even fit on me , they were way to small.
So atm they said they can only send them back to me but I need to pay for the courier. How bad is this . I literally never experienced anything like this , is not even about the money it’s just the situation itself. Very disappointing

Gorgeous fabrics and worth the money. When I had a return they were fantastic. Shout out to Gaia who has hopefully taken my suggestion to the designers!

I just wanted to share how truly impressed I was with the customer service I received from Gaia and the Alexandra Miro team. Gaia went above and beyond to help with my order on a tight timeline, and her communication was kind, clear, and incredibly thoughtful throughout the process.

I couldn't recommend Alexandra Miro enough. Everything I've ordered has been really high quality, and their customer service is 10/10. Will 100% be ordering from here again.

The customer service is great. The delivery fast.
The quality of the dresses are beautiful, they fall really well and make it so easy to walk in them as the fabric moves easily and flows away.
I have now purchased their swimwear and 3 dresses they fit beautifully.

I have ordered multiple items however the fitting is bad and not happy with the fabric quality. Returned the items with Royal Mail tracked however, still waiting for my refund and customer services not replying to my emails.
Will be calling my credit card company to complain.
Don’t be fooled by the influencers wearing them on social media.

There’s a reason why so many of these swimsuits are brand new and on eBay. The ribbed swimsuits are awful and have no support nor structure in fact they make you look flat chested. I returned the swimsuit and they then claimed that it had marks on it. This was quite simply not true. This appears to be their standard response to buyers when they try to return the swimsuits which, quite frankly, are awful and extortionately overpriced. I donated mine to a charity shop as it annoyed me to keep seeing it in my drawer.

Still waiting for a reply from my emails and secondly a refund -
Ordered items in good faith - didnt even try on as hearts pattern wasnt perfect match.
The emails say they are inspecting goods - there is nothing to inspect.
Going to take this up with credit card as getting nowhere here .
Also it is against all online consumer rights to not offer refunds .

If I could I would give 0 stars. I never write any negative reviews but here I had to. After having made an order almost 2 weeks ago, I haven’t received any notification of shipment or anything else. I have contacted the company multiple times via contact form and email address. 0 response. I will now have to contact my bank and explain this fraud to them. Avoid!!!

The beachwear is just stunning, great quality and I feel wonderful in whatever I wear. Attentive support when needed from Customer Service - with a human touch
